When I arrived, a guy wearing pajamas was putting a hand written sign on the door saying that they were closed...then he locked the door. Another unhappy would-be customer told me that he'd been told that all of their employee quit this morning. So that level of professionalism kind of speaks for itself, and I'll obviously be taking my business elsewhere.

I took it to the Apple Store in Kenwood Towne Center and they stated the entire inside needed fixed at the tune of $560. I called CPR and the two guys working were so nice and helpful and insisted I bring it in. Within 30 minutes of them looking at my phone they had it on and stated I needed a new battery. $150 later I had my phone working and back in my possession (only took an hour or so). This was so special because I was devastated I lost all of my pictures of my dog who recently passed but CPR saved the day!!

Great customer service but so wish they could do better with appointments and estimates on how long you will be away from your phone. It's hard to give up your phone these days but you literally have to do it in order to make do with their queue system. It's just not easy at all to get an estimate on how long it's going to take and what not. You make an appointment to drop it off but there's no guarantee on when it's going to be done. The employees here are very helpful though and I was very appreciative of that.

I told him what I needed, showed him the QR code and he tells me he cannot help me because he's never scanned a QR code for a label and tried to walk away, but I stopped him. I told him I could also bring up a bar code, but he stares at me like I'm an idiot. Luckily, this other gentleman, Michael was working and overheard me explaining. He immediately come over with a smile and was able to help me. He walked me though each step so that I knew how to do it if I were to need to do this again. He was friendly, respectful, caring and kind. I wish more people in the workforce were like Michael!! It's unfortunate that it now rare to come across workers who work hard, know their role, are there to help others and enjoy helping people.
