The inside of the piping was corroded and needed to be repaired. From the moment Sean and his team came out, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes, which made everything very clear. There was no vague explanations, just straightforward information and transparency. Sean was wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. They later sent me a video of the finished work, and the difference was night and day. It was a significant investment, but it was absolutely necessary, and I'm glad I chose this company. He took the time to educate me on the problem I was dealing with, the causes for it, and the solutions I had available. Luckily I was able to take advantage of the $99 Yelp special they offered, so this went from being a major headache to a minor inconvenience. After the service was complete, Christian took the extra time to check for any other leaks and to make sure things were looking good across the rest of the house, which I greatly appreciated.
