It was Restaurant Week and a great time to try new places. We did a double date during lunch and each ordered from the pre fix menu. Each couple ended up getting one of each offering and that allowed is to share and taste a few items. It was a four course meal that started with gazpacho, choice of salad, choice of sandwich and choice of dessert. We did make reservations and the dining room is very spacious and you can see the kitchen which I thought was cool. There seemed to be a limited bar menu so we didn't order anything special. The service was great from seating, to serving water, our dishes and clearing our table.

Went for dinner, service was outstanding, suggestions for appetizers were amazing! The pork belly burnt ends had so much flavor! The sweet and fire cauliflower are a must! Cooked to perfection with a little kick! Get the tomato, cucumber, watermelon with red onion salad, trust me it will help with the kick from the cauliflower! The ribeye cap was amazing, had incredible flavor! I ordered the 8oz filet, Pittsburgh medium rare (I love me some char) the chef nailed it! The chimichurri sauce was delicious and a must! We wanted dessert but were stuffed from all of the amazing food! The restaurant is very modern, very bright. I prefer the lights to be slightly dim for dinner. Overall an amazing experience!

We stopped by Echo & Rig for lunch and overall had a really solid experience. The space is clean, modern, and has that upscale-but-still-comfortable vibe that makes it easy to enjoy your meal without feeling overly formal. Service was friendly and attentive, which I always appreciate. I will say, I was a little disappointed with the lunch menu. I had my heart set on the rib cap, but found out it's not offered during lunch, and unfortunately they were also out of the skirt steak, which is what I was really looking forward to. That part was a bit of a letdown. That said, we still had a good meal. My husband went with the signature burger and fries, which were cooked perfectly and super satisfying. I ordered the Wagyu filet tenderloin, and it was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right, definitely a great choice. Even with a couple menu hiccups, the quality of the food and overall experience made it worth the visit. I'd absolutely come back, next time for dinner so I can finally try that rib cap.

This is where the magic happens. Just look at that grill... It was amazing to watch those meats being prepared.

Okay, if you've been a reader of my Yelp reviews for any period of time, you know that I don't wax poetic about too many places. I appreciate a fine dining experience, and I also appreciate a good bargain. Echo and Rig has to be in my top five meals of all time. For starters, the place is a little deceiving. When you walk in, you can feel your wallet cinch up like it's about to be assaulted. The wait staff was dressed very upscale, the place was neat as a pin, and the interior looked like one of those very expensive steakhouses. We got taken to our booth, and we're immediately brought some water. Awesome and attentive wait staff. Not hovering, or overbearing, but they were absolutely perfect. Our waiter Alex was top notch. First thing he did was take our drink orders, and then scurried back to the kitchen. A few moments later he brought out an order of fried olives and their fried spinach salad on the house. Let me tell you something as someone who kind of stopped liking olives, since I had worked out at all lip processing plant, I reluctantly tried one. Wow, was not expecting that. That. It was wonderful and I would absolutely order those again! The fried spinach salad was amazing and that vinegarette that they put on it just took it to a whole nother level. It was one of the best salads I've ever had. I ordered the ribeye steak, and my girl friend had the wagyu filet. I normally have my steaks done medium rare but Alex's suggestion of going rare was spot on. Seriously! This was one of the best steaks I have ever had in my life! I chose the mushroom sauce to go with it and that was a perfect choice.. I tried a bite of my girlfriend's wagu filet, and that thing literally melted in my mouth. I don't even think you'd have to use a knife to cut it. Both dishes came with a panko stuffed mushroom, which was amazing. We also ordered a couple sides. The broccolini, and the garlic mash potatoes. Absolutely wonderful! Like no kidding, every bite was fantastic. It's very rare that I've had an experience at a restaurant that hit on all cylinders, food quality service atmosphere, and price. Echo and Rig nailed it on all accounts. So let's talk about price for a second. I was blown away at the price of the steaks. Like no kidding, I would have expected (and would have paid) 120 bucks for the steak I got. It was that good! But the price was only $48 for that steak, and it was cooked perfectly and tasted like a million bucks! But the hits aren't done yet! Since it was my girlfriend's birthday they brought out a turtle crunch Sunday. OMG! What an amazing capper to an already amazing deal. I could have eaten three bowls of that stuff. Thank goodness, I have some semblance of self-control. Bottom line? I would have given this place 10 Stars if Yellp would have let me. But since I can only give five, I will tell you that it was definitely worth 10 Stars in my book! Run, do not walk to this place as it will definitely change your life, and become your next favorite steakhouse.

