    Recently I needed to get in touch with the Global HR Service Center to make a revision on my life…read moreinsurance policy. I tried e-mailing and also tried to connect by phone with no results. I then visited the Bank of America office located at 20 Walkers Brook Drive in Reading, Ma. I had the good fortune to be greeted by Elizabeth Reger. I explained the problem I was having. She guided me to her office and phoned someone in the Global HR Service Center. She explained the situation to the representative. She then left her office to give me privacy. I wish I noted the name of the representative who helped me. She was patient and knowledgeable. Within a few days, I received the revised form in the mail! I was extremely pleased with the excellent customer I received from both employees! Thanks again, Mrs. Shannon

My elder mom's old bank (Santander,…read moreWakefield, MA) whom she has been banking for many many years - made it very difficult to "add" her only daughter who lives 3,000 miles away to her account to oversea her financials. I personally bank with B of A out in California so when I had 1 day left of my visit to help me out to switch banks and "add" her daughter the manager, Patou Aoudou was the greatest ever to assist us! Not only is her customer service skills an A+++ so was every one else that helped with this process. I highly recommend this bank/branch to anyone and keep up the great work I appreciate you all!

    About a year ago I had a very bad experience with an extremely rude customer service…read morerepresentative. I almost changed banks because I was so disgusted. Recently I had a manager (who wasn't there at the time) named Melissa help me correct an unauthorized charge to my account. I use the Redstone branch because it's in close proximity to my home location. I've heard horror stories of it taking months for people to get their money back. Melissa immediately took action by shutting off my debit card and preparing the paper work for me. She filled out everything. All I had to do was sign it. She even offered to bring it to me personally if I didn't think I would be able to make it to the bank that day. I didn't want her to have to do that so I went in on my lunch break and she had me in and out in 2 minutes. Within 7 days, I had my money back and my new debit card. I already had the pin because Melissa gave it to me before I received the card. She also told me I qualified for power checking which allows me to use other ATM machines and be reimbursed by the bank at the end of the month. This was great! Finally, I moved 2 1/2 years ago. Since then, the bank has made it a nightmare changing my address. Every time I would go into the bank the representative would need a manager override because for some reason my address wouldn't change (I'm fairly certain it was a computer glitch.) Since Melissa has started working here I feel like the customer service has done a 180 and I'm glad I stuck with Salem Five. She's an asset to your team and should be commended!
