    Pretty doggone good! Good place for a quick bite after visiting the RBG. Next time I'll try their ice cream.

    Great place of history here in Burlington. Open since the 1930s. They keep it simple and do it well. Footlong hotdogs, burgers, sides and ice cream. We had two regular hotdogs which were tasty with nicely toasted buns. The fries were amazing. Great atmosphere from another time!

    I was recently back in Ontario for holidays and as always went to Easterbrooks for a dog. The young fellow running the place was the grandson of Irene the woman who looked after me by allowing me to do some work on the restaurant as she sensed I needed help. This year I wanted to grab some T shirts and he didn't have all the right sizes I needed but brought them from home the next day as promised. This gentleman has all of the qualities that he must of inherited from his grandmother. Refreshing to see service of this level. For that reason go enjoy a hot dog. As a fifty year customer I appreciate the history. Thank you.

    Love this place it's got that classic feeling and something you'd see on TV. Such a variety of food and it's all so tasty. I highly recommend this place and think everyone should try it out. The onion rings are quite possibly the best I have ever tried in my life so crispy and delicious omg. The hot dogs are all different and taste so good.

    Easterbrook's is a roadside diner that has been selling hamburgers, french fries, ice cream and foot long hot dogs in Burlington, Ontario since 1930. They are really known for their assortment of different foot long hot dogs. I ordered a foot long super hoser hot dog ($5.50 plus tax) and switched it to a sausage (extra $1.25 plus tax) with a side of small fresh cut fries ($2.45 plus tax). The super hoser dog is essentially a grilled foot long sausage on a toasted bun topped with melted cheese, peameal bacon, fried onions and tomato. The foot long sausage was pretty good, peameal bacon topping was a little underwhelming but overall a good foot long hot dog/sausage, the side of french fries were also pretty good. Easterbrook's has a pretty cool retro decor and it's a place you would find on a roadside on the way to cottage country and not in Burlington, Ontario. It doesn't look like anything has changed inside or outside over the years but it adds to the charm and nostalgia. Overall, it's a pretty cool place to grab a foot long hot dog or burger with fries and some ice cream that's reasonably priced. Seating is limited inside but there are picnic benches out front and in the back. They also have a private parking lot and street parking is also available.

    Love this place. It had every hotdog you could imagine and then some. Seriously I could not imagine how anyone could have anything bad to say. The only thing that is remotely annoying is that they only have 3 booths and they are always full. I won't complain because I can understand why they are full all the time. This place is great.

    I was here in December and loved it!

    I visited this place in December when in Ontario, Im are from New Brunswick, I absolutely loved this place, its so nostalgic and very welcoming, I was very pleased with the staff and service! The food was amazing! I wish there was a place like this back home! I will definitely be back!

    If you happen to be anywhere near here you must come here. It's a time back in time you will feel like your in the late 60's. This place has a great retro look . They just left it the way it was built and never did any upgrades. The hot dog itself is great, the place may be retro but the hot dog is totally worth it.

    Picnic area around the back, and a couple of tables on the patio out front. Perfect for fuelling up between walking around the various botanical garden parks and paths. There's rather limited parking, but you can park on the street nearby. Or if you have already paid for entrance to the botanical gardens, you can just park in the garden's lot across the street. Food is what you'd expect: hotdogs and more hotdogs, and fries. I really love hotdogs. But they've got to be nicely grilled and the bun should be lightly grilled too. Easterbrooks doesn't disappoint, they know what they're doing with their hotdogs. I like the regular foot long hotdogs, but the topping choices are pretty large for those following the more-is-more philosophy of life (cheddar, chilli, nacho, mexi, pizza, etc). They also have burgers. But really, you want to come for the hotdogs.

    A Genco's Circus Rifle Gallery built in about 1957 a good collector item.

    In my quest for the perfect Hot Dog brought me here {plus Yelp} this is a must stop for hot dog lovers, My wife had a Dog w/bacon,onions,fries I had a Dog w/ chili, onions and fries but what make this combination is its hot dog bun it's was like a small loaf of French bread absolutely fresh and moist we did not try the burgers but we will next time. I have to mention the Hot Dog stand it self what a treat a collector of cool things such as a 100 photos of entertainers that have stopped by a dinner a style from 80 years ago [ My Favorite ] there was a arcade game called Genco's Circus Rifle Gallery I used to use all of my dimes in a machine like this in the 60's I am still trying for high score.{*_*}

    What a cute spot! Aside from the great hot dogs, just a cute little gem. Feels like a retro little place.

They literally only serve Vanilla, but they have an array of premium dips. See pic of menu. Second their chocolate dips consists of Belgian chocolate. Third, customer service is super friendly and patient. And lastly, prices are fair for what you get. (I was at another premium candy/ice cream shop the other weekend where a soft serve - presented in a melted fashion - was literally double the price!) Steps away from the Burlington Waterfront Trail, La Creme de la Creme is a must-stop for any ice cream lover! YUM! My only criticism is that I wished that their dips were posted somewhere as opposed to being on a menu that's passed around. I only saw the list when I got to the cash.

They're there and happy to serve you for the brief 4 minutes you'll be standing there. You can sit outside, but this really isn't a hang out place. It's more like a "go and get an ice cream to take with you on a summer evening stroll" kind of place. So, if you are looking to be waited on and to sit and hang out for a while, this isn't the place. We like Moose Tracks but this one didn't have any caramel swirls, chocolate pieces and Reese peanut butter cups. Their Blueberry Cheesecake was okay but one scoop of it tasted a bit like spoiled milk but blueberry part was good. Thei banana cream pie flavor was artificial banana flavoring and no pieces of banana. So overall, the large cup was on the smaller side if you place all their small scoops to equal a large ball of ice cream. Service felt slow and not very friendly. We went in at 5:45 p.m. and it looked like it was closed. The hours of business LED sign was not even turned on. There was a single order taker and 3 scoopers but it wasn't until 5 mins after us when another customer came in. We didn't feel like our business was appreciated and their slush drink machine was out of order so that was disappointing also. The interior was very plain and hot welcoming which just added to the feeling like the staff didn't want to be there and you should go elsewhere. We took our ice cream and ate outside so we could have our treat in a more comfortable setting. Thank goodness it was a sunny day and wasn't too hot nor too cold with the wind. *i don't think i want to come back here again.
