Five reasons why you should absolutely never use this extremely unprofessional laundry service:…read more 1. They never give you direct answers to your direct questions. 2. They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

I picked it up my dress when they said it would be ready and it was in packaging. I tried on my dress for my event and thought it seemed long. When I took it back to be looked at, the alterationist was looking at the hemline in a confused way as though he'd never even worked on my dress, I noticed he wasn't pinning it to correct it. The guy at the front desk then said "we'll give you your money back" - admitting they never even did the job I had paid $70 for. I am so furious that this place would #1: act as though they had altered it and 2: take on a job they couldn't do. It was such a waste of my time going there twice, and now needing to get it done correctly elsewhere. Beware of this place for your alterations.
