Not sure why my photos were blacked out but this calls for an updated Review. This review is based on my last visit December 2025. We sat by the kitchen and it was awesome to watch the workers cook the steak. Our food was was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The steak was tender and the appetizers were delicious. Especially rhe buffalo shrimp. The only negative I saw was cooking seafood and the steak with the same tongs. Some people can be very sensitive / allergic to shell fish which I'm glad I'm not so it didn't really bother me too much. Other than that. Great service and delicious food.

Happy Hour! Just sayin'. Great deal. Buy one get one free of HH appetizers in the bar. Monday night. Just me in the resort, what's a gal to do? Happy Hour here fit the bill beautifully. Nice glass of wine, terrific Shrimp Cocktail and a tasty Duck Eggrolls. Happy hour, happy Gal!

Came here for the ayce seafood buffet for $99. Pros - great atmosphere with friendly service. Fresh and delicious lobster tails as well as a great meat carving station of beef wellington, lamb chops, and brisket. Cons - wished they had more brunch options besides omlette french toast and potatoes Definitely a steak and lobster ayce experience. Great deal if that is your primary goal. It was slightly lacking in other brunch food options.

Diane and I ate dinner here for the first time during our recent staycation at the M Resort. We largely liked the experience, although prices were relatively high. Shrimp in our Shrimp Cocktail were meaty if not noticeably sweet. Uncharacteristically, two shrimps were large and two small in size. French Onion Soup and Lobster Bisque were simply excellent. And so was a refreshing inverted Wedge Salad with Bleu Cheese Crumbles and Buttermilk Dressing. Complimentary Cheese Cracker Bread was good but quite hard. Both Pan Seared Sea Bass and Halibut that was grilled and then finished in an oven were very good, accompanied by Cheeddar & Onion Scalloped Potatoes, Parsnips, Peas, and Buttery Mashed Yukon Potatoes. Service ws good. And the white-tableclothed ambiance was rather formal, although no dress code appeared to be in effect.

This place is a hidden gem. My husband heard they had a popular brunch we didn't make it to but we were here for the spa and decided to try the happy hour that started at 5. Little did we know how busy it was. People are lined up at 5. We got there at 5:30 and weren't sure we would be seated. Luckily we placed our order at 6 and two people had finished up at the bar. We ordered a real feast. This ended up being dinner. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come eat here again when in Vegas.

Celebrated my birthday at Anthony's Prime Steak and Seafood. This place is elegant and perfect for special occasions. My husband decided to surprise me with a family dinner. All staff were friendly, and you really feel that you are treated like a guest. Price-wise, it's $$$ but worth it.

I wanted to take my wife somewhere special for Valentine's Day, so we dined here last week, Friday night actually. I was apprehensive to come here because we had been here for the brunch before and it was fairly disappointing, for $100 per person all you can eat lobster and we only got one serving and didn't feel like getting anymore. As seafood lovers that's an issue. But I had just watched a Mikey Chen video where he listed Anthony's as one of his top 4 Las Vegas steakhouses. When I watched this segment, he seemed genuinely blown away, so it convinced me and I thought maybe their dinner is way better than the brunch was. But that's 3 times now I've gone to places he's highly recommended and very much disagreed with his perspective on all. I was trying to decide between steak and prime rib, and our server said it's the best prime rib in Vegas, that he's lived there for 17 years and eats it 3 times a week. So as someone who's searched high and low for the best prime rib in Vegas, clearly I had to try it. Unfortunately that was probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. This is not sarcasm or hate, but for a place that has "prime" in their name, this actually was much more like "choice" grade meat. It was lean, not well marbled and actually quite chewy like roast beef. I was expecting some super tender, melt in your mouth, juicy, marbled prime rib. This was far from that and certainly not in the top Vegas locations for prime rib. My wife's sea bass was pretty good I thought, but she thought the sauce was too sweet for her and she barely touched it. I actually thought the lobster dipped in the sauce was a good pairing though. Speaking of the lobster, it was huge and something Mikey Chen said was a must get. So we ordered the Australian lobster for 2 (MP). I didn't look at the price but it must have been over $200 because we didn't have drinks or dessert and our bill came to $400 including tip for just 3 entree's. The lobster was good but it wasn't like... AMAZING. With the sheer size of it, it actually started to get a little old after awhile since there was so much. It was also quite baked on the outside, but the most inner part was raw. It was nice that they cut it, made it easier to eat. But I've had better, but you're talking about someone who's traveled the world and vacationed in Maine just to eat lobsters lol. To pay $400 for this quality of a meal is what's so disappointing. It wasn't the price, but the quality. Had it been exceptional, there would have been no issues, but honestly it wasn't. Valentine's only comes around once a year and there's every great steakhouse in Vegas to choose from and I made the wrong choice. I do a lot of research and don't like to be disappointed but this was a bummer. Honestly my disappointment had me considering 2 stars, but it wasn't like it was bad, just way below expectations while paying top dollar. But for any self respecting "fine" steakhouse, 3 stars should be considered a 2 to them. Food servers were a bit rough, someone dropped a plate behind me with food all over the floor and didn't say anything. When our dishes arrived they knocked the salt and pepper over and didn't pick them back up... little things make a difference, esp fine dining establishments in one of the biggest service industry cities. Gotta do better Ant!

