He examined the site from where the yellow jackets were coming and going. He discussed his approach to solving the problem of the yellow jacket infestation in the ground, under my on-grade deck boards, with me - not the easiest nest to get at; he listened to my concerns and revised his approach to suit my concerns. He had all the equipment and pesticides with him that he needed to eradicate the nest. He had his equipment ready within a few minutes and went about the work with attention to detail, getting the bulk of the pesticide between the boards in good quantity and in an enlarged area around the likely entrance to the nest to ensure the coverage would be adequate to eradicate the nest.