The steaks and revise and meat was delicious. Flavor was fantastic. The service was also amazing. If you're with someone that isn't eating their crispy onions that come with their steak put that in the ribeye steak sandwich... amazing. One quick note... If you yourself run a little hot... the chairs that they have don't breathe very well so you tend to run a little hot as you're sitting in their chairs. Last note, the burnt ends were pretty good but I have had better.

The staff and service were pretty great. They were friendly and kept checking in with us. We never once had to ask for more water or drinks or anything. Unfortunately, the food wasn't up to par. I was quite excited to try this place after hearing great reviews. The food just had zero taste. You can tell they missed the mark on seasoning. Everything just tasted bland. Nothing blew me away. However, the texture of the steak was perfect and cooked so well but there was zero taste. The only thing we had that was really good was the side of thick cut bacon. The presentation and the sauce that came with it was very tasty. I can't fault the staff or service. Everything was great, just wished the food had more flavor.

Lobster Cigars excellent, little greasy, but 4/5. I dabbed it w/ paper napkins. The Butchery on the right is no longer there but you can order meats still. The wines by the glass were limited. My server Jaquoia never brought utensils or a napkin for the food. That is the first thing to set up I'd say. After that I overheard the couple next to me say the food they ordered was ok, not worth it. Everyone's preference is different, but no ambience & super slow service. The restaurant had less than 10 people so utensils should've been more attentive as a bartender. I almost walked out because it took so long to get a menu. Most of the time she was on the other side of the bar leading me to get the check & leave. Honestly, there are too many great restaurants w/ excellent service in Vegas to waste my time coming back.

I went to visit this location for the first time with reservations. We were seated within a couple of minutes. Our server Laura was amazing. She made great recommendations and was pleasant. I ordered the NY strip and enjoyed the garlic mashed and the Mac & cheese. An additional plus was the BBQ bacon which was delicious! The restaurant was quiet even though it was busy. All the staff were very nice. I would definitely recommend visiting this location for great service and food.

My man and I came here for our anniversary. Everything tasted amazing and the atmosphere was so fancy and beautiful! The staff were very nice and went above and beyond! They even brought us out a free dessert unexpectedly. We will be back for sure!

Had an incredible experience for dinner! Normally go to the tivoli location but this was a nice switch up. Service was impeccable our server Alex was amazing and Austin the manager was thoughtful enough to come around and congratulate us on the anniversary. Ambiance was vibrant and very elegant. I love when I can see the kitchen moving and groovin in full swing. Open floor layout with mosaics on the pillars of the restaurant We started with the table side fluffy bread and oyster! They were phenomenal alittle sweet and with that horseradish cream, Jesus take the wheel!! Highly recommend. Also got the crab cake which was good but had some filler to it. The spicy cream sauce that they had was outrageously good. Definitely worth a try! We ordered a marg and old fashioned for drinks. The cut of steak we wanted was sold out so we got a 25oz t bone which was pretty good. They came out with six sauces the blue cheese and Mushroom something sauces were my favorites next tot he chimmichurri and the Demi glaze. Also got broccolini and mash potatoes both were delightful. Highly recommend the mash potatoes They were kind enough to bring us alil night cap espresso martini and a dessert that was tremendously good, had toffee on the bottom with vanilla ice cream and Carmel ontop! Phenomenal dinner Also have HH and daily food specials and $5 drinks. What's not to love!

Lovely birthday celebration lunch, with my partner, daughter and a couple of her pals. We were spoiled by Jennifer, our server, as well as the manager and another young man who brought most of the food. The small plates were amazing and everyone loved it all! The steak tartar, burnt ends, calamari, avocado hummus and cauliflower were all just incredible! We topped it off with a rib eye and Jennifer gave us a few sauces to try and all were very tasty! My favorite was the chimichurri! Again we joked with Jennifer and her manager as well and were treated like royalty! 3rd visit and will not be our last! Thank you Jennifer for making by bday celebration special!

