Just going to get to the point so far this place has been misleading. They claim their vehicles are accident free unless the accident happens while in their possession I guess that doesn't count. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry from them about a week ago. Took a trip to Pueblo this last weekend. Noticed a few things first the car shakes when breaking and also vibration in the steering wheel around 75-80. The worst part about this is that the vehicle is equipped with a service alert history when I saw that the car received about 8 alerts on JUNE 8 and purchased on June 15 I saw that there were srs airbag alert, power steering alert, breaking system and pre collision alert...this led me to believe this was in an accident. I made an appointment with my Toyota Mechanic today and discovers it was indeed in some kind of accident the driver from lower control arm was replaced and the bolts were put in backwards, the rotors are warped and need resurfacing which will then need new break pads, also wheels need balancing and new alignment almost costing $400. This is a 2019 and they couldn't fix this before hand? Why wasn't this accident disclosed they told me the car was on the lot for over 30+ days the accident happened while they had it. I'm so disappointed. When I went down and spoke with a manager he was a bit snotty with me like they aren't responsible but they are going to "look into it" because they have to keep a "good reputation". He said none of what I'm dealing with is covered in their 30 day 1000 mile warranty it's only power train. He told me I would receive a call and I haven't yet. Please be weary when buying a car from this place. Car fax does not show accidents that aren't reported and also can take up to 90 day's to have it on the report. We'll see how they fix it this. For the record, I'd given this dealership my business in the past (myself & daughters purchases), buying Not one, Not two, Not three, but FOUR vehicles. You'd think that mattered....it clearly doesn't. The last time I was trying to buy, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor by showing me more than one vehicle. Then, even though they offer to transfer vehicles between locations, I was mader to feel as though I was asking too much for having an SUV transferred (hint for Ecopark, if you don't want to transfer a vehicle, don't offer to do so, only to rub it in the customer's face afterward!). Fact, being treated like this caused me to leave and ovre the next calendar year buy THREE vehicles elsewhere (even though I tried to do business with Ecopark!). FTR, since buying my first vehicle with this company, their service and any form of committment to excellence has plummeted! It's always sad to see a once good establishment sink to such a LOW! OK, this takes us to today (8/1/2023). I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to see a Mazda CX-5. I was told the vehicle would be out front, washed and ready. It was not. Instead, I had search for it, finding it parked across the lot, untouched, covered with dust, and most certainly NOT washed and awaiting my 'scheduled' appointment/test drive. Of course, I drove away and plan on taking my business elsewhere. BTW, what their online 'sell/trade' division offers has also sunk to a horrible new LOW! Past offers on my trades we reasonable, fair, and directly comparable to what one would find on KBB or NADA. But HOLD ON! Now, their current online offer was +/- $5000 BELOW listed value. Not sure what's going on with Ecopark, but this is certainly no way to do business, and most certainly no way to treat 4-time returning customers. read more

I purchased a vehicle from echo park in December 2022. I didn't even make it home before the check engine light came on. It's now April 18 and I've only had possession of the vehicle for 3 weeks during that time the vehicle came with a 30 day 1000 mile warranty. After several failed attempts at fixing it they have now determined it needs an engine. But they say they that they don't want to put one in it. They said they'd just buy it back. But like I told them it's not for sale and they're obligated to fix it according to their contract. I will be filing a complaint with the dealer board and case with the district attorney's office. This dealership is completely incompetent in their role of selling cars. As soon as we agreed to purchase a vehicle from them, it became clear that their motivation was to sell the protection plans. It then took them 3 hours to complete the paperwork of the sale. We should have taken the hint and walked out at that point. 4 months later now, the are still unable to complete the transfer of a vehicle title. The DMV has confirmed that after initially submitting incorrect paperwork 45 days post sale, Echo Park then did nothing to resolve the situation for an additional 60+ days. Phone calls to the dealership go unanswered. I finally went into the dealership to speak with Scott, the "experience manager," he also does not follow up with calls. Additionally, he did not take accountability for he and his team's poor performance. So now I am 4 months post purchase and not able to drive the vehicle due to expiring tags. The end result will be taking time from work on five different occasions. All of this because they are not able to transfer the title of a vehicle. read more

