I found Marcelo through a mutual friend, and hired him to mount my 55 inch Vizio television above my fireplace as well as mount my 5 speakers around my living room without showing any wiring. Marcelo arrived promptly and was very polite, as well as patient with me when I explained what I wanted. I had purchased a special mount for the television, which activates and tilts the television when the television is turned on. This was no problem for him, as he was able to utilize old existing plates in the kitchen to access the wires for power as well as an antenna in the attic so that I could watch over the air digital television. The final result was magnificent, as well as an excellent value. People are surprised to find that all of my speakers have hidden wiring, and the television, as it tilts majestically with the mount is a crowd-pleaser. I would and have hired Marcelo again to mount another two speakers to give me a 7.1 system. I look forward to more of his great work. What I like about Marcelo is that he is patient, understanding, and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my relatives nor would I hesitate to leave him alone in my house if I wasn't around. He is both trustworthy and extremely honest. Just awesome. I am not an AV expert but know enough to be dangerous. What I loved about Marcelo - First - super responsive, friendly, easy to deal with, flexible. Not snobby at all about AV technologies, just all-round good guy. Second - didn't push any products he was selling hard or anything like that. I had some stuff but needed a receiver, some in-wall speakers, etc... and he was both super-helpful in thinking about what I needed and then always sending me links to multiple options on Amazon which made me feel like I was getting totally impartial advice. Third, everything works incredibly well. Everything I asked for - multiple zone functionality, extremely fast mesh wifi that goes through four stories of the house and far out enough to the street to serve wifi doorbells and locks on my gates. 5 stars. read more

I had previously hired a home theater installers to pull some wires in my bedroom and install new ones. They told me it was impossible to get the wires out - that they were frozen and that there was nothing they could do. My suspicion was that they were incompetents. Marcello, as mentioned seems like a nice guy. He came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. The 2nd time he came out, I added some requests and he gave me a revised, higher estimate, to which I agreed. He performed some of the work and then had a plan to come and finish the job. So I ordered some TVs online, and after their arrival, scheduled a 3rd install appointment to mount the TVs (as previously agreed upon). We had an appointment, for Thursday, but then he called me Monday to say he had a cancellation and could do it then. Fine, sounds good. Well, after completing half the work, he went to my contractor and claimed that he finished the install, which he hadn't. My contractor paid the balance (which he shouldn't have). Well guess what, someone mysteriously came into my house and stole all of the new tvs on Tuesday night. The tvs were carefully dismounted and unwired, not pulled off the wire. You, the yelp reader, should make your own assumptions. I am not accusing anybody of a crime. Side note, during two of the installs, he brought two different assistants. So, I call him to finish the other 1/2 of the job that he already collected money for. At this point, he started complaining and asking for more money, and started to itemize parts of the job that were already settled financially. I told him that I already paid him. He complained, left and later sent me a text message to find another AV installer. He kept the money and has not finished the job. Use at your own risk. Would give 0 if possible, but yelp does not allow. read more

Marcello from Easy Link Networks recently installed a sound system thoughout my home and backyard. Marcello is very knowledgeable about audio/video. I am not very tech savy, yet he patiently explained what he thought would be best and gave advice regarding purchasing the equipment I need. When one of the receivers I purchased was defective he called the manufacturer just in case there was something he could fix to make it work properly. He was very patient , professional and polite. He took the time to really explain how the system worked and told me to call him anytime if I forget something. I am a mother of a 21 month old so I am very careful who I let in my house. I trust him completely. He does excellent work and takes pride in making sure the customer is happy. He is also resonably priced. He was very mindful of the fact that my daughter crawls around on the floor and he brought sheets to drape furniture and a large vacuum to clean up any debris left from mounting the speakers. He also was polite and professional for taking his shoes off when he saw our "Welcome, Please Remove yourShoes" sign at our front door. In the world we live in today it is rare to see someone who takes pride in a job well done and goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is happy. Next time I need anything audio/video , security, or IT networking wise , Marcello is the only person I would hire.
