The outside of this building makes it look like a dive. Inside is a cool bar and back patio. Can't believe it's not more popular. As a local the outside was discouraging. Now it's our favorite. American with a fusion. Amazing tempura fish tacos with slaw last time. Today we had a pulled pork with grilled pineapple over rice with an Asian leaning any red blooded American would love. Great Mac and cheese with Chinese Gen Tsaos chicken on it or orange chicken. Great pairings. So refreshing to not have things from the deep frier all the time. Best appetizers are the pierogies with bacon and sour cream. Heads up cash is cheaper. Card clearly stated costs 3% more. They have an ATM in their dining area. It's not overpriced. A really cool vibe. Good food. More than a typical bar fare. You can tell this is family owned. A lot of care went into this place. I had the fish and it was a perfect wow. The fries were crispy and not oily. They are definitely not over using their oil. The bartender is attentive and will keep the pace of conversation so if you want to chat, this is a good place. The irony is that long after I'm in bed, this is a total college hang out place. But by day, this is a pretty awesome restaurant. We sat in the garden area (which I'm told by a certain 22 year old, becomes the smoking lounge late at night.) You'd never know. Just lovely geraniums hanging around the perimeter. It wasn't amazing or terrible. Just overpriced. I was disappointed that the sesame chicken mac and cheese was just 2 chicken tenders. The flavor was good though I'm glad I ordered them brought out separately. It wasn't much food at all for $18 plus tip I mean 2 chicken tenders, noodles, and what tasted like Frank's red hot honey stinger with sesame seeds is very cheap for the restaurant to make. They also don't give you a side so $18 is ridiculous! The jersey burger came with floppy fries and raw rubbery bacon. The waitress was nice and offered to remake it, but made zero attempt to fix it on the bill. He just picked the undercooked bacom and egg off. All together with tip it was like $48 to leave hungry. We walked up the street and ate pizza and canolis at mangia 2.0 because we were not pleased with fusion. We might give 1 more try, but no time soon. read more

Fusion on Main delivered a quality meal in a very relaxed atmosphere. This was my first time visiting, and upon entering we saw we were the only customers there. We quickly greeted and chose a standard table to sit. This place seems like the cool local bar to hang out and watch what ever sports team is playing. Our waitress was patient as we skimmed through the expansive menu and offered us recommendations to try. We ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls to share. For my dinner, I chose the sesame chicken honey garlic fusion mac n cheese. My mom ordered the jalapeño burger. I enjoyed my meal, and my mom said the burger was ok. I went here for the second time recently, and while the food was good, the ice in my drink had this gross chalky, kind of chemical taste. I thought it may have been something else in the drink I ordered, so I asked for a glass of water. The water with ice had the same weird taste, so I ended up not drinking anything. I was worried it could make me sick. I didn't have this issue the first visit. We had friendly, attentive service both times. However, someone at my table went to the unisex bathroom and came back saying it was filthy. They said it was worse than a gas station bathroom, smelled like urine, the sink was dirty, and various plumbing parts were falling apart/not attached correctly. If the bathroom is so dirty, it makes you wonder how clean the kitchen could be. We thought the owners, who we met the first time, must've been away on vacation or something because they didn't seem like they would allow that. During the first visit, someone at my table did think the bill was a bit too expensive for only 3 people. I am glad to see an Asian-fusion restaurant out here, and I do like supporting independent restaurants over large chains. I had the fish tacos with a side salad. The salad was fairly basic- carrot strips, tomato slices quarters, a mix of salad greens. Nothing fancy but it was a generous portion. I'm a salad fan so- no complaints from me. You could change to mac n cheese or something else but I needed some veggies. The fish tacos- pretty fabulous. The fish (cod) had a tempura-type batter on it. They weren't greasy at all. Cabbage on top, a light sauce. I like spicy so the server brought me some hot sauce. As for the atmosphere- neighborhood restaurant, very clean, well-stocked bar, friendly environment. It wasn't too busy when I was there and I've seen it mess with service in other restaurants, but I got my order in and the food was out pretty quickly. All in all, totally worth it! Stopped in foe lunch on a road trip. Had a delicious Bloody Mary. I tried the Bibimbap-- and really enjoyed it. I found the flavor in it to be on the milder side but it was warm, and I loved the nutritional ingredients. Rice, egg, spinach, zucchini, carrots, bulgogi. I felt good about eating it. My husband and I ate at this restaurant over the weekend when we traveled to see our daughter's college lacrosse game. We had the opportunity to talk with the owner, Aaron, who is such a great guy! He runs the restaurant with his wife which added such warmth to the environment. I instantly felt like it was a place my husband and I had been visiting for years. The food was fresh and so delicious! I Highly recommend stopping in to see for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Fusion is ok. They always seem to be training the staff so I'm not sure what the issue is with that. They have a good menu, but not a ton of vegetarian or vegan options. Passing through town and decided we'd stop somewhere for a bite to eat. Boy, are we glad we did! It was a quiet night, which gave us an opportunity to relax and interact with the owner a lot, who was as friendly as can be and made great suggestions. We ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls, the nachos with the amazing homemade chips, the chicken tenders with fresh cut fries, and the flatbread special (shrimp Alfredo). Since every meal needs a finishing touch, I finished the meal off with the cheesecake. Everything was outstanding and the leftovers will undoubtedly be just as good.
