Our experience here was not similar to what others have posted, as a matter of fact it was horrendous, we would never recommend Randy to anyone and regret listening to the person who did say to go there in the first place. I can't stress enough the level of unprofessionalism and dissatisfaction we were left with both personally and business wise. Randy was rude, condescending and sarcastic to my significant other repeatedly and
I'm quite sure I know the reason why... neither of us know anything about car repairs, so of course we relied on him as we would any "expert" in their field to fully explain the issues in a way we could understand. The car sat at his shop for over 2 months, it was like pulling teeth to get him to communicate what repairs were needed and being done. Throughout this process I asked him several times for a breakdown of what was being done/what it actually needed - at one point he stated "I don't even remember what I did so far!" Each time we stopped in to check on the status he was sarcastic, annoyed and upset, making side comments for some unknown reason, more so to my significant other who became so angry he had me deal with him to prevent a potential confrontation that would not end well. It's pretty clear based the signs he has plastered on the walls of his business he can treat people "like us" any way he wants and does without a second thought.

A power steering issue and who knows what else since we never got the full breakdown. A simple invoice to have for our records, I then (after we finally picked up the car - half ass repaired) requested it in the mail with a self addressed stamped envelope, and they couldn't even accommodate that for us! Bottom line is the car took months for him to "fix", we
Spent a decent amount of money in the process, we were never in anyway disrespectful and were left with many questions and a huge amount of aggravation. Why any professional person is ok with this is mind boggling.
I cannot imagine treating any of my customers that way, and would be ashamed of myself. Apparently he picks and chooses who he wants to be up front, Honest and respectful to and
We were just not those customers.
He should've been straight forward and honest with us from the beginning or simply said he didn't want to take on the job - that would've saved a whole lot of time, Aggravation, and money. And though this may have been an isolated incident-it is the truth. I patiently waited for a simple piece of paper that apparently was too much to ask for, If We had gotten that, this whole Review would not have been posted... read more
