Yelp helped me out again!! Paul was very professional and prompt with getting back to me with a very reasonable quote for my carpet and furniture cleaning. I like that their prices and cleaning processes are listed on their website which helps avoid any confusion. The carpets and chairs came out great! They really took their time and did a thorough job. I'm so happy that I've finally found a new carpet cleaner that is so professional and didn't try to hard sell me with services I don't need! read more

Called early on a Saturday to have multiple rooms of carpet and two bathroom tile floors and grout cleaned. Was able to schedule for the next Saturday! Reasonable quote. Today, the day of the appointment I got a call that the grout guy was unavailable. I was disappointed--will need to reschedule. However, Alex, who was our carpet guy, did an amazing job. Was completely thorough and even helped move some furniture that he suggested be moved for a more thorough clean. Will wait to hear back on my grout situation... read more

Punctual and provided excellent service. They educated us on what they were doing prior to doing it. I'd recommend them and use them again.

This is our first service by EcoClean. We are impressed by the quality of the service and the expertise. We did carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning. Everything was done perfectly and Noah explained in detail what treatment they will be using on stains on carpets and tiles. We will be relying on EcoClean for the same services. Thanks to Noah and Paul for the service today. read more

Great same day service! Kai was very professional and explained everything. A pleasure to work with this company.

Needed new padding under my carpet and my carpet stretched. Mike was amazing. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We don't have a lot of carpet in the house, but the carpet that we do have looks like new! Kai came out and did a great job on a room, 2 area rugs, and a loveseat. I cannot say enough good things about EcoClean! read more

Nice team for the carpet cleaning in the area. Customer service and the professionals I would rate it at 5 stars that's for sure!! The team was very patient and knowledgeable. I was't at home when they did the carpet cleaning but Kai sent me pictures of every room and was explaining every step. 100% happy customer! read more

Great team that was amicable and worked hard to help us find the right solution for our carpets and sofas. We went in with one quote, but when they came, they assessed in person and adjusted as necessary, which led to a smaller bill for us. We'll be using them again. read more

The carpet looks great! My upholstered furniture looks great! The house smells great! No more pet stains! Andy and Jordan were really friendly. Andy explained a lot about keeping the carpet clean and even gave me some free carpet cleaner of their proprietary solution. I also got to see a great picture of his "little" carpet messer, Penny Lane, the 70 pound 6 month old puppy! Thank you so much for great, friendly service! Will definitely use your company again and recommend you. Really nice that it is environmentally safe so pets and family are safe. read more

I hired EcoClean to deep clean my Mother's carpet and they were courteous, wore shoe covers, called 20 minutes ahead to let me know that they were on the way, pre-cleaned before the deep clean and did a super job. Can't wait for Mom to see her clean carpet, will hire in the future! J. Sampson read more

These guys did a great job for us! We called kind of last minute on Halloween because we were having carpets installed. They had an opening later in the day and cleaned some furniture and rugs. Kai was great! He explained everything he was doing, was friendly and fast. I recommend using this company. read more

Great service. The office is super quick to respond, and they actually got me in same day when they had a cancellation. The two man team that came to my house was great: friendly, professional, thorough. I like how they are environmentally conscious, and I will use them again. read more

Let me set the premise by saying I first ordered carpet cleaning from another company. The other company tried to up-sell me for more than $100. I then called EcoClean. Two professional guys with company uniform came and they did not up-sell me anything, invited me to watch them clean the carpet, and gave me all the details regarding carpet cleaning. From the man that picked up the phone (Paul) to the service provided(Kai and Steve), these guys knew what they were doing and treated me with respect. Thank you guys. read more

Called these guys based on Yelp reviews as a last minute cleaning was needed. They were able to come out the same day and were very nice to deal with. We came home from vacation to find that our "in home" dog sitter had attempted to clean up a mess from one of our dogs. Our Lab got sick from getting into the box of Nutra Grain bars. He vomited and did #2 all over our living room floor. Needless to say they were able to get the old carpet cleaner than ever and the stains are gone. Would highly recommend this company. EcoClean owner, Paul L, contacted us again on July 15. He apologized for the confusions( 2 year ago we were not satisfied with the company service and we offered the reimbursement) and offered the reimbursement again. we agreed again, and Patrick Thompson, General Manager, promised to issue and deliver the check ASAP. One month later, of course, there is no check. Honestly, we have doubt it would be sent this time either and were very surprised the company contacted us after 2 years. But decided to give it a try. Nope. it didn't work. Very unprofessional, in our opinion. read more

Kai at EcoClean Carpet did an excellent job on my couch! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cleaning process. Kai was able to get out stains that were left behind by Sears cleaning services over a year ago. I would absolutely use EcoClean for my furniture and carpet cleaning needs in the future. read more

Sam Hankins came to do a whole house carpet cleaning, 3 bedrooms, family room staircase and dining room. What he did was amazing! He let me know what was happening before, during and after the cleaning! He went over tough spots several times that I did not ask him to do. Sam was very friendly and professional. I am so glad that I called EcoClean Carpet Cleaning! Oh, the price was excellent as well! read more

They came out on the day I was moving into a new to me but "used" home and took care of everything I asked them to clean. The work they did on bathroom and floor grout made walking on later that night feel like it was new and all mine. They explained everything and added things during the day as they came up. They were my private guys for the day. Wonderful. read more

Great value. Will certainly use again! Great explanation of all options. Met the hype of their reviews.

