Me and my friend came here on a Friday night. I really like the vibes at night! The whole place had purple, pink, and blue lighting. They also play a lot of throwbacks to match the disco theme. It took a little while for us to get seated, but the place is pretty photogenic, so we took some cute photos while waiting. We got Electric Burgers and a couple drinks, and it was pretty tasty! I liked the hickory sticks inside. My friend thought the fries were really good. Our server was really nice too.

I've had this place deliver a couple times and it does not do the in-restaurant food justice! This place is such a fun, unique and delicious brunch spot!! The decor is all novelty diner stuff which makes you feel like you're at an old timey diner, with old movies projected on the wall, a jukebox, and even vintage video games. The food is the star though, with unique options like a grilled cheese Benedict with tomato soup hollandaise sauce. Everything we had was really delicious and unlike something we've had elsewhere. You want sweet? You want savoury? Electric Diner has a brunch option for you! The service was very friendly as well, although it did take a while before someone came to our table initially. After the initial wait though, the staff was very attentive! I would definitely recommend this place for brunch and I think my family and I will be returning!

Great brunch spot in Hamilton. This Lister block location. Has a good space with good food. They were playing Holiday movies through a projector on one of the walls while we were eating. Came in for a late brunch. What's nice is they serve the brunch menu until 4. The brunch menus was great. Loved that you could choose to do half and half salad and potatoes for the side. We came in with a large group and they were very nice to try and accommodate. Our server was really nice and she gave her recommendations when we asked. They have festive specials right now as well for the holidays!

The portion size is small for the price, food was okay not mind-blowing. Honestly, overpriced.

Really enjoyed the food. The menu is not too overbearing and has just the right amount of choice…read more(although no turkey or beef sausage/bacon options). The food is really good however, both in presentation and taste. Service wise, the staff was very friendly and polite, although there was a 20 ish minute wait for a seat for 2 and another 25 minute wait to get the food. Granted we did go on a Sunday at 11 am so it was probably the busiest time of the week and the kitchen is perhaps on the smaller side. The ambiance itself is pretty homey, street parking isn't too hard to find. They sell some near merch and also source bread locally from a bakery nearby. Their patio was closed in the winter but definitely seems like a great spot in the summer. Overall, I enjoyed the place. The lack of non pork protein options keeps me away, but should that change, I'd like to revisit the patio in the summer. Should the protein options expand and wait times be reduced on my next visit, I'll be sure to update my review!

We loved the salad and scarfed it down - super crisp, awesome textures, tangy yum. I love their pasta so much and it's fun to see how they prepare and serve it. The shrimp were super small which made eating the dish easier. The flavors were delicious and I was left with lots of extra sauce. I should have asked for a side of bread to soak it up. I had a delicious highball with root beer and fernet. Service was excellent as usual. Love the vibes and tunes. The patio is gorgeous as well. Looking forward to more. Bonus points for serving the surrounding neighborhood - very convenient, needed, reliably fresh and delicious.

They have a pretty great cocktail menu with unique drinks for a diner. I got this one blue cocktail that had a piece of cotton candy on top of it, that's usually reserved for unique cocktail bars. They did a great job with its. The food was also fantastic. I took a risk and ordered the chicken and waffles and thankfully I was not disappointed. It was a substantial size of chicken and waffle. My mom got the burger and she loved it. Outdoor seating was pretty great, the street wasn't too loud for me. There is plenty of indoor dining as well. The bathrooms looked well maintained

Great vibe. Good food. Terrible pricing…read more Before trying this new location, I dined at the old electric diner twice on George street - same thing. Immaculate vibe, but the food was always just ok, and I remembered it was always expensive. This time I got the chicken waffle. It's a sweet waffle topped with one fried chicken thigh & sweet tangy gochujang and a fried egg. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but I wouldn't say it was a big portion like what you'd get from a traditional diner place. It was 24 dollars - so over 30 dollars after tax and tips. It's kinda wild just to think about it... My partner got the Electric Benny - same thing, it was a lot pricier than other diners with the same amount of food. I think 25 dollars for 2 eggs, a slice of fried French toast and some avocado & home fries was pricy. In addition, she got drip coffee on the side which was almost like 6 dollars after tax - that's a crazy price for diner drip coffee. Her basic, mid diner breakfast meal with a moderate portion size came down to almost 35 dollars. To me that's unacceptable. The service was fine. But yeah, I hope electric diner can adjust the pricing in some way...last time I checked, people in Hamilton were not millionaires.

Fun vibe & good energy inside with neat art work! Staff is friendly. Menu has something for everyone! Mini pancakes, benny, French toast, chicken & waffles and several different toasts (think avocado or cacio e Pepe!) and smoothies. If you like specialty coffees, you are in for a treat since they have a fun option for a mini coffee flight! They also have a kids menu!

Entry is a single door with a ramp on the inside. Servers were quick to seat my friend and I. Service was polite and timely. We both ordered our own "Teenage Feast" which included Two eggs prepared to your taste, thick cut bacon, sausage, choice of toast, served with dutch mini pancakes, butter parsley home fries / salad or half & half. I opted for scrambled eggs, home fries, and rye (they also had sourdough as an option!) The meal was very filling, could definitely be shared between two peckish people or saved as left overs for later. Meal has a blend of sweet and savoury, leaning more on the sweet side. The sausage is sweeter than others (I enjoy this but I know it's not for everyone. The Dutch pancakes are so cute and little, coated in icing sugar, and served with maple syrup on the side to dip. For drinks I ordered the Maple Foam Cold Brew. Make sure to stir/not put your straw at the bottom of the drink or you'll get a hit of maple! Once it's stirred it tastes great. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu (I'm eyeing the coffee flights)!