It was our first time at this restaurant to celebrate one of our friends birthday. It was a Friday night @7:30 pm the restaurant was surprisingly not busy at all. Party of 12 got seated upon arrival Ofcourse with a reservation. I thought the lights would be a tad more dimmed but It wasn't. Our servers name was Laura and I don't think we gotten the best service. It was a slow night and we had to ask for drink refills while she talked to one of another table for about 15 minutes. I wish they had gluten free bread but that wasn't an option. For appetizers we ordered the bone marrow, grilled octopus and calamari. For our main course we had the porter house steak, ribeye and the tomahawk we waited for about 40 minutes for our steaks to be cooked. We also ordered the broccolini, Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. The steaks were cooked pee request but flavorless it was paired with friend onions and 1 piece of baked mushrooms. The Brussels sprouts were too lemony so we had them take it back. They served us different steak sauces and the mushroom and the chimichurri was alright. The restrooms were not kept up cleaned for a slow restaurant. read more

I sat in the bar and enjoyed some March Madness on the big screen along with a delicious steak salad. Only downside was that the dressing was drenched on the salad and I requested it on the side. When the waiter came by and I told him, he just said Oh! The environment was lively yet enjoyable. I would recommend. read more

My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had such a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious , but the highlight of our night was definitely our server, Adam. He was amazing--super friendly, attentive, and just genuinely great at what he does. He made us feel really taken care of without being over the top, and his recommendations were spot on. You can tell he actually cares about giving people a good experience. We're so glad we came here to celebrate and will definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Adam if you go! read more

We came here for Sunday brunch. Brunch ends at 3pm. The kitchen is closed from 3-4pm. The brunch menu is nothing short of amazing. Previously I had the spinach and goat cheese quiche which was delightful. This time I tried the Monte Cristo. It was everything I hoped for, Yum! The brunch menu offers bottomless bloody Mary's and champagne by the bottle. One bottle was enough for my spouse and I for brunch. You can pick from for juices to compliment your champagne. The waitstaff was very friendly and even surprised my spouse with salted caramel ice cream topped with toffee for his birthday. read more

Love the convenience that the movie theater and Green Valley Ranch is across the street. I would spend my money here oppose to the casino markup eatery inside. The service and ambiance is well delivered and you will feel important The chips and calamari were crunchy and delicious. read more

Came here for a girl's brunch on Saturday and had a great experience. We were a large party and a reservation was made ahead of time. I started off with an espresso martini (of course) and the steak scramble and tried a few bites of the lemon ricotta pancake. My drink was excellent and strong in coffee flavor which I prefer. Steak scramble included filet ends, sausage, pee wee potatoes, scrambled eggs, and chopped onions & veggies. I was hungry but it was all in all delicious. Though I didn't personally like the lemon ricotta topping, the pancake was soft and fluffy. They provided complimentary dessert for an early birthday celebration. Our server was very patient as we had a couple ladies that arrived quite late from our reservation time. Overall service was excellent - frequently checked on our table and continuous water refills. I also love the large dining room with open floor plan that extends into the kitchen. read more

The food here is the kind you think about the next day. Drinks were great too. But the service is the one thing that gives me pause. Sat at the bar, got our water, then waited 15-20 mins. Couldn't get the bartender's attention. Eventually had to walk around and find the manager myself. He was very accommodating and made it right, which I appreciated. Glad we stayed because the food was good. If you sit at the bar just be prepared to be patient. Worth it for the food though. read more

Fantastic! The spender steak is a must try. Got ours medium and it was perfect. Sides option but you really don't need it. The grilled octopus salad was the bomb! The oysters were just ok. Not really my thing to eat with vinegar sauce. For dessert we had the coffee cake. At first it was just ok but we ended up eating it all. Must've grown on us but it wasn't too sweet and the topping made it creamy. Price was great for all that we had 1 wine, 1 iced tea, 2 appetizers, 2 steak dinners, 1 dessert and a coffee for $180 + tip. It was a great time! read more

We came to Echo & Rig for our anniversary dinner while on vacation. The staff made our experience so special! It is a very beautiful restaurant. We made a reservation and were seated shortly after we got there. We were constantly checked on, by our waitress, a different waiter and the manager. For an appetizer we were given complimentary fried castelvetrano olives, my husband and I aren't a fan of olives but we ate all of these! lol We ordered the Ribeye (all steak comes with fried onions and a mushroom Rockefeller on the side), the ribeye steak sandwich with chips, and a side of roasted broccolini. Everything was cooked perfectly! And I had leftovers. They even gave us a nice to dessert for our anniversary. We will be making this one of our restaurants to visit when in town. read more