EcoClean cleaned all the carpets in my house when we first moved into our home a couple of months ago. My child recently spilled milk and we hired them to come back to take care of the stain/smell. They were awesome and got the job done. They are very knowledgeable and our favorite guy is Andy! We will for sure use them again. Job well done guys! read more

They did an amazing job! I thought I would have to get rid of our white carpet after my dog got sick one night and did his messy business all over it. They somehow managed to get that stain and previous ones out. The staff was super friendly and professional, I will definetly be using them again! read more

I was impressed by Andrew's assurance of COVID precautions and safety as I made my appointment for our patio upholstery to be cleaned. And even more impressed with the quality of service which Sam rendered when he arrived - just a fantastic job with the cracks and crevices of weather beaten upholstery. I will most likely be relying on EcoClean to clean my fist floor tile. Sam described our tile material, what care it requires and the maintenance with respect to the grout that will give us many years of life. Reliable and exceptional service and care! read more

Thank you to Paul who scheduled my carpet cleaning service so quickly and easily and a big shout out "thank you" to Alvin, the cleaning technician. I learned a lot from him about carpet cleaning and maintenance and he did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet and moving the items in the room so that all the carpeting was cleaned. Such an easy process from a great company! read more

We had our hallway and 2 staircases cleaned by EcoClean. The job was thorough but cost was more than expected as certain treatment for traffic areas was suggested on the stairs, but worth it. Only downside but not bad, the carpet took 2 days to dry. We also wondered why the outside edges of carpet on the front staircase was not touched on the other side of spindles. Maybe that's normal? The edges were not soiled but in need of a vacuum. Nonetheless, EcoClean did a good job. We will use them again to do our bedrooms but will be mindful of the dry time being longer than expected. read more

I've been putting off carpet cleaning for some time but now that I have a grandson who is crawling all over the place, I finally hired EcoClean. I especially wanted environmentally safe cleaning products so I shopped around before scheduling the appointment. What a pleasant experience! Robbie and Jacob worked as a team and completed upholstery and carpet cleaning efficiently and thoroughly. No pressure for extra services, positive, friendly attitudes. And finally clean carpeting and upholstery! I will definitely hire Ecoclean again and wholeheartedly recommend EcoClean! read more

Great service! We moved into our new home and before moving our furniture in we had them come out to clean carpets. They were on time and quick! Andy and another guy came out and explained the process and did a great job. I will definitely use them again! read more

Booking a cleaning was simple and fast. Price was awesome. Cleaners arrived on time and did a thorough job. Carpet looked awesome once it dried. There was an old stain near my bathroom where my water heater once leaked. After EccoClean did their due diligence the spot was gone entirely. read more

From the phone call to the Service provided, the employees were very professional. They deliver a quality product and was consistent with the reviews. I would make one recommendation. There were stains on my couch, and I would not have gotten it cleaned had he told me I had a time set the stain would not come out. He did not tell me that until after he was done cleaning the couch. That being said, the manager did the right thing and credited the couch after we called in and sent pictures. read more

I am very pleased with the job EcoClean did on all my carpets. In spite of a cold weather freeze up that cancelled the first 2 appts. they came back and finish the job the following day. Paul, the technician, was very friendly and accommodating and divan exceptional job. The price was very good and quality was exceptional. I would highly recommend EcoClean. read more

Noah was awesome!! On time, fast, polite, and did a great job!! They cleaned the floors back to great shape!!

This is our second time using EcoClean and I have to say I will never call a different company. The service is excellent - our rugs, upholstery dining chairs and sofa look absolutely amazing but the icing on this cake has to be the customer service. Perfect and professional from start to finish.. the service tech here today was Kai, and he was hands down the nicest person I have ever dealt with in any capacity. Kai treated our children so well and even let them "help" him since they seemed completely fascinated by his work. He explained every tiny detail along the way so that we understood what he was doing and the possible affect it would have on our rugs since they aren't all the same material. He obviously knows his stuff and it was a real pleasure having him here. Everything looks incredible and we are so happy.. thank you again Kai! We look forward to scheduling our next service with you!! read more
