David was our project manager, and he worked extremely close with us for the entire renovation, which lasted about 2.5 years from our first plan to completion. A good project manager is very important on a big project like ours, and David surpassed our expecations. He's honest, knowledgable, caring, and mostly importantly, a great guy to be around. Throughout the entire project, our relationship with him only got stronger. He guided us through every single step of the project, and answered all of our questions (this was our first remodel, so we had a lot haha). Amir was our general contractor and we are so grateful that we got to work with him. He had a saying that put us at ease in moments of uncertainty, "I flow with you guys." He truly stuck to his word and he was always coming up with solutions to any issues that arose. Not only were David and Amir amazing to work with, their entire team of sub-contractors (framers, electricians, painters, etc) were also incredibly talented and kind. We got to know them all very well throughout the project really appreciated their hard work. I had multiple issues during installation. Lack of communication with the workers, workers leaving behind more than above average trash (including SEVERAL nails knowing I have young kids and pets), sticker wrapper from the material that flew into my pool and worse- into my neighbors yard and street. Guess who had to clean it -me because I was told workers would return that same afternoon to pick up but didn't. I can't wait for workers to return to pick up trash the next day while the wind was blowing trash everywhere. Oh and had some defensive attitude from the rep when we brought up our concerns day 1. Anyway they finished. Well rain hit hard shortly after installation and we had a leak in the kitchen. They came to fix it. Then it rained again and...a leak in my daughter's room. They said they would come out to fix and a week passed and no one showed up so we had to follow up. They ended up coming to "fix it". We are experiencing more rain now in February and now yet another leak in my daughter's room. We were told they would fix it. So far they have fixed the issues but it's 3 leaks after installation.
