Delicious as always! My medium rare Medusa burger was heaven! The juicy meat, cheese, onion, and jalapeno would make a perfect spicy bite! The Cobb salad had a nice blue cheese which was a great match with grilled chicken and the boiled egg. Their HBD music with drum and other instruments is fun. But, god bless you if they start near you!! They started with the DRUM and it scared the hell out of us. We literally jumped twice! Fortunately we weren't drinking that time. In all my years of going out to eat I have never experienced this: my son ordered French toast with fruit on the side. But was given the order with a ton of fruit on top of his french toast. Only one piece of his toast were visible the rest were drowning in wet fruit - specifically tons of pineapple. With no waiter in sight i asked him to keep eating. He ate the first, but the rest of the French toast was a mushy mess. When the waiter was flagged, I explained the situation (the mush) - and asked for a plain order- and he said- "well, he'd have to ask his manager because he ate most of it" - he did not! Even if that were true - you do not say that. He had one slice - and he asked for the fruit on the side in the first place. Fast forward, manager comes, explain again, brings a fresh, plain order. Kid eats 1/2, is very happy. Bill comes - the audacity - they charge us for 2 full orders of french toast with fruit - $31.90. Explain to server- he says i can't do anything, let me ask the manager to come. Manager comes - i explain, we were billed for 2 orders with fruit, he had one plain. He argued with me- said that my son had eaten most of both! What?!? And wait - we were a party of 5. They automatically charged a 20% gratuity and a 3% fee for using my card. Beware- as they don't tell you about any of that on their website; i have no problem with that, but they expected me to not notice and overpay my bill on all accounts. In any event, we were extremely disappointed, as we've been loyal customers and have been going there since it first opened- but i have never experienced treatment like this. August 30, 2020 - I've been coming to Echo Tap & Grille for a few years now, but typically on a weekend night with some friends for a drink. This was my first time coming on a Sunday morning for Brunch, so definitely a new experience. The French Toast with Fruit was delicious, according to my mom. She loved how perfectly textured the bread was - not too soft, not to hard, "just right." My boyfriend and my brother both god the pull pork with eggs and potatoes and both couldn't get enough of it. I can say with confidence that the drink I ordered was very good, however, I wouldn't go back here for food or dessert. My fiancé found a sticker tag on his cooked red pepper and when we made the waiter aware of it, all he did was take the piece of pepper to throw it out. The salmon was very good, but the spinach was tasteless and chewy, and the rice was slightly undercooked. The chocolate molten lava cake was unlike any lava cake I have ever had; the "lava" was poured over the cake and the cake was very dense. It wasn't even warmed. The ice cream had frozen clumps in it as if it had melted and placed back to freeze. Outdoor dining was nice until it started pouring, and the restaurant was not prepared; they packed our food and we ate it out of the containers once the rain stopped after about 10-15 minutes. We weren't too bothered by that, but they should have had a plan in place because that's the world we live in right now. Dining was outside in their large parking lot. Their tents were a bit flimsy and with the wind speed, the umbrellas kept tilting over. Unfortunately with the rain, people were moving closer towards the middle to avoid getting wet, so that caused some issues with social distancing. The service was very delayed...we waited long to place our order, requested things that we never got, and we waited about 15 minutes to get our card back after payment. I am very disappointed because they had a large menu and I was hoping to try different things, but the fact that the waiter ignored a health hazard bothered me the most. With a party of 10 people, we came here to celebrate my friends birthday. First, a week before, when a friend of ours had called to make reservations at 5:30pm for Saturday, he was told that the restaurant is fully booked and that our party will have to be waited for seats and since it's a party of 10, the wait will take some time. With that said, we decided to still come here to dine since there's a bar if we needed to wait for a table. Upon arrival, we found out that you must valet your car at the place, which really didn't make any sense when the parking lot is small. In any case, my husband and I were one of the lucky ones pulling up to an empty spot right in front of the main entrance before any lot attendant approached us. There's about 3 parking spaces and some handicap spots right in front entrance. The rest of the lot is for valet parking, which is like 20 spots. Upon entrance and waiting for some of our friends to arrive, we were told that we can't be seated because by management policy, all party must arrive for to be seated. This is the worst bs I've ever heard especially when the restaurant is half empty, yep, half empty unlike what was mentioned over the phone a week ago. When we finally got seated, they sat us all on high tables, which is fine for adults but one of our friend has her 3 year old daughter with her. It's common sense to seat parties with small child at the front where its regular dining tables so they don't fall off their seats and file a lawsuit on the place. Talk about the genius people who runs this place and train their staff. Tsk tsk... I tried not to let all the annoying matters ruin dinner as after all, we come to celebrate. Our waitress