We decided to stop by because I LOVE the tivoli village location and they had a reservation window that worked better for us. The atmosphere is VERY different than the other location, so that's on me. It's very loud and lively, honestly loud enough I felt like we were shouting at each other Nothing wrong with that if that's what you're anticipating, so just know that's what you're going for! Decor was super cute, very modern but cozy. The service frankly was a little slow. It was a Saturday night so I expected it to be busy, but it took a while to be sat and even longer to have someone come acknowledge us. Our server was great once he got to us and very helpful. Also the bus boys did an amazing job all night! Now onto the important part: the food. The calamari was probably the best thing of the night! Crispy, great flavor, the herb aioli was BOMB, would definitely order again. The burrata was kinda small for the price, the burnt citrus sauce could've been halved IMO. We also got the filet (incredible) and the Spencer which I had never tried before. The first Spencer we got was overcooked, I asked for medium rare and it was definitely medium well/well done. Luckily they replaced it for me which was nice, it kind of seemed like an inconvenience but it definitely was incorrect. We also got the mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese (VERY good) and the heirloom carrots (one of my faves). For dessert we went with the panna cotta which I didn't particularly love, the fruit was kind of bitter which didn't help with the buttermilk in the panna cotta. So pros and cons: Pros - if you want a lively upbeat atmosphere they nailed it! A lot of their sides were delicious and can also be used as apps. Cons - this is going to seem silly but their menu was very confusing when it came to the steak part. I couldn't really read more on the cuts so I needed up having to ask and just pick one. The service was a little slow (even for a Saturday) and when I asked about getting my steak redone it seemed like a bother. Candidly I will most likely go back to the tivoli location, but overall not a terrible experience! read more

Had a great meal at the Echo & Rig at Green Valley Ranch. We were warmly greeted by the hostess on entering and immediately directed to our table. The meal was fabulous; steaks cooked to perfection. Sadly we did not enjoy our meal here. We love the Summerlin location but live closer to the Henderson location, so for my husband's birthday we decided to try this location. That was a mistake. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, which should have been a warning sign.. only 2 tables were seated. We got a nice table and the chairs are honestly amazing. But that's where the god kind of ended. The brunch menu sports very little of what you would expect at a steakhouse and most of the sides are different from their dinner offering.. ok, sucks but we make do. Several of us got the steak frits and there was no consistency.. from hugely varying amounts of fries to one steak was not salted at all while another was overly salted. The potato pancakes had no seasoning at all and the Burger sadly was way over salted too. The salads were good, the pancakes were nothing to write home about but also not bad, just average pancakes. The 1/2 inch thick bacon was more 1/4 inch thick bacon but tasted good. Drinks, the soda was flat, one person at the table ordered a margarita and it had so much ice in it that the second person ordered one with half ice, definitely would recommend ppl do that as otherwise you get maybe a 1/4 glass of margarita with lots and lots of ice. The gentleman that was refilling drinks was friendly but our server was bordering on rude. The most surprising thing, despite the restaurant being almost completely empty and the 2 tables that were seated before we arrived each only having 2 ppl (and they already had their food) we waited over 40min after placing our order to get the food. We actually checked when this location opened as it felt like a new restaurant that hadn't yet figured out how to work in the team. Nice touch, we were there for a birthday and they did bring our 2 bowls of ice cream for the table. The hibiscus one was a table favorite while the caramel one was just sweet but nothing someone couldn't throw together at home. So if they have the hibiscus one on the menu we would recommend to get that one if you want a dessert. read more

We visited here today for an early Fathers Day dinner to avoid the crowds tomorrow. My Dad is always talking about Wagyu and Kobe steaks that he used to be able to get when he served in Thailand so I wanted to surprise him with something good. He is the absolute best Dad after all. Two of us enjoyed the Wagyu steaks and my hubby enjoyed the 'cap'? All were DELICIOUS. My Dad is probably one of the pickiest people- judgemental critic may be a better term- and he loved the Wagyu. We also got a salad which was small, the garlic mashed- plenty to go around, and the asparagus- very tasty! Service was great. Our waitress (Laura I think?) was very attentive, quick to assist, and accommodating of my Dads rough hearing (he forgot his hearing aid). I highly recommend this as a splurge meal while avoiding the strip. read more