I bought a 2 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit a few months ago and the truck was fine until it snowed. What appeared to be brand new tires were absolutely worthless in the first snowfall. I checked with a tire dealer who told me the tires were cheap Chinese tires and basically only good in the summer. Then I called Echopark who told me they couldn't do anything for me and they admitted to putting these cheap tires on the vehicle. I now must spend about $900-$1,000 so I can drive in safely in the winter. You would think they could at least let me buy some tires at cost. So, I will never buy any vehicle at this dealership again and would not recommend them to anyone. Follow-up: They gave me a new set of tires at half price and free mounting. Purchased a car from EchoPark in February. Noticed a few days after very bad sidewalk damage on one of the tires. Called them 3 times to see if they would replace it for me. No call back... had to replace 2 tires out of pocket in the first week. Cost 174$ title didn't come until 2 days before temp tags expired. Go in to the dmv to get plates and find out the didn't pay the city tax!!! Called them another 3 times.... still no call back. They charged me 500 for city tax they didn't pay and I can't even talk to them.... goes straight to voicemail. Probably going to need to get my lawyer involved. So tired of shitty companies taking advantage of us. Update... I have received a check for the city tax. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with their lack of professionalism. I financed a vehicle in October 2019. They failed to submit all of my paperwork multiple times. It took 2 weeks of calls, instant messages and emails to even get a plate extension. Now I have the privilege of late payments to Bank of America due to their ineptitude. I've never had a worse experience purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend staying far away from echopark. Their team has zero clue what they're doing and their customers will suffer for it. When I financed my car, they never gave me my paperwork and I was able to drive off. Once I realized they had forgotten to give me my basic information, I called multiple times to find out what was happening. The response was a creepy man texting me to meet up for drinks to "give me my paperwork". That was a giant red flag that if by going out for drinks was the only way to get my legal documents that everything was all going to be a firestorm afterward. I finally received my documentation and reached out to my financing organization only for them to say "we have nothing under your name or social, please contact the dealership". I did so and their statement was "the car was funded" obviously it was not because I took out a loan to pay for it. As my time was getting closer to my dealer plate expiring, I made multiple attempts every day to make my payments and find out why I had never received anything from the dmv or bank. Numerous excuses later, they "forgot to submit my paperwork". Obviously they dropped the ball, but I did everything within my power to avoid this. I kept getting routed to a "gentleman" who claims that he only worked in the service department. Shortly after his one returned phone call to tell me I was wrong and that "the finance girls will help you" nothing came through. Today I received 3 statements from BOA that I needed to make a payment immediately. Paying what I owe is completely acceptable. But now I have late fees and impacts to my credit. There is no excuse for echopark failing. If you are on top of your credit and care about future service stay far away from Echopark. They are disappointing and will absolutely destroy your credit given the chance. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2017 Ki Sportage from this dealership 11/13/2020 at their Thornton location. Less than a month later, the oil light came on. I called to use the "1 month, 1000 mile warranty" that they include. No response, no call back despite repeated attempts. I finally reached out to my sales person who was able to get me an appointment their service department at this location in Centennial. The service department in Centennial ASSURED me that there was no leak and the issue was due to a sensor "that was GOING bad but not bad yet so it wouldn't be covered under their warranty". Go in for my first oil change and what do they find??? A "severe" oil leak. This company wants nothing but your signature on their loan paperwork and has absolutely no interest in you after that. We highly recommend working with David Harris from echo park. My husband had been looking for a Jeep and was pretty specific on what he wanted. Other dealerships had seemed a bit put off by the fact that we knew what we wanted and were willing to wait to find it vs buying a car right away. David was super chill and explained how echo park worked. He showed us what they had available and offered suggestions as to best value, features, etc. he wasn't pushy at all but rather giving us good food for thought and advice. At the