Our cleaning lady is awesome, she is on time and always does a quality job. I would highly recommend this company.

I shopped around when looking for an upholstery cleaning service for my aged but not grungy couch and chose EcoClean for their good reviews and natural methods. Sam called ahead, arrived on time, was very friendly and informative, and my 13+ year old couch looks so refreshed! The color (red) is decidedly more vibrant now. I'm so pleased I decided to do this because it will definitely add some more life to this piece of furniture! read more

I have used EcoClean and more specifically Terry Tate for their cleaning services multiple times and am very happy every time! Terry is professional, informative and does an amazing job. My carpets look new after he's done and my whole house feels so nice! I have 15 yr old carpets and multiple animals on them on any given day. It's not an easy place to make shine but Terry manages it every time! I could not be happier w his work ethics besides the fact that he's also a very nice person! Thank you EcoClean and Terry!! read more

I just had EcoClean out yesterday June 8, 2022 to clean all of the carpets in my house. James did a fantastic job. He was even able to get out a few stains that I thought would be there permanently. I would recommend EcoClean and will use them the next time I need my carpets cleaned. read more

Very very good communication and work! Would use again and highly recommend their service. Did a great job cleaning my dads very dirty furniture. read more

We recently moved into a new home and our inspector noted mold growth in the attic. We called Ecoclean to take a look and remediate the problem. They came promptly, looked in the attic, and told us we don't have mold after all! They showed us pictures and explained the discoloration that had been mistaken for mold. I was so pleased that they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, because we likely would have followed their recommendation blindly. We will definitely be calling Ecoclean again if something else comes up, because we know we can trust them! read more

Alex and Tom did it again!! We first used Eco Clean because of a deal I purchased on Angie's list last September. We were so incredibly thrilled with their level of cleaning our carpets, how friendly they are, not to mention the professionalism and reliability they posses, that we asked for them back now in the spring! Paul, the owner is awesome to work with and does whatever he can with scheduling around your availability. I needed them last minute because of houseguests arriving within two days and sent Alex an Tom out to us the very next day! They have very reasonable and low pricing for the excellent quality of carpet cleaning! Our dark and dingy carpets look like new again!! I'll definitely be using them every six months from now on! read more

My dog had a few oopsies on my favorite area rug, I was convinced I would have to trash it, until I found EcoClean. I have allergies and very sensitive to chemicals and fragrance so the thought of getting it cleaned seemed limited. EcoClean not only cleaned my area rug to make it look brand new, their customer service was a 10 Star! Incredibly friendly staff, very quick service time and delivery. I will absolutely use their services for other areas in my home and highly recommend them!!! read more

Kai and Quinn did an excellent and professional job cleaning the carpets in my home. They started on time in the morning and by the afternoon my carpets were dry! We recently needed to clean the carpets at a property we were getting ready to sell. After finding EcoClean on Yelp I reached out to them via their website and the were super responsive, helping me understand the process and building the estimate. Once we decided to move forward we scheduled the appointment, the technician arrived promptly on time and completed the work to our satisfaction. I'm very happy with the work done by EcoClean and would gladly use them again. read more

EcoClean Carpet Cleaning has set the bar high! This morning, unfortunately, another carpet cleaning company left my Family room carpet in worse condition than before the cleaning. Even my dog wouldn't enter the house because of the strong odor. Concerned that the odor may be a precursor to future mold or spore issues, we called Paul at EcoClean Carpet Cleaning. After assessing the situation, Paul arranged for Steve to come that afternoon to clean the carpet. Before Steve arrived he called to give me an ETA! When he arrived, he assessed the situation, confirmed with Paul and reviewed procedure with ME before he proceeded. I found this team communication impressive. Not only did he use corner protectors to keep my walls from being damaged by the equipment, he also installed a zip fabric guard at the door way to keep insects from flying into our home. After he was done, he reviewed his work and assessment on some stubborn stains. And it still keeps getting better....Not only did he give me free a bottle of carpet cleaning solution but a few shoe covers should I want to move about the room! I was overwhelmed with the quality of service and attention of detail this company follows! Steve was respectful of me and my home and thorough with task at hand! Before he left he said he follows the rule of thumb of treating other people's homes like he would like other people to treat his home! Ask for Steve! He is THE GUY. read more

