The battery on my car key was running low so I needed a new battery. My fiancée highly recommend this place. He had to get his car key done awhile back. This place has everything battery related. Car/boat/garage batteries, flashlights, led lighting and they even can fix your screen on your cell phones . It was such a smooth and fast transaction for my car keys. They installed it there and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend you come here. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. read more

I needed a replacement battery for my car's key fob and knew this place would have it. Not only did they have it, the very friendly amd helpful employee behind the counter replaced the battery for me, and it only took a few minutes. The place itself is definitely all about batteries and bulbs. Need a battery for anything? They've got you. Need a light bulb for anything? They've got you there too. And all at great prices. read more

Batteries Plus - Light it up! - Battery Stores Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

Have used this store for low key fobs several times. Staff is always great, only takes a few minutes. Appreciate the good service!

They have never failed to have the most obscure little Batteries that I have needed. Blah blah, blah, blah, blah, blah blah blah blah blah blah. I really didn't want to say anything else, but I did recommend them. read more

My wheelchair battery's life was getting shorter and shorter. New one won't come in from the dealer for six weeks! The Batteries Plus employee replaced the batteries inside the case in less than 30 minutes. Stress is gone. read more

Ever run into a situation where you needed a battery for a laptop, a camera, or some other use? Ever wish there was a store that specifically sold batteries and nothing BUT batteries and the accessories needed to charge them? Well, Batteries Plus does this. Accessibility: This particular location is a reasonably accessible store, right off Beechmont Avenue (which itself could use some work). Everything is easy to find, and if you can't reach it, they'll help you. Selection: An extensive selection of batteries. I needed one for an Acer Aspire 5742. Boom. They had one, and it was in my hands in minutes. If they DON'T have it, they are willing to help you find it. Prices: Well...you're going to get what you pay for on this one. You're getting quality, so expect to pay upwards of 60 bucks for a laptop battery, for example. The good news is, they have coupons on their website that can cut your costs a bit. Staff: Friendly, knowledgable. Always a win. Bottom line: Batteries Plus is a store I will be visiting in the future, especially if they get a store closer to my home in Northern Kentucky. read more

I volunteer at a charity. We rehab electric wheelchairs/scooters for the disabled who cannot afford it on their own. Without us, people are stuck, often in bed, the rest of their life. The people at B+B are fantastic partners. The batteries we use are not your run of the mill common types but B+B always has them in stock for me. Mark and the manager both bend over backwards every time to help me load and get the right products. They gladly educate me on the latest battery technology and how various options and use alternatives may be a better cure for my needs. This has to be the best retail establishment of any type in any business. All of the employees and managers are knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. 5 star review isn't enough, this place is at least 10 or 12 read more

I took my phone here for a screen repair which they did in only an hour! There was another issue that arose when they did this repair and they did not charge to fix that. Chris the manager is very responsive and fair. Highly recommended. read more

I just went to batteries plus bulbs again. What an incredible store! One of my 2 year old bulbs burned out (?the kind that are supposed to last 10 years) went to big box stores and was steered the wrong way! Went here perfect solution for $10 less! Last month I was here to get new cell phone battery! The associate told me me I was draining my battery by different things I was doing. Fixed it and sent me on my was! FOC what a great store!!! read more

My husband has always had great results at Batteries Plus Anderson! Although a sign is posted on their door requiring masks per Ohio regulations during Covid, when I went yesterday, the employee helping me wasn't wearing a mask properly. When I asked him to please cover his nose so we both would be protected, he refused and was extremely rude! I will therefore not do business there during Covid! read more

Thought that the battery for my ATV was bad. Josh said that he needed to charge it before he could test it so I left it. I received a call the next day saying that the battery was good, it just needed a good charge. Did not charge me anything, Thank You Josh. There are some places that would tell you that the battery was bad just to sell you a new one, but not Batteries + I will continue to go there for all of my battery needs. read more

I came in a week ago to get my iPhone 7 fixed. I spoke with the store assistant manager. he was sorta kind at first but when I asked more questions he became more aggravated with me. I'm not sure what I could have said to him to become aggravated with me but I know this much he shouldn't be in customer service at all. then he proceeds to mumble under his breath as I'm leaving that this company isn't paying him enough to deal with bull shited ass customers like myself. I won't be going back to that location while he continues to work there. I will share this horrible experience with others and tell them also not to go to this location read more

This store has most definitely changed ownership. I brought a bulb in for them to order. I was told the bulb would arrive within 2 days, and they would call. It has been 8 days. I called them and they said the bulb was in. When I got to the store I find that wrong bulb was ordered. Employees seem lost and not familiar with products. I went home and ordered specialty bulb online. The employees do not look familiar. What a shame, my husband I always trusted the competent employees that worked there before. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this place! "Len" (sp?) was SO helpful. I brought in a laptop, thinking that I needed a new battery. Len found the one that I needed...but it was at another store. He got it shipped to this location, just as he promised and he called me as he said he would. After coming in, we found out that I did not need a battery but that I needed a new power cord. We only learned this after Len did some trouble-shooting with some equipment he had at the store. After trying a variety of cords and power packs, Len came up with a solution...and his "solution" was about $20 cheaper than I had thought I would need to spend. Thank you, Len! read more

I stopped into the Beechmont location to see about replacing a battery in my 2006 Honda ignition key. Told the mumbleing yound man that I might use it one or two times a year and don't want to spend $10 on a battery for the auto key. When I told him this, he had his phillips head screwdriver out and was about to open the device...he then told me that it would be $9.99 to open it. I almost fell down...told him I will never enter this store again. read more