same time, I was looking for a car as I had been rear ended and wasn't sure what I wanted. David spent time one evening showing me all the small SUVs (what I wanted) and helping me compare and contrast the options to narrow down what I was looking for. Was instructed to call their guest loyalty twice and both times I have not gotten an answer or a call back. Several weeks into owning the car, we drove the car from work and the steering wheel was shaking at 50+mph. We thought the car had a balancing problem so we took it to get balanced and turns out there was a tire with a ton of fix-a-flat inside and we had to get the tire replaced. The gentlemen at discount tire pulled out a disgusting lump of fix-a-flat out of the tire, this dealership is completely irresponsible with their inspections or possibly even sold us the car with that tire on purpose. read more

UPDATE: A manager called me the morning after I posted this and was extremely professional, concerned about my experience and didn't ask me to take the review down. He truly sought to understand my dissatisfaction and has done everything he can to make it right for me. I'm impressed by his approach and transparency. My negative experience is 100% a training issue and they took steps as a team this morning to respond to each complaint and address them individually. He got me an even better interest rate than my bank did and is working with me directly. I now would recommend this place but if I were to do it again, I would ask to speak with a seasoned salesperson and would research their policies and processes beforehand. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are manipulative cunning liars and will try to swindle you one way or another. Its all smoke and mirrors. They say they aren't like typical dealerships, that their prices are solid and there's no haggling. Lana, the associate who was paired with me (similar demographics to me, so a strategic match from a sales perspective) said they are a "discount car retailer" and sell 2,000 cars a month at a low margin. This is why their prices are so great, she said. I test drove the car for 2 minutes because the gas tank was empty. When I returned, we started talking dollars. She tried to push a warranty on me several times, stating it was only $35 more a month until I asked the total and she said $3,000. I turned it down every time she asked, growing increasingly more uncomfortable with each push. Her boss came to join us just as she showed me a breakdown of cost and a monthly payment WITH the warranty included just so "I could see" it wasn't much more. I was asked to sign off on waiving the warranty as she and her boss looked at each other like I was crazy to pass on such a "deal". The boss walked away and she told me they were working out the numbers. I sat there and waited, and waited still unsure of the interest rate I'd be quoted through their financing. I asked several times and no answer. Finally, when she came back saying the monthly payment would be less because they'd messed up the taxes (??) I asked AGAIN what the interest rate was. She ran away and when she returned, she held up five fingers and said "5%". Earlier in the conversation I told her that my bank quoted me 3.2%. So you can imagine how unhappy I was with that quote. I quickly said I would go with my bank instead of using their financing. This is when the real rub hit. She said they don't take financing from anywhere else. And "that is why we can keep our prices so low". Because they make money off the financing! The whole entire thing was a sham. They were stringing me along hoping that I would spend money on an unnecessary warranty and throw my money away on financing that was way over the market rate. When I told her that I was pulling the plug and would have liked for her to share this information with me earlier, she acted stupid and said she was confused. Horrible Experience! Went in on a Saturday after seeing they had the make and model of the car we were looking for on their website - had to wait over an hour for a sales associate to go on a test drive (not a big deal it's a busy car shopping day and we didn't make a prior appointment). As we already knew we wanted this make and model we only needed to drive the car and get the trade in value of our current car. We thought the price was a good deal and after confirming the trade in value told the sales associate we would be back Monday (they are closed on Sunday) to purchase the vehicle after we figured out if the credit union we use would be able to finance with them. We called Monday morning stating the car we were interested in and saying we would be coming in to purchase using their financing - they made us an appointment for 6pm.... We walk in at 6pm and the front desk lady remembers us and then informs us that someone else has come in and placed a "hold" on the vehicle we wanted.... Completely confused and thrown off guard (literally drove an hour to get here straight from work) we asked how that could of happened, that we said both on Saturday and Monday morning that we would be coming in to purchase and did that not place a "hold" on the vehicle?? They responded saying that we clearly didn't receive