It's not the Vegas Sunday brunch buffet of old, but at least I finally checked one off the bucket list. Anthony's Prime Steak and Seafood is the nightly steakhouse at M Resort Spa Casino, but some may also have heard that they open every Sunday 11:00am-1:30pm for a brunch buffet. Having recently been offered a lot more monthly dining credit than previously, I decided to bite the bullet and go. I was able to make a reservation via their website (through OpenTable) the morning of. There was a line to get in despite closing time drawing near, but when the host finally moved down to me, she immediately took me in and offered me a bar seat. After I ordered a few beverages (all sodas/juices/coffee kinda things pretty much included, but not alcohol), I went to the buffet. I basically did two rounds of savory and one of dessert, and I'll just list what I had and give my thoughts. Deviled Egg: pretty standard but also pretty tasty. Lamb Chop: slightly breaded, which didn't do much, but very tender and relatively low in gamy character. Beef Wellington: a dish which I admittedly still lack experience with, but a delicious version. Beef was tender despite being more medium, crust and mushroom were both tasty, and the accompanying bearnaise sauce (which I borrowed for other items) was creamy and rich. Stone Crab Claw: perhaps not at optimal texture due to freezing, but at least it was easy enough to access the meat. Eggs Benedict: runny yolk and soft whites, with some hollandaise sauce, and not too salty; what more could you want? Lobster Tail and Lobster Bisque: I'm grouping these together because, out of all the foods which I tried, they were the most overtly salt-forward. The lobster tail also got a bit toward the mushy side for some reason. They're the main reason for the downgrade since lobster feels like a cornerstone premium item for this price of buffet. Nigiri: actually not too bad compared to past buffet experiences. Obviously not as great as the a la carte nigiri I just had last night, but both tuna and yellowtail were pretty reasonably flavored and not mushy. Tuna Poke: absolutely drenched with the soy sauce-based marinade, but pretty enjoyable still. Shrimp Cocktail: larger and decidedly fresher texture than the chilled shrimp at my usual buffet of late (the Palms). Reasonable choice for stuffing your face. Snow Crab Legs: also prepared better than the average crab legs where I have buffets, which is important since it's the next most-premium seafood after the lobster fail. The legs were kinda soft though, making the metal cracker tool a bit less than effective. They didn't provide anything else, so I used my metal serrated butter knife to split the large sections open. I was able to remove the meat easily with no sticking at that point. Desserts: Fruit Tart, Raspberry Cheesecake, Opera Cake, Carrot Cake, Raspberry Panna Cotta?, Bread Pudding with Creme Anglaise. Everything was delicious despite how full I was, although the bread pudding was not exciting with just golden raisins as a vivid flavor. Something with caramel or molasses would have been nice. I'm not sure how the usual atmosphere is since they had the TV on (at moderate volume, thankfully) for the NFL playoff game, other than I'm sure they get consistently crowded and fill their big dining room. The bartender said that they vary their last call time by feel, but the savory food live employees and large plates were definitely 86'd about one hour after the official closing (which is when I did my dessert round); definitely go earlier if possible. The brunch buffet at Anthony's at M Resort is a mostly worthy buffet option if you're intent on splurging or have promotional money offers to spend from gambling at M Resort. If you are in that boat, you probably know that the other food options are not great at this casino thus far (pending the upcoming Emeril Lagasse restaurant), so definitely think hard about trying the buffet at least once. Otherwise, despite the premium food items being mostly good here, I do feel like Palms is a better value overall and something in the Bacchanal price tier would be preferable for a splurge buffet.

