They started to purchase other parts for the vehicle which i approved based on their suggestions and recommendations. Bottom line, i drove away with engine light still on and over $4K out of my pocket. A honest business person with Integrity would of said "listen we were not able to locate the problem on your vehicle or we don't have a skilled mechanics onsite to service your vehicle" and allowed me to drive away with paying only the diagnostic fee. Instead they recommended all other fixes to get money from me or simply rip me off knowingly they couldn't fix my vehicle. And the funny thing, they came recommended - go figure. I tried to stay local in support of my community but i guess that was another big mistake.

And he's a patriot, to boot! Honestly, I have dealt with more than my fair share of auto repair shops and mechanics over may many decades of life. I've had pretty rotten luck with cars - could be the way I drive, I guess. When my wife and I mentioned to a friend we were looking for an honest auto repair shop, they recommended BHM, so we tried. Right away, we could see we were dealing with honest, hard-working people who care about their customers' satisfaction. Some of the repairs Steve and his crew have made on my vehicles over the years are mind-boggling. The one that stands out the most: because I was hauling a LOT of heavy stuff in my Mazda Tribute, one of the wheel wells actually rusted out and the strut broke through. I thought the car was toast. Steve figured out a way to weld it back together good as new. And best of all: all the work they do comes at what I believe to be a reasonable price. They know vehicles, they're dependable, do great work, and don't charge an arm and a leg. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish 5 stars wasn't the limit.

I went to see the parts that where going to be installed and I found porosity in on of the welds. They took ground out and rewelded the section that was not right. Fully welding the frame back together and aligned the rear back square again. I was shocked at how well the vehicle drove! Beyond happy with the work cannot say enough about them. I am leaving a review however because at about 10:00 on a Thursday morning, I called these guys because my wife is sitting on the side of an exit ramp off the highway with a flat tire and I needed someone to either tow it, or change it for her, and I figured a nice 24-hour towing place would be able to get it done... Only instead of answering the phone it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I thought that was kind of odd. I've used 24-hour towing places before and typically there is at least an operator or someone that answers the phone, or one time I remember a voicemail box that said if nobody calls you back in 5 minutes here's another number. But anyway yeah, yelp is where I typically go to share my experiences, and luckily we found someone else that I basically threw a stack of cash at to go change her tire for her.