all the information on Saturday (what about when we called Monday am?) that to place a hold on a vehicle it was a $500 deposit (literally the first time we heard that) and that because these other people had done so first (claimed 1 hr before our appointment for that car) we were just out of luck. extremely frustrating experience all around - we went to car max after and told them about this and they said "this is actually not the first time we have heard people say this happened to them from echo park ". A lot of things don't add up here and are super shady... people came in and placed a "hold" 1 hr before our appointment to buy that car - yeah right. Bri The Detailer is so awesome! I had to take my car back after I bought it to get the rubber around the rim of the sun roof fixed and one of the mechanics accidentally got grease on my light interior driver seat. I was able to return another day, and I just so happened to spill some juice on the passenger seat right before I went in to see Bri. Not only did she clean the grease stain from before but also the juice spill in less than 10 minutes! Thank you so much, Bri! My experience with financing my first car was also the best! My car dealer was Nick and he was very patient and understanding in my wanting to pick the right car for a decent price! I was nervous walking in but Daniel Gorton immediately put me at ease and provided excellent service throughout the car sale. Daniel has an excellent personality--I never felt pressured or pushed, he was attentive in my questions and concerns, he informed me of all my options, we tried a couple different price runs, and then he gave me a few minutes to myself to process the information/make a decision. Easy stuff that hasn't been easy in the past. Go and ask for Daniel! The atmosphere was very friendly and clean, upbeat. Very pleasant! The only opportunity for improvement for EchoPark Automotive would be to maybe show more than one banking option of the 25 from which they advertise affiliation. Just finished car shopping and this dealership was crooked an worthless. One salesman couldn't keep track of the lies said by the previous one. I was told things about discounts, warranties, hidden points off the APR without telling the bank to try to convince me to buy only for after them to say they could only actually take some of the cost out of the warranty I didn't want. The finance department wouldn't give a rate unless even though I signed off on them running my credit and said I wanted to know the APR on the car I wanted before continuing. After 2.5 days they called and they called and gave a horrible offer. I said no thanks of course as I have very good credit. I said if you can do a lot better I will listen but I'm continuing my search. Then a couple days later they actually called again while I was sitting at a different dealership that gave me a nice interest rate and while I'm considering it they Echopark finally called back and said I would be "very happy" and then told me the new interest rate he was able to work out with the bank "just for me". It was 1 point worse than their first offer. I told him that's awesome and I'd be there within the hour. Then I signed and bought a more expensive car I wanted less because the other dealership was honest and gave a good rate. Echopark also said they could only get me that "special rate" if I went up to 75 months. Who has heard of that or would want a 75 month car loan on a used car? He said if I wanted a 60 month loan the bank would charge me more lol. All around I have never felt more like I had people trying to stick it to me than by this place. We just popped in here looking for a new vehicle and was excited to find two we really liked. The facility is nice and modern and overall had good customer service. The appraiser surprised us with the amount on our truck too! We thought everything was going well until... We had someone inexperienced trying to sell us a car. She was stuck in this position due to understaffing on a Saturday morning, I know, but do not put someone in sales with no experience. We were quoted a payment around what we were looking forward to and was ready to buy the car.. Then the salesmen shift switched and we got the actual salesman. He quoted us almost double than the original quote and completely smashed our hopes. We don't blame him, but the lack of knowledge she had. She made us think we were going to get this wonderful car, and was forgetting to factor in our trade in equity. It was a let down. Sorry guys, but this turned us so fast we weren't wanting to look at anything else. Sad day :( I give four stars because the customer service was overall very good, but I'm very particular about the knowledge someone has. read more

