That is far more important to me than the creature comforts. More than once, Mike's has talked me out of an expensive repair I thought I needed. My current car is still kicking and screaming even at 220K miles/13 years and I credit part of that to their maintenance work. I'm deducting one star only because sometimes it can be hard to get a hold of the desk to schedule an appointment and they often forget to call back when the job is done ... you have to call to check up at the end of the day. But they always deliver the car when promised, so it's not too big of a deal. I do wish they had online booking for appointments and text notifications that the work is done like I've had at other garages.

They called me up after they looked the vehicle over and suggested other items to take care of then OR at a later date, which was helpful. Never felt pressured to do or buy anything they pitched, but they gave me options and let me do what I thought was best (and could afford at the time). I was offered a free shuttle ride to campus, which wasn't something I was expecting, and they had my truck ready to go the next morning at open. Do I think they're a little more expensive than other shops in the area? Well, if they are it's not by much...but I would also say I feel more comfortable with my vehicle at Precision than those other places, so I'll pay a little extra for the peace of mind knowing professionals who are knowledgeable and friendly are working on my Tacoma. For me, the only place in the area I'm bringing my vehicle to is Precision, without question. 11/10 would recommend!

I checked all my tires and at first all of them looked good, the TPMS in the Honda CRV 2016 EXL, only lights up and lets you know there is a loss of pressure from the tires. I started by checking the pressure with my tire gauge for all 4 tires, eventually finding the culprit to be my rear right passenger tire with a 2 inch screw which was actually not all the way into the tire. Oddly, i was on my way from Binghamton University and I had previously check my tires the day before. Anytime I take a trip that is greater than 100 miles, i always do a visual inspection of the tires and I also recalibrate the air pressure to maximize my MPG. So finding a screw embedded in the tire was upsetting but clearly unavoidable. When i got out at exit 84 off 17 East, i made a run to the gas station but they do not repair flats, instead my wife looked up a Napa Auto parts store and I walked in to ask if they could help. The attendant at the store sent me down the block to a repair shop and they were able to plug the tire without even taking the tire out. It took about 15 minutes as they removed the screw, the repair person showed it to me and he immediately plugged the tire as I watch. I paid him $20, as I paid cash! Greatly appreciated that they help me and that it was a quick fix. They were quick, friendly and efficient.