Came here on a Saturday night and everything was pretty good. We had the obligatory free bread of course, and we ordered steaks, Mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, and it was all delicious. We got very attentive service from the staff. We did have to wait for a little bit for a check but not a biggie. The restaurant seem to be a little bit over lit, especially in the front, but once we got towards the seating it was a little better. Off strip pricing of the steaks is very affordable, but you lose the value of that if you have to take an Uber from the strip to this restaurant. Haha. Strong recommendation. read more

A professionally run establishment with innovative dishes. This separates it from the usual steakhouse places. Alex, the manager, even came up to introduce himself to us. I can tell by the servers and their assistants they know what they are doing. They communicate well with each other. They don't plop dishes any which way and take care not to clang the tableware during removal. Of course, the food is top notch and I like that they are all whole butchers and utilize their cuts effectively. Interesting appetizers and side dishes. All the desserts sounded good, too. My 2nd visit in 2 weeks and it's my new favorite! I thought I left a review of my first visit, but I guess not, so I'll kind of throw these together since they were both outstanding! As I told one of the waiters, this is the best Caesar salad in town! Love the dressing! Get it-you'll love it. On both visits, I ordered the hanger steak wagyu. I absolutely love the char on the outside of my perfectly prepared medium rare steak. Both times I opted for the horseradish cream sauce. It's my fave! There are several sauce options to choose from and they are included. Seriously this steak is so flavorful, no sauce is needed. But if it's included, why not? Also included are crispy onion strings and a delicious mushroom. There are many other steak options and I appreciate how knowledgeable the waiters/bartenders are about each one. I'm going to branch out next time but I've been so happy with the hanger and at $40, it's a bargain. On my last visit, the waiter comped us the fried olives as an appetizer. Omg-get these! So good! Food was definitely good. The restaurant decor is a bit weird for an Echo & Rig as it is pretty different from the Tivoli Village location. This location used to be the Elephant restaurant, and that may be why. All that to say, other than the decor, everything was pretty good. I made a reservation online for 6:30pm. It was my Twin Girls 19th birthday and wanted to treat them to a nice meal. They both love steak and I had been to Echo and Rig a few weeks earlier and had an awesome experience. Well, this experience wasn't as good, sadly. We were seated right away, near the grill, which was very cool. We were greeted poured water. Then we got drinks and appetizers. The calamari was good, bacon was delicious. Then, we waited for a really long time (I wish I had timed it) for our steaks. When they finally came, my ribeye, and one of my daughter's ribeye were cold. I mean cooked properly, but we're obviously not straight off the grill. My other daughter had the filet and she said hers was "fine". And I had the creek stone ribeye, and it was overly fatty for a ribeye. Well, we ate without complaining. Then they offered dessert. They each chose one , a toffee turtle and a sorbet. Well it took over 30 minutes for it to come! Luckily the server did come over and give us the bill, so at least I could pay while we waited. In all, we were the 2 1/2 hours. From 6:30-9. Not that I like to eat and run, but I'm glad we didn't have plans afterward. I will say, it was seemingly busy for a Thursday night. And it was very loud. What should've been an amazing dinner, wasn't. I was so disappointed. Will I try it again? Maybe, only because my first experience was amazing. This one was a huge letdown. read more