I bought a 2019 Subaru Forster in late October 2021 from them. Before I bought the car I wanted to inspect the car for any issues before buying the car since I'm a mechanic and I know what to look for on used cars. They did let me inspect it at my shop to there credit. Within 1/2 mile I noticed a vibration in the brake pedal and steering wheel. Normally this indacates warped rotors on all four brakes. Once I started inspecting the car I not only found that the brake rotors were warped I found a great deal of rust on all four rotors causing a light brake noise. While inspecting the brakes I found the rear brake pads at 4mm which is about 15% life on the pads left. I found the front pads with ok pad depth however since the front rotors were grooved rusted and warped the pads were also not in good shape. Because of this there was brake noise. The rest of the car was inspected great but brakes are a safety item and need to be in good order to sell a car and these weren't. I went back to EchoPark to talk about the brake problem before buying the car. I was told by the sales person and manager that the brakes would get replaced. Before I picked up the car. That was acceptable to me so I went forward and bought the car. However while going through finance they tried to pull the typical car dealer crap by adding extra warranties to try sneak them by you after you tell them no. I caught that and told them to take the warrantee off and they did. But that's not the point they act like other dealers in trying to get you to buy warrantees that you don't need. However after they fixed the warranty I bought the car. 4 days later I went to pick the car up expecting the brakes to be done and they weren't! I was pissed that they weren't done as promised. I was told by the manager that they would not replace them before they inspected themselves and they had no time in the past 4 days. I was not happy because that was not the agreement. I needed the car so I took possession of the car. I was told to schedule an appointment and they would replace them then. However when I went in for my appointment I was told that they would only inspect the brakes and not replace them that day! this is completely unacceptable brakes are a safety item and should be replaced immediately not whenever they feel like it. I voiced my unhappiness but there was not much I could do. after the inspection they told me that they would only replace the rear brakes because they were at 4mm and not because they were rusted and warped and they would not replace the fronts because the pads were over 4mm in pad depth. I was told that they would order there rear pads and rotors and I'll have to bring the car back in 2 weeks! I was pissed and told them this was not what I was promised. I said I would only bring my car back one more time to have them replace the rear brakes and then they would never touch my car again. I brought my car in two weeks later and they did the rear brakes. After they were done their tech looked at me and said the warped feeling and vibration was gone. I said that he was wrong because the fronts were warped to so there will still be a vibration and doing the rears would only fix it a little. I took my car back and immediately noticed that the vibration was still there and it wasn't gone. The vibration was better though. At this point I was so pissed I refused to take my car back to them and I just did the work myself the right way. when a brake rotor is rusted and warped it not only damages the brake pad it can cause the caliper to fail and other issues in the brake system. I went ahead and fixed the front brakes and replaced the front pads and rotors and and fixed the car right! I would never buy a car from here again! Would not recommend. Purchased a car here which was easy. Then started the issues. They never installed a front license bracket which is the law in Colorado. Multiple calls over multiple weeks and lots of phone tag.. Send the car in to have this installed... Can't find the bracket I was assured was there (that was ordered two weeks ago and took 3 phone calls to confirm). Yep, can't find it because that is the looney tunes show they have going on here. They send my friend off, then apparently called the service manager---who is Colorado Springs... That's right! Not on site. And he tells them where it is. So, rather than trouble shoot when he was there.. They send him off. Additionally, they waited 4 weeks to send tag paperwork off to the county. So, tags are expiring. So, he was supposed to get a bracket AND an extension on the temp plates. Guess what... Nope! Just kidding you mew valued customer... Joke is on you. You can't get the extension until the other expires. So, yep you have to wait for them to mail you an extension after the 1st one expires because they wait too long to send in paperwork. Which means, you can drive for days with an expired plate... Or park your new vehicle. Useless. Additionally, their turn over is so high, apparently it's unlikely you'll ever speak with your sales person again after a purchase if you have a shit show like I have. - - got that from the receptionist. Avoid at all costs. I've never had this type of experience before. Waste of time, and there are better places to deal with. read more

Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. There really is something to be said for atmosphere and personality while buying a car. I have always hated the sterile, office-y feeling of dealerships and you don't get that at EchoPark. They have gone above and beyond to create a comfortable environment and positive experience. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Joey as we searched for a Nissan Rogue. Not once did I feel pressured or hassled. He even held the car we wanted while we went up the street to another dealership to see if we could find a better deal. He was honest and kind (not something you find too often). Last time I left my honest review I got a call from one of the managers in the dealership trying to bribe me to change my review anyway, I have to first start off by saying that I've owned my vehicle that I purchased from Echo Park for about a year I bought my car last year in August, I bought a 2020 Hyundai sonata and let me tell you it's the worst decision I have ever made in my entire life. I came in with a $6000 down payment for my car. My credit wasn't perfect but it wasn't bad either. They stuck me in this 2020 Hyundai sonata paying $741 a month. I know what a rip off. They lied to me about hidden fees. Echo park participates in predatory lending. Please be aware my fellow minorities and my fellow young people trying to purchase a car from here!! Do your research hard before coming here. My car depreciated $15,000 in value which means I'm $15,000 upside down and to put the icing on top of the cake my car is literally falling apart. I haven't had a car reck and I take good care of it. They sold the car to me with problems that I didn't see until I drove off the lot. I could be driving a luxury vehicle with the credit I have and the down payment I put down on this toy car that I bought from echo park. Echo park literally gives off pushy salesmen. Although, it's not 100% their fault about this car deal they got me in to its 90% their fault. UPDATE SO finally after two months of calling, getting outright lied to and given the run around I was able to get a number for a GM. I will say he got back to me in a timely manner and did apologize even saying the state of my car was an embarrassment. Well I was given reimbursement for some of the work I'd paid for out of pocket , like broken airbag wires tied up and hidden. All brakes and rotors rusted to the point of chipping apart! Great 190 point inspection! certified preowned ... you better ask their definition of that terminology. So they agreed to reimburse me for a few things However refused to pay for the rusted falling apart shocks and struts because they passed their inspection!!! SO DID ILLEGALLY WIRED AIRBAGS AND DISINTEGRATING BRAKES!!!! Not even an oil change!!! They literally vacuumed and washed and sold me a $13000 rust bucket. I paid cash so they made out great on that dirty deal. My brakes fell apart on my journey to my new home. The widow of a Vietnam vet and my son trusting they sold us a safe vehicle to start our new life without my husband. I didn't realize to look for rust covering the entire undercarriage, I'd never purchased a car without my husband. I made all this very clear. The certified dodge mechanics Who have been helping me try to get the situation under control told me rust of this nature is like a cancer and will just continue to create problems and issues how can people do business like this when I told them how important this car was to me starting a new life for my son and myself !right off the bat I'm having problems paying my bills I don't have a reliable vehicle all due to Echo Park and their criminal way of doing business I would not recommend them to anyone I would run far far away !! wouldn't it be better to run your business fair and above board and get return customers than stealing money from people thinking they're buying a true certified used car I guess they don't care about the happiness of their customers. This was my first large purchase as a recent college graduate. I was so excited and really loved my car! The day of service was pretty good (although I did feel somewhat rushed/ pressured at the time of purchase). The extreme dissatisfaction came later. The vehicle I purchased from EchoPark was totaled in a hail storm four days after I bought it last year. After months of trying to get in contact with the EchoPark team to have information forwarded onto my GAP claims department (countless unreturned voicemails and emails), I was finally able to connect with someone ONLY when they called to let me know it was time to register my vehicle (which had been totaled for 3 months at this point). Overall my experience with EchoPark was pretty terrible, (including the time I called and was hung up on). I hope this feedback helps them to improve their customer service, especially in situations where there is a total loss. If you are looking at Mazda's, I highly recommend McDonald Mazda West. They were extremely professional, kind, and have continued providing amazing service since I bought my new vehicle with them last August. read more

Very frustrated with sales, made an appointment to test drive a car. Drove an hour to make that appointment only to be told I need to wait as someone had come in and was out for test drive, so I get to wait 30 minutes only to be told oops sorry they decided to buy it. So now I have an hour drive home. Two and a half hours of my time wasted. If they were walk ins why allow the test drive 30 min prior to a confirmed appt and if they had an appt for 530 why make another for 6pm??? Horrible Customer Service,!!!! read more