I have used these guys twice once for a 8' x 10' area rug and another for my basement. Both issues were because of cat urine. The area rug was dropped off at their location and I picked it up. When I unrolled it i felt as if I could still smell urine. I called and spoke with Paul and they came out the next day picked up the rug cleaned it again and brought it back. When it came back it was perfect. The second time we had a cat with a UTI and once it cleared up we had them come out and they knocked it out of the park with no problem. Their prices are reasonable and cat urine is one of the hardest smells to remove and they have done a wonderful job with it. read more

Quick response thru Yelp with a quote. Arrived within time window. Cleaned carpets in living room, den, and stairs. Had to point out areas of concern that they didn't get in the first pass. Carpets are still damp after a few hours but i assume that is standard. Honored a $10 for $25 coupon. Min service is $125. Also gave a spot clean bottle that would be good for $25 off next service. Overall, satisfied with service and professionalism and would call them again. read more

Since my original review, EcoClean has come to my house on a regular basis. With a semi-messy household (cat, dog, kids = yikes), I literally rely on them to help maintain home cleanliness and sanity! They really do an outstanding job. Great machines and the stains don't come back (trust me on this, I've had them clean up the most vile things that I'd rather not type out here). Example, we adopted a dog with separation anxiety whose just had the most grotesque accidents when we leave. It's either, "hey sweet, husband.. take a look downstairs".. or, EcoClean to the rescue! One time, they even returned later in the week so they could "perfect the stairs". I've gotten to know who the crew are and they're all professional nice guys. The owner always answers the phone/calls back and appts are easy to get quickly. After service, they usually provide a little bottle of carpet cleaner that has a $20 off coupon on the back of it, fyi. read more

Really solid company! I've been using them for 3 years in 2 homes. I get my carpets professionally cleaned once a year. They are very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and they show up on time. No high pressure sales or up-sales either. They'll offer you a few things, but they'll take the time to talk you through if it's a good choice for you and how and why they have the different options (Scotchgard finish, light cleaning vs. deep cleaning rugs, etc). Never had an issue with them and they leave my carpets feeling fresh and clean. Really happy with them! read more

Although, initially, I didn't feel that I received the best service, EcoCleaning carpet made everything right. I've never been matched with such generous customer service. Paul, the manager, personally reached out to me and addressed all my problems. I needed my carpets cleaned very last minute and they took the initiative to make it out right away no questions asked. I cannot recommend their service enough they definitely care about every one of their customers! read more

Thank you, Noah, for the excellent work you did today on my 15-year-old carpets. They still look almost new thanks to EcoClean. The folks at this company are as fussy as I am about doing a good job. Up until 2017, I'd cleaned our carpeting myself - hot water only, of course. But as I got a bit older, I looked far and wide to find a company that was eco-friendly and had solid eco-friendly values to take over this job for me. EcoClean has continued to impress. This is the fourth time they've cleaned our carpeting and each time has been worthy of this five-star rating. Why do I feel this way? Aside from the professionalism, politeness, and values, they also use their own water. This water goes back into their own waste-water bin rather than on my front lawn. Their employees are paid a salary rather than working on commission, (I asked) so Noah did not feel compelled to upsell me. Thanks, Noah, and thanks EcoClean. read more

I forgot to ask the guys names again but they were the most polite young men ever. They did everything in a very fast pace and got rid of every pet stain (trust me, there were many with three dogs.). When I first bought my house I had every intention to clean myself. Well I got a little over my head and luckily I had Ecoclean to help me. Paul and his team did an amazing job, my carpet looks brand new (which when I bought my home it had grease spots and ugly stains), my appliances are squeaky clean, and my bathroom is actually sparkling.
