We were visiting Saint Bonaventure University for my sister's graduation and needed a place close by to eat. We decided on this restaurant. We were immediately sat at a large table for seven of us. Right after we sat down the next big group was told they had a 45 minute wait. We feel that we timed it just perfectly. Their pizza is delicious and I would definitely come back again.

Only serve pizza and salad for lunch :(

Overall 3.5 stars out of 5. Our first time won't be our last, but we have some constructive criticism. This place is nice and trendy right down town in Olean. Lovely interior and wonderful service. It was very clean and large inside with a large bar as well. Lunch menu is just pizza, salad, and drinks which was disappointing, but we drove an hour to eat there so we decided to stay. Our waitress was very pleasant, tentative, and got us drink refills. We tipped her 20%. The stuffed banana pepper pizza was a 5-5.5 out of 10 score. It was served cold, had thick unflavored crust, had an almost flavorless sauce they went light on, and had hardly any mozzarella cheese. Neither of us ate the crust and I asked for red pepper flakes, ranch, salt, and parm to try to spice it up to eat it. We took home a few slices for a friend to try, he took a bite and threw them away. It's not gross, it just didn't meet our expectations and didn't hold a candle to Buffalo's Santora's or Lockport's Molinario's stuffed banana pepper pizza. The beef on weck pizza was an 8.5 out of 10 score. It could have used more cheese, flavored crust, and a bit more kick to the horseradish sauce. We ate every slice of that and only left the bland thick crust behind. The beef was perfect and it was overall very good. This pizza was served hot unlike the other. We will absolutely get the beef on weck pizza again, but with extra cheese. The coffee was 10 out of 10 score! Amazing!

First time visit. Excellent food, drink, and service. Loved my mussels marinara, wife loved her classic burger and we both loved our rum punches and roasted Brussels sprout salad.

Pizza was very greasy and salty, maybe give it 2-3. It was soggy too. Very disappointing.

The Empty Bottle is STBC's distillery and, to be honest, I think was more fun to go to compared to their bar/restaurant, The Empty Pint! Some family and I were visiting Jamestown for a weekend and after we had a few drinks and some food at The Empty Pint, we stumbled over to The Empty Bottle to sample some of their harder spirits and maybe some cocktails. Plus, we needed to escape the incredibly loud live music playing at The Empty Pint... Right from the start, it's a more intimate setting and was much more relaxed. We grabbed a table inside with no trouble at all and ordered a flight of their "Draught Cocktails". The ladies working behind the bar were incredibly fun, friendly, and enthusiastic and really brightened up our night! We enjoyed all of these drinks but we really loved one called "Transfusion", which was their vodka, Welch's Grape Juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger ale. We all wanted to buy a few bottles of this, if they made it, it was absolutely delicious! The price for the flight was very reasonable too and they gave you a nice pour for each. If you want food though, you'll need to take a short walk over to The Empty Pint, though I'd recommend just grabbing some appetizers, do a bigger meal elsewhere. My advice to anyone visiting Southern Tier Brewing Company would be to first come to The Empty Bottle and enjoy cocktails and the harder spirits then round out the evening, once it gets a little later, with a Pumking (while it's on draft) at The Empty Pint, up the road a few steps. I'm really looking forward to coming back to The Empty Bottle the next time I'm in the area!

They have scaled back on their menu bc of covid, so if you had something in mind, call first. BUT, the abbreviated menu was all we needed! We had the capris pizza. Please don't kill me, but I don't care for the Buffalo style thick, sweet sauce pizza (but don't get me wrong--I eat it). This was wood fired and maybe a combo of Neapolitan/New York? It was crispy but just thicker than Neapolitan. This was a white pizza with pesto. This tasted like everything but the cheese was made in house. The slight drizzle of balsamic was delicate but meaningful. All in all, this was not at all the pizza we expected when we walked into a bar called Whiskey Hill in Lilydale. It was some of the best pizza we've had. We will be back, but also when we just need a drink. The place was adorable, the crowd was friendly, the bar tender was helpful and made an excellent old fashioned.

We came as a larger group and they were nice enough for us to order from the breakfast menu as they switched over the lunch menu at 11:30am. Our table enjoyed the food but all agreed it wasn't worth the price point. I tried the chocolate croissant with homemade butter and maple bacon jam along with the Canadian bacon Benedict. The chocolate croissant was nice with the maple bacon jam but definitely not worth the price point of $12. The croissant was quite smaller, like the chocolate croissants you can get from Costco or Starbucks. The Canadian bacon eggs Benedict however was delicious and I really enjoyed it! I just am not sure again it was worth the high price point. However I definitely felt the service was missing. As we were the only ones in the dining area, I felt the service was missing the mark. The server saw we were carrying a baby in the restaurant but didn't ask if we wanted a high chair. My mother-in-law spied it in the corner and then we had to ask for it and we proceeded to set it up at the table. As I was with 2 young kids, I ordered some simple items before the main course like their chocolate croissant and fruit cup. I assumed the server would ask if we wanted those ahead of time but that didn't happen. He also had forgotten my son's drink order and which my son actually had to ask him after some time "where's my juice?" My older son had ordered the s'mores waffles and it looked good when it was delivered but as I cut some of it for me to try later on, I soon realized the batter was uncooked in the middle of most of them. I was thoroughly disappointed he had eaten some of it before I discovered it was uncooked. The server throughly apologized and they remade the order which in the end, we ended up taking home with us. They also didn't take the order off the check for us which normally that would happen. For such a classy restaurant, we would think they would know how to make waffles and for more top-notch service. I think next time we will just enjoy the nice views and choose to eat somewhere else when we are in the area.

There was no vinegar, salt, sugar, or toasted sesame seeds to flavor the rice, leaving the sushi unadorned. Oh, and everything is served on melamine. Hibachi is on the menu, but there are no performance tables. I guess, "stir fry" is a better description. Half the menu is beverage: Milkshakes, milk tea boba, fruit juice boba. These were very popular with the teenagers who visited on a hot day. I'll come again to try their Hawaiian poke bowl. Even though I have to bus my own table, like a fast food place.