This dining experience started out poorly with no acknowledgment from our server. Shakur, our water attendant was amazing and made up for the lack or attention. Our burgers were seriously overcooked and not prepared as ordered. Eric, the manager apologized sincerely, and made it right. This was the perfect spot for our special occasion dinner! Let me state clearly that we have been to many high-end restaurants and can fairly appreciate the work of the team at Echo & Rig. From the minute we entered, the hostess had her eyes on us (NOT on her phone) and welcomed us with a warm smile. Another lady walked us to our table, evenly with a huge and sincere smile. Soon after we met our wait team, Oscar & William. Both of them work at the restaurant for quite a while and definitely proofed they were in the right field: Customer Service, friendliness, expertise, - all delivered with eye contact! The first drinks were from the cocktail menu then I switched over to redline by the glass. Appetizers: Don't just look at the oysters (my wife's choice) and shrimp cocktail. There are 3 columns "Small Plates & Vegetables" which include some great starters, like the Octopus Salad with Kidney/Butter Beans and green Olives. Beautiful presentation - great taste! Main Course: Obviously steaks are the name of the game here though there are a few other choices as well (Lamb, Pork, Chicken, as well as Fish). My wife selected the Wagyu Filet Tenderloin (her first Wagyu experience), I opted for the Wagyu Zabuton (had to google that one...lol), supported (and served family-style) by Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Broccolinis, and Asparagus with Prosciutto and a poached Egg. The portions of the sides are plenty for 2 people, the asparagus was definitely a first for me - and I absolutely loved it. The meat was over the top, medium-rare with a beautiful char. They prepare their steaks over white oak, maybe that contributes to the amazing taste. Well - we could not finish everything and took half of the food home with us. We enjoyed our visit to Echo & Rig. The service was really nice, friendly and professional and prompt. The food was good, the onion soup and burger were standouts. The sides were fine but pricy and the steak was decent though a tad overcooked. The restaurant is in a weird space and feels almost warehouse-like, strange vibe. Very Disappointing Overcooked Very Tough 53 ounce Tomahawk When I came home and trimmed the FAT away, it weighed 10 ounces. I know a Tomahawk needs fat for flavor, but it shouldn't be 1/4 fat. Had a great Tomahawk steak and cocktails. We've been here a few times and was a hit and miss with staff once in a while but the food is always good and so was the service this time with Shawna (shes awesome). Mattstache makes great cocktails. (bartender). I have one complaint and its that this place is so noisy when full of people, theres just no sound absorption in this place and it gets loud. Still recommend though, their 54 ounce tomahawk $156 steak was 10 times better than a $350 one we tried once and will never go back (ummm GS) and zero flavor. Definitely will be back. read more

I went there and I had two items. I had a hamburger which I would give an eight. It was overall pretty good. I also got the mac and cheese which was the worst Mac and cheese I ever have had. It was cold I mean there was nothing even warm about it it. Looked like it was sitting for a while before I got it. It was absolutely terrible. I'm not gonna even hold you. I wish I could give it a 4-- it's a 3.5 out of 5, and here's why: I've been to Echo & Rig about five times. The first three visits were excellent -- solid 5/5. But lately, consistency has slipped. On my most recent visit (9/16/25), I ordered the fries (they're known for them). when it's on point, there's season two perfection, but they came out greasy with absolutely no seasoning - not even salt! The Cab and Merlot I tried were both off. The time before, I ordered the Steakhouse Salad. The first time, it was scrumptious - BANGING!! . The very next day, it was bland, smaller in portion, and felt like a different chef prepared it. Atmosphere-wise, the patio has so much potential but feels neglected. It's dark and uninviting, leaving you to either eat outside with the crickets . Literally, the last time I ate on the patio, this one crickets kept jumping on my table . Inside is cool, bit but it's just not what I want . I've been working all day inside. I want to unwind outside. Why not add some lights and create a vibe? I ended up switching to take-out. When Echo & Rig is on, it's one of the best dining experiences in The District. But when it's off, it's mid. For now, if I want consistency, I may lean toward neighbors like North Italia or Local. Still, this place has promise -- I just hope management listens and brings the quality back up to match its reputation read more

Steak lovers, don't walk, run to this place. They could have not made it any more perfectly prepared. Beef tartar, out of this world. Salad, sooooo fresh and yummy. But best of all, customer service. Top! all very friendly and courteous. Lighting was a bit too brigh, but we sat at the comfortable bar stools by the happening bar, for cozy dinner time and it was petfect. I would do away with the fried onion that came with the filet. Steak on its own was spectacularly juciy and tasty and I think the fried onion taste over powered it. I enjoyed the porterhouse steak that came with all the sauces and the fried portobello mushrooms & salad were a delight. Service was mediocre. The server spoke really really fast on everything and couldn't catch what he was saying at times, given the ambiance was quite overwhelming and loud. I do not recommend this place for Valentine's Day celebrations. There was nothing romantic about the place (small table for two and inches next to the other tables) but I guess I would come back for a casual lunch date since the food makes up for it. read more