was very friendly and took our orders immediately. About ten minutes later, and munching on some complimentary chips and salsa, the food begins to arrive. Yep, all orders came out except mines, which I ordered the Vegetarian burger. Our waitress came by and apologized for my wait and she said she doesn't know what happened to my order. It seems like someone forgot or goofed up. Another 10 minutes passed and here comes my dinner. At first glance, the presentation of the burger and side salad looks fine. As I dissected the burger, the patty fell apart. Wow, I can't say how much more disappointed I am with my dinner especially when I'm paying for a pricey burger dinner when even a local fast food can put these guys to shame. The taste is fine thank goodness. Upon exiting, my friends had their cars valet and there's a huge line of people shivering out in the cold waiting for their cars when it's literally parking in front of their eyes but they have to wait for these kids to drive 3 feet over to them. What a joke! Overall, I'm rating two stars only because the place looks hip and has potential and our waitress did come back and apologize twice for the whatever error that had happened with my meal. Besides, I don't think this place is not that fancy to be even considered to have valet parking. Its another way for you to pay because you would have to tip the valet person. The shrimp came on the skillet and it was nothing special at all. The sauce had no flavor at what so ever, I was expecting a shrimp scampi type appetizer. It cost the same price as a meal about 12 dollars. The bread for the BBQ pork sandwich was kind of hard for my liking. Don't know if its old or if that's they way its supposed to be. I will agree other other yelpers here that the menu is definitely overpriced for the food quality. My son had the pepperoni and sausage pizza, but who can mess pizza up. I guess if you really try you can. My wife ordered a veggie burger and they probably forgot it because she waited about 25 minutes. We had to ask the server about the whereabouts of her food . I would say the server was great and apologized, but I would expect her meal to free or discounted since it was not her fault. I believe they just forgot about her order totally. No managers were around either because we would have told him. Overall, we will not come back here again not worth it to me. Three things why is valet, food, and service. I took my mother and grandma her for Mother's Day because of their vast menu options. Everyone enjoyed their food, but the kitchen and staff aren't in sync. We never received our appetizer and 3 ppl tried to give us chips and salsa even thoughts had some on the table. I had the Gossip Burger, I enjoyed it and my mom had a pineapple shrimp dish that was a special which she enjoyed as well. Thank god she asked the waitress about the specials because she wasn't going to tell us. The deserts make you crave them by looking at them for sure. I seen 2 of the same milkshake come out but they looked different each time. I guess the kitchen puts heir own flair on each of them. Visited Echo Tap yesterday for a get together with the girls. They have the outside area so cute and comfortable. It was a Tuesday night and I was shocked to see how busy it was. There is limited parking due to their outside set up so you might have to park in the street depending on the time you get there. Although it was very packed, the wait wasn't longer than 15 minutes so we were very happy. The food was good especially the two pasta dishes pictured below. Both the penne vodka and the pene Alfredo come with chicken AND shrimp! I was not a fan of my chicken tostadas. The meat wasn't as flavorful as I would have hoped and the meal was just lacking. The prosciutto with mozzarella cheese was great but the Tuscan flatbread did not have the flavor we were expecting either. We decided to all share one dessert and opted with the molten lava chocolate cake. It came with ice cream, fresh fruit and whipped cream. It satisfies the sweet tooth we all had for sure! Overall, I have been to Echo tap a few times and have always loved what I ate. This time the food was definitely lacking but because of all the great prior visits I have had to this place, I could definitely say that it was probably just an off day. None of the spicy or crunch you identify with Koren bbq could be found. Onion rings were actually good (the reason they got an extra star). Finally checked out this spot on Rt 22 for brunch. I've been before to watch football (highly recommended as they show most games) but haven't checked on their very expansive brunch menu. All in all - it was good, not great. FYI - the valet parking is free and mandatory (due to their small parking lot) which is nice but sometimes a hassle. There seemed to be a bunch of cars on the side street to avoid the valet. Hmm.... Place: Upscale sports bar vibe with comfortable seating throughout, expansive beer/cocktail/wine menu, and an awesome fire pit. It's a comfortable place and there is good separation btw the bar and restaurant which is nice. Food was alright, not amazing. Complementary chips and salsa always a good start. I ordered the poached eggs on avocado toast ($12.95) which came with choice of potatoes or salad. Pretty good though probably needed a bit more seasoning. A huge helping of avocado (!!) and well cooked eggs. Others were pretty satisfied with their burgers and omelettes. Service was sort of hit or miss. We have been in the bar area before and gotten pretty decent service but seemed a bit different today. Food was delicious. Service was very quick and food came out fresh. The Bongo when it is someone's birthday, is very loud and could scare you very easily as it did for me. The to-go boxes are very durable. The chipotle taco