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! My husband and I bought our car after a freak car accident and was blessed to get the car we loved. We were so happy for our purchase. Today marks week 6 of having the vehicle and as I was driving down a busy road, my breaks completely went out on my car. Being the one who was in the car accident I was completely terrified. Luckily I was able to coast to a safe location. My husband was at work when I called him and raced to my aid. I contacted our roadside service after holding with echo park for 20 minutes and getting no one. My husband contacted Rick (regional customer service) and told him what happened to see if they would at least look at the vehicle. The mans response was "you're past warranty we won't pay for any of that." My husband asked him if he cared at all that I could have been on the highway and been in serious danger. Again his response was "you're past warranty and we aren't paying for anything." This is the worst customer service. There are dealerships that would at least meet a customer halfway to see if the vehicle and customer were ok even if the warranty was out. We were not necessarily looking for them to pay (considering we had already had to return the vehicle for a side mirror they did not install correctly the week we got it), but just have them let us know if anything serious was wrong. Personally, I would never recommend anyone I love to go to such a shady dealership where they clearly only care about commission and not doing quality work. I could have been seriously injured! We will be getting our car fully looked at to make sure nothing else is wrong. Luckily we found an auto shop to give us great service. read more

This place is pretty overwhelming to say the least. It is basically a car farm which is great for the fact it has a ton of inventory, but you kinda feel like cattle being herded around. I SHOULD have gotten this guys last name but I literally could not give him any more of my time or my voice or my breath or eye contact. "Mike" was very curt, short, rude and arrogant. This place is awful. The finance department is shady and does not look out for the best interest of their customers. I knew exactly what my interest rate should be, but their policy doesn't allow them to use a loan from a bank or credit union. That should have been the red flag that sent me packing, but unfortunately they had the exact car (a unique car I cant just find anywhere) so I stuck it out. When they came back with my interest rate it was almost 3% higher than it really should have been, so the dealer had the finance guy come out to talk to me. He was rude and awful right from the start. I told him we had asked if they used the bank/credit union that approved us before we started the process and he simply said yeah I didnt want to check with them. Finally after another 45 minutes he comes back with a lower interest rate from that institution. It still wasn't what I should have been approved for, but it was better, so I put my hands up and said "you win" and I took it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. To make matters worse it took EchoPark almost 2 months to get the title handled correctly and I barely got my plates before the temporary plates expired. I dealt with the license bureau and they point blank said EchoPark made several errors and had to send it back to them and they took their time to send it back to the bureau. My husband and I had a fabulous experience with Paul Kaiser in Thornton. We walked in without an appointment and Paul spent time getting to know us, the kind of car we wanted, how it would best fit our lifestyle, etc. He was incredibly patient with us as we test drove multiple cars, walked around the lot, and sat in other cars without any pressure. Unfortunately, the car that we wanted had just been shipped down to the Echo Park in Centennial, otherwise we would have loved to buy it from Paul. Our salesman in Centennial, Craig Jaramillo, was a rude, condescending individual and actually tried to talk us out of buying the car, which made no sense. I actually prefaced our introduction by telling him what a fantastic experience we had the day before up in Thornton, and he stared at me blankly. He was completely disinterested in the entire experience, and pushed Toyota so hard I wondered why he wasn't working at the dealership next door. He barely introduced himself and did not shake my hand when I arrived or left, which is common courtesy when meeting someone who is about to purchase a car from you, I would think. In addition to seeming disinterested in selling us the car, he only seemed to care about selling us the $3,000 warranty, which we did not want. After asking us about the warranty 5 times and us saying no 5 times, we started to wonder why the car sucked so bad that we needed a 3 year warranty on a 2016 car with 33k miles?? I can't say our experience with the Centennial location was positive, and not nearly as positive as our experience with Paul. Paul was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from him in the future! 5 stars for Paul and 1 star for the Centennial location. read more