4.5 stars Previously tried the original location of Echo & Rig, but since this was a tad closer to the strip, we opted to try this newer location instead. Located in an outdoor strip mall with ample amount of free parking. Upon walking in is a large open space with the hostess table up front and center. We were seated promptly within reservation time and served water and bread rather quickly. The sourdough bread was divine - hot, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Though we tried to avoid spoiling our dinner, the bread was so delicious we asked for seconds! Ordered a few sides to share for the table: portobello fries ($12), fried calamari ($12), mac & cheese ($12), and roasted garlic mashed potatoes ($10). All the sides were pretty standard in terms of taste, but we particularly enjoyed the thick cut portobello fries with the green garlic aioli sauce - the best! Ribeye Steak Sandwich ($18): Thinly sliced steak with spinach, garlic, and bearnaise aioli. The aioli provided a buttery and tangy flavor to the sandwich. Usually comes with a side of chips but I substituted with fries. I was only able to eat half due to my stomach being filled with sourdough bread and sides, but this was such a great value. Service was phenomenal. We came to celebrate an anniversary with our party of 7, including an antsy toddler all throughout dinner who did not want to sit in the high chair. At the end of dinner, our waiter brought out a soufflé with 4 scoops of ice cream - all complimentary. He mentioned bringing out the extra scoops of ice cream for the toddler since there was Grand Marnier liquor in the soufflé; so very kind. Highly suggest making reservations online or via phone (for parties larger than 6) to avoid waiting. read more

Karla I were simply going to walk through The District at Green Valley in Henderson and found a parking spot in front of Echo & Rig. What a serendipitous opportunity to grab a late brunch! Karla had eggs Benedict and I ordered their signature hamburger and Portobello fries. All three were superb with great service by a very amiable Michael. The Portabella fries were a first for us and they were incredible! We went to Echo & Rig on a Saturday night as a last minute pivot due to a delayed flight. The service was impeccable although the room was so incredibly loud it was hard to hear server. The meals were good although I wouldn't rate as great. The prime rib was not very tender... the filet mignon on the other hand was wonderful. So just a bit inconsistent. Went here to celebrate my birthday and it was the best choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The interior was clean and had good lighting. My husband ordered the portobello fries because he loved it the first time we went here. The steaks were done right and tasted so good. I had the ribeye while my husband ordered the ribeye cap. Echo & Rig is the only business that has reached out to say "give us a chance to make it right". If it wasn't for Sheryl Best I most likely wouldn't have returned but she reached out and invited us back. I'm glad I did accept the offer because the experience was polar opposite from before. Now I'm looking forward to coming back and trying other items. I live about 5 minutes from the Henderson location. Oh what a difference a day makes! The last time I visited must have been an off day (I'll be able to confirm the more I visit) because this visit was 10 out of 10 experience. Our servers Stephanie, Austin, and Kevin were all very polite, kind, welcoming and cheerful. The food was UH-MAY-ZING. The quality of the meats is the very best with Prime cuts of beef, free range poultry, lamb from Colorado, and multiple varieties of exotic game meats. I will usually go in and ask for custom cuts, which is NO PROBLEM for Tim ( the owner) to do. The prices here are better than everywhere else plus the meat has been already professionally butcher trimmed so it's ready to cook without need for you to trim ( and pay for). At 90,0000 square feet, the Henderson Winco has been winning at pricing and selection since they opened on March 4, 2012. In contrast to local supermarket chains including Walmart Neighborhood Market, Albertson's, and Smith's; Winco does not saturate the market. In Las Vegas there are currently only three WinCo's. With that being the case, I don't visit as much as I would like to. I am impressed by the prices. WinCo's strategy is to keep costs down by passing over advertising and not accepting credit cards to avoid the merchant processing fees. Additionally there is no pharmacy which keeps the overhead down. I feel that the lack of advertising makes Winco unique and creates this mystique. Without advertising telling me what to think about the business, my mind has its own marketing about the supermarket. It kind of reminds me of a 1970s supermarket. The exterior and logo remind me of the long defunct Woolco Department Store. It is a clean brightly lit store with what I consider a modernized version of a 1970s store. I say this in a good way. When I enter the store through The Wall of Savings I am greeted with a brightly lit and clean store surrounded by deals. It is the antithesis of a dingy and cluttered discount supermarket. Throughout the store the shopping experience is great. In the heart of the store, the top shelf is roughly equivalent to the top of my head. This alleviates the situation of having to struggle to reach for something on the top shelf. From shopping here, I noticed something missing in action. That is lock up cases. I did not see one lock up case. That includes health and beauty aids. I am impressed with their selection. They carry brands that I have not seen at other local supermarkets. This includes Shasta soda. My Winco tradition has been to pay 50 cents for a can of Shasta soda at the vestibule. My go-to item at Winco has been the Tastee Choice frozen shrimp dinners. They are delicious , filling, and cost around $4. Throughout the outstanding selection permeates through the fresh areas, the bulk candy, bakery, and aisles throughout the store. The one thing that Winco can improve on is the check out process. It is normal to only have a few lanes open at a time. There could be a wait. To the left of the full-serve checkouts there are a few self checkout terminals. Additionally, although I don't mind, customers have to bag their own orders. As stated earlier, to pass down the savings, Winco does not accept credit cards. The way I see it, Winco means "Winning." When it comes to finding a great selection and prices, I win when I shop at Winco.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish at Echo & Rig. My husband and I made reservations to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, and we were made to feel truly special the entire time. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was incredibly warm and quickly seated us in a cozy booth. It was such a thoughtful touch that two different staff members wished us a happy anniversary, and it was clear how well the team communicated to make us feel celebrated. Our server, Adam, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, and even sent out a complimentary appetizer -- the Grilled Thick-Cut Bacon with House BBQ Sauce. It was absolutely delicious and served piping hot! We also ordered the calamari, which was fantastic. For my main course, I had the ribeye, cooked to perfection, accompanied by mashed potatoes and Brussels sprout leaves. Honestly, those Brussels sprouts were some of the best I've ever had -- the lemon was a perfect touch. Eli, the server assistant, was also fantastic. He kept our drinks full and made sure the table was cleared promptly. We'd love to have him as our server next time -- he really knows how to take care of guests! To top off our meal, Adam sent out a toffee ice cream dessert, drizzled with caramel and whipped cream, as a special anniversary treat. We truly felt pampered at Echo & Rig. I called ahead to make a reservation and was explicitly told by a lady on the phone that there was no need for one as the restaurant was not busy. Trusting her assurance, I made my way to the restaurant. Upon arriving, I approached the receptionist lady only to be met with an unpleasant surprise. The young lady greeted me with an unwelcoming attitude and informed me that there was now a wait of over an hour. I couldn't help but feel misled and frustrated by this sudden change in information. What disappointed me the most was the lack of consistency in the staff's communication. If the lady I spoke to on the phone had been honest about the potential wait time, I would have made alternative plans or decided to wait accordingly. However, her misleading statement led me to believe that I could enjoy a seamless dining experience without any delay. Furthermore, the receptionist lady's demeanor was far from professional. Her attitude conveyed a complete lack of respect and empathy towards customers, further exacerbating an already frustrating situation. I believe that customers should be treated with courtesy and given accurate information, regardless of how busy the establishment may be. I will never be returning to this restaurant. read more