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$$ Parking: Plenty Perk: Lemon Drop Non-Perk: Paying Ambiance: Classy Dress: Business Casual Noise: Low Temperature: Perfect Recommend: 100% Response Time: N/A Professionalism: On point Date: 9/29/2025 Dissertation: Came for dinner, stayed emotionally attached to the lemon drop. SO good. The shrimp was also a standout--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Everything hit the spot, but that cocktail? Dangerous in the best way. 100% recommend and will absolutely be back. Server seemed a little over booked, so to speak, but it all worked out.

Return or not return? Maybe. $99 + tax + gratuity, Sunday buffet. Non-alcohol drinks included. Plan for ~ $250 for 2. Selection not huge, food meh, service excellent. Lobster, decent but extremely salty. Lamb, terrible like chewy rubber. Actually was awful. Prime rib, average though decent. Snow crab, mediocre and didn't taste fresh. Biggest disappointment. Mushy. Stone crab was decent. Limited sushi selection was like fast food sushi. Dessert spread was ok. Bread pudding, good, but didn't care for the rest as most didn't taste good. Again, service was the highlight. Attentive and polite. Social media hyped it up, and is what it was. Ok.

Nice and elegant! This restaurant is located inside the M Resort. One would definitely want to make a reservation to dine. The service here is top notch. The waiters are very attentive without being overbearing. I dined on Christmas day and the restaurant was packed. They have outside patio seating with heat lamps which was a plus. The food came out pretty swiftly. The only caveat was they ran out of prime rib fairly early but the other options on the menu made up for it. The started out with the French onion soup and it was delicious! I followed the soup up with Halibut with was good as well. My dinner partners fully enjoyed their meals as well. Definitely give this restaurant a try!

This Brunch buffet at Anthony's Steakhouse in the M Resort, is on Sundays, it is the best buffet in Las Vegas. You need a reservation between 3-5 months in advance, but it's well worth it. The seafood, meat and other food selections are outstanding; the best in town.

Second Visit - Still Absolutely Incredible! This is my second time attending Sunday brunch at Anthony's Prime Steakhouse at the M Hotel, and I had to write an update because it was just as amazing as the first time. Seafood - 15/10: The seafood is incredibly fresh. We're talking shrimp, snow crab, stone crab, and lobster tail that are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Absolutely outstanding. Meat Selection - 10/10: This time I tried the prime rib, pork loin, lamb chops, and Beef Wellington. Everything was tender, soft, and perfectly seasoned with beautiful presentation. The flavors were spot-on. Sides - 10/10: The potato scallops au gratin are dangerously delicious. They're incredibly rich and tasty - so good they're actually scary! These alone are worth the visit. I didn't even make it to the salad bar or omelet station because there's just so much variety to choose from. The selection is massive. Desserts - Perfectly Curated: The dessert menu might not be huge, but the variety is excellent and the portions are just right - not too big, not too small. I tried several (skipping things like cheesecake and mousse that aren't my style), and my absolute favorite was the pineapple upside-down cake. The texture and flavor are perfect, not too sweet, just absolutely delicious. I also tried the key lime pie, which I normally love, but it couldn't compete with that pineapple upside-down cake. Service - 100/10: The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Everyone is clearly working hard to make sure guests have an amazing experience. The restaurant makes it a perfect view outside and the setting cozy with frie Important Note: There's currently a 4-month waitlist for reservations! Book now - it's better to make a reservation and cancel if needed than to miss out entirely. 100% recommended!

Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!
