They have forgotten to come when scheduled, popped up when not scheduled, changed appts without notification. If you're not flexible with them, they'll say well that's how it is. I've canceled my service and will be using someone else moving forward. I also asked for a refund for this month since they are unable to service and was denied. Never trust a business who will take you money, make errors and lack flexibility to self correct errors. Never again because the monthly cost is actually too much for a service that's every other month and you MISS some months. Not the first time this has happened which means this is a habit.

Another thing the guys that served would do is arrive several hours before SCHEDULED service and only do the outside. It is like having teeth pulled to have service done inside the home. I TOTALLY wasted my evening waiting for them for them NOT to show. Money is too hard to come by for me to waste time paying for bad service. This comment does not apply to exclusive high end service provided by the Rollins side of Orkin (they were phenomenal). I will be cancelling my service very soon.
