Mark and the manager both bend over backwards every time to help me load and get the right products. Everything is easy to find, and if you can't reach it, they'll help you. Selection: An extensive selection of batteries. I needed one for an Acer Aspire 5742. Boom. They had one, and it was in my hands in minutes. If they DON'T have it, they are willing to help you find it. Prices: Well...you're going to get what you pay for on this one. You're getting quality, so expect to pay upwards of 60 bucks for a laptop battery, for example. The good news is, they have coupons on their website that can cut your costs a bit. I just went to batteries plus bulbs again. What an incredible store! One of my 2 year old bulbs burned out (?the kind that are supposed to last 10 years) went to big box stores and was steered the wrong way! Went here perfect solution for $10 less! Last month I was here to get new cell phone battery! The associate told me me I was draining my battery by different things I was doing. Fixed it and sent me on my was! Although a sign is posted on their door requiring masks per Ohio regulations during Covid, when I went yesterday, the employee helping me wasn't wearing a mask properly. Thought that the battery for my ATV was bad. Josh said that he needed to charge it before he could test it so I left it. I received a call the next day saying that the battery was good, it just needed a good charge. Did not charge me anything, Thank You Josh. I came in a week ago to get my iPhone 7 fixed. I spoke with the store assistant manager. he was sorta kind at first but when I asked more questions he became more aggravated with me. I'm not sure what I could have said to him to become aggravated with me but I know this much he shouldn't be in customer service at all. then he proceeds to mumble under his breath as I'm leaving that this company isn't paying him enough to deal with bull shited ass customers like myself. This store has most definitely changed ownership. I brought a bulb in for them to order. I was told the bulb would arrive within 2 days, and they would call. It has been 8 days. I called them and they said the bulb was in. When I got to the store I find that wrong bulb was ordered. Employees seem lost and not familiar with products. I stopped into the Beechmont location to see about replacing a battery in my 2006 Honda ignition key. Told the mumbleing yound man that I might use it one or two times a year and don't want to spend $10 on a battery for the auto key. When I told him this, he had his phillips head screwdriver out and was about to open the device...he then told me that it would be $9.99 to open it. I had a wonderful experience with this place! "Len" (sp?) was SO helpful. I brought in a laptop, thinking that I needed a new battery. Len found the one that I needed...but it was at another store. He got it shipped to this location, just as he promised and he called me as he said he would. After coming in, we found out that I did not need a battery but that I needed a new power cord. We only learned this after Len did some trouble-shooting with some equipment he had at the store. After trying a variety of cords and power packs, Len came up with a solution...and his "solution" was about $20 cheaper than I had thought I would need to spend. Thank you, Len! read more