If you haven't tried it, get ready to become a fancy food person who appreciates "earthy, rich flavor profiles" - trust me, that's what bone marrow does to you. Then there's the watermelon cucumber salad, which sounds light and refreshing (and it is), but somehow still holds its own in a place where meat is king. A true hero side dish! The salmon? Absolute perfection. Flaky, flavorful, cooked like a dream. But I could see those steaks being carted past me, each one sizzling off an oak pit wood BBQ, and I felt pangs of regret that I'd had steak the night before. Watching them felt like seeing a movie spoiler for the best part. And those prices? If someone had told me this level of quality came with prices that didn't break the bank, I'd have thought they were joking. Long story short: this place nails it on all accounts. Echo & Rig had been on my radar for a while -- I finally made it out to Green Valley, and honestly, I'm kicking myself for waiting so long. The concept alone is worth the visit. It's a full butcher shop and restaurant in one space, and you can literally watch the butchers working behind the glass before you sit down to eat. Dry-aged in-house, cut fresh daily -- Wagyu, USDA Prime, heritage breeds. The sourcing is transparent in a way that most steakhouses just aren't. Finally made it to the Henderson location after a few trips to the Tivoli establishment. For those of you who still remember the Elephant Bar, the interior set up is exactly the same, but the ambiance and decor is much more elevated. Service is phenomenal, drinks are replenished quickly, and there's a lot of friendly staff. The menu is easy to order off of, it's not too big, but there's plenty of options for everyone in your party. Dined here about 6 times now and so far every time has been good. I've had the filet minion, the pork chop, the sea bass and a few different appetizers From the service to the food, so far 2 thumbs up. Austin, one of the managers has always been very hospitable every time we come. read more

While the ambiance of the restaurant was undeniably fantastic, I was left disappointed by the subpar service that I received. As someone who doesn't mind spending money at a nicer establishment, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy. read more
