Jess was the most professional and knowledgeable of all the folks I had bid on this job. It took them a bit to get to me after the bid, probably 2-2.5 months. The service was completed as agreed. They had a lift in my yard, and left no marks. They actually left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I had some brush piled up that I had cleaned out of my fence line - they got rid of it. The leaves I hadn't cleared off my back patio? Gone. I was really impressed. I've had some contractors leave a mess in my interior. I definitely didn't expect this outside.

I had a wonderful experience with Ray's Tree Service! I had a huge pin oak tree that was damaged…read moreand needed to come down. It was also located in an awkward, hard to reach location. Ray's had excellent customer service from the first quote until the end of the job! They quoted a reasonable price and they were responsive with scheduling a date. It took them two days to take the tree down and clean up and they clearly communicated throughout the entire process. The workers were friendly and did a phenomenal job with an old, damaged, huge tree! We decided to keep some of the wood and they neatly stacked it for us. The second day, another crew came to clean up and they did an excellent and thorough job! It was so nice to deal with such a responsive, friendly company with stellar customer service from the initial quote all the way to the billing. I highly recommend Ray's Tree Service!

I'm really glad we were recommended to reach out to Double A's Tree Service earlier this spring. I…read moresent a message, and within a few hours I was already texting with Alex. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to come out and take a look at the trees in our yard, and he even had his team scheduled to come out within a week to handle the trimming and cleanup. Alex sent over an estimate the same day he came by, and it felt like a fair price for the amount of work we needed. We weren't looking to remove any full trees, just wanted branches trimmed back between our yard and the neighbors', plus some cleanup in the back where lower branches and vines had gotten out of control. One thing I forgot to mention was that we wanted the branches cut into smaller pieces for our firepit. After the crew left, I noticed some of the pieces were pretty long and thick, so I messaged Alex. He had someone come back later that same day to take care of it, which I really appreciated. We've since had a firepit night, and most of the wood burned great, just a few bigger pieces we had to cut down a bit more ourselves. Overall, Double A's was easy to work with, responsive, and did a solid job. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

I had just gotten back surgery so I had to explain to them that I had to have my husband do a lot of the communication they were very respectful of this . The cleanup was impeccable, and their promise of service was outstanding. Not only did they put the gate back up to our fence because we do have dogs, their cleanup was so thorough. You would never have guessed we had a backyard full of workmen. I highly recommend this company.