flatbread was very delicious and easily shared between 3 people. The server Antonio was very nice and always came around the table to clear your way to make sure you had enough room to eat. We came here for a late dinner Friday night and were pretty happy. For starters, this place has a really nice vibe. The industrial decor with the clock gears is really nice. The location has a nice date night feel especially since they make you valet your car. We got to the restaurant around 8:45pm and were seated right away. Our waiter, Luis, greeted us, rattled off the specials and got us our drinks. I had the Blueberry Mojito which was very good and my husband had a Corona which came out nice and cold. We decided to split a couple of appetizers and had the BBQ wings and the Four Cheese Mac and Cheese. The serving size was generous. On Saturday January 4, 2025 my friends and I dined at Echo Tap and Grill for dinner. We were a party of 6 hoping to have a delicious meal and a good time. We arrived a little after 6:30 pm and were seated within minutes of arriving at table # 1. The dinner service truly did start out rather pleasantly. Veronica S. was our server and she took our drinks and appetizer order rather promptly. The appetizers were served within a reasonable amount of time. Veronica then took our dinner order down and we proceeded to enjoy the appetizers. Our dinner experience started to crumble the moment our entrees came out and we noticed that one of the entrees (the medusa burger) was missing altogether. Rather than owning and addressing the error (the burger order was placed), our server and all of the associating staff who helped deliver the food to the table (other servers and wait staff) abandoned us altogether. We innocently assumed that the burger would come out promptly so we lingered and delayed eating, but after about 6 minutes of just waiting... we realized that no one (not Veronica nor any of the other staff who helped deliver the food to the table) were returning to explain what happened to the burger. After an additional 7 or 8 minutes, Veronica approached the table and we had to bring it to her attention that the medusa burger continued to be MIA. We also brought it to her attention that a churrasco that had been ordered to be served at medium well was in fact medium rare and if she could please have the steak cooked for a little bit longer. Veronica took the steak and disappeared for another 7 to 8 minutes (so now we have two missing entrees...the medusa burger and the churrasco that was undercooked) only to return once more and say that the kitchen was backed up and that the steak and burger would be out soon. After some time, the steak was returned to the table but not much had changed in regards to the doneness of the meat which was disappointing. I think at this point we were just happy to get one of the entrees back to the table. After about another 30 minutes, I finally walked over to a staff member who appeared to be a manager to share our concern for our missing burger to which she responded "a well-done burger takes extra time to cook." At this point, I was livid...mind you I was patient, calm, and never disrespectful to the staff, Veronica, or the manager, I do believe my demeanor was visibly displeased and disgruntled (can you blame me) but I surely was not rude to them in any manner or made any kind of public display... but yes, I was livid because the dining experience had been ruined, no one acknowledged the mistake, no one took ownership, we continued to sit at our table abandoned, absolutely ignored, no water for the table, no removal of plates, and at this point Veronica and the manager both appeared to avoid our table altogether. When we finally received our missing burger, we had to ask for the manager to please come to the table to help remediate the dining experience and her snarky reply was "well the burger is at the table now." Seeing that we were visibly upset and caught off guard by her mocking response she did offer to remove the appetizers and burger from our bill and though I suppose this was a gesture to alleviate the dreadful experience...I can't help but be livid because this was an absolutely unwarranted, awful dining experience. I live down the street from this place. It opened going back maybe 4-5 years ago now. I have been here maybe 20x. The place is HORRIBLE. The food sucks. It's over priced and the service is the worst. I'm a young 34yr old male and the bartender calls me sir 25 times before she even bothers serving me. I ordered a $32 NY strip steak tonight and it was nothing but Fat. When the bartender asked me how it was I said it SUCKS it's all fat. She says "would you like salt and pepper?" Place is freaking horrible. Only good thing is their beer selection. If you do decide to sit at the bar be ready to be accompanied by horrible bartenders and nothing to do but stair at the concrete counter top. (Bar sits maybe 15 people TOPS) Not worth your time or money stay away from this place. read more

Decided to try Echo Tap for a birthday brunch with the ladies. Excellent choice! The restaurant had a good vibe, lively music and was bright with natural sunlight. We were seated in the main area, but you can also choose to sit outside or near the bar. Our server Sebastian was awesome! He went through the menu and specials with us and answered all of our questions. We started with drinks. Every drink we ordered was tasty and strong. And the pitcher of red sangria was perfect. Salsa and chips were also served. Then our food came and the presentation alone was beautiful. All of the entrees were delicious. Table full of meat eaters and we unanimously agreed that our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our desserts were rich and yummy. The fruit was fresh and the chocolate was divine!
