Audio Concepts was the second shop I contacted about replacing my older 2 channel dashcam with a…read morenew one. It should have been my first shop. The work was done cleanly, they were able to not only remove the entirety of the previous installation components but also properly reinstal some of the trim the previous installer left loose and sticking out. After a quick call to confirm the placement of the dashcam so it doesn't interfere with the rearview mirror, they went to work and got everything done on time and for a great price. Just for record, the dashcam taken out was Thinkware 770 and the one installed was A229 Plus. Now I once again have a peace of mind, thanks to Audio Concepts!

Long story…read moreshort, I contacted PHANTOM to rehabilitate a new stereo install ( from another shop ) that never worked from the initial install , and was an electrical hazard and faulty. That stereo shop in Simi Valley ( Discount Stereo ) totally screwed up my car with an install as well as causing a couple grand in body work damage as a result of negligence and refused to repair their work or remove all the equipment and refund the money. The Phantom team had to go through the entire install + replace some defective hardware, correct all the wiring, remove the ( literally ) fried wires in the engine compartment, etc.... But 8 hours later and admittedly some expense, Howard and his team kicked @ss!!! Can't say enough how much I appreciate the work in my 2002 PROWLER. "GO PHANTOM OR GO HOME!!!" We recently received excellent support from Jonny, the Verizon rep at this location. Both my Dear Hubby and I were rocking older mobile phones. DH's was getting to the point where it was rebooting itself multiple times a day; not a good sign of longevity, and it was super annoying to him to wait for the reboot cycle to finish. My phone, which I use for work and personal purposes has a cracked screen, and is four editions out of date. I used to always want the lates and greatest. Now, as long as I have an excellent camera, decent storage space, and a good quality device, I'm happy. It can be one version back. I do like the stylus which comes with the Samsung Ultra phones. Not cheap, but the one I have now I've probably had for at least four years, so I get a lot of wear out of them. There wasn't a a good two-for-one promotion when we went in last week. We ended up getting a mid-level Samsung phone for DH without having to add to our monthly bill. Jonny helped make recommendations, then assisted us to get the new phone going and make data transfer possible. All the while, he was a delight to interact with as the phases of the transaction took place. As DH's previous phone was a different maker, it took extra time for data to transfer. We had time to tell tall tales and generally have a good time while everything was getting squared away. What a delight! I was going to take a star away for the store having removed the barstool chairs for the customers at the mobile phone department. They streamlined the space. Jonny was kind enough to lend me his chair, which was very much appreciated. He saved the day, and my feet!
