Such a fun pretty spot with food to match! Yumm Yumm! I mainly came for their cute motel theme restaurant. The No tell Motel! Even bathrooms are in rooms. 104 to 102 I believe. Super cute. Came last week on a Tuesday no less and they were busy. Super busy. It's also smaller than I expected. Cute nonetheless! Came with my brother/family! Food definitely looks fancier here. Champagne pancakes with gold flakes was what I came for. So I got just that.. and chicken and waffles is also a must! Maple latte/ very Canadian! Ana So GOOD!! Like so good!! Chicken and waffles was huge! 3 of us shared and we had left overs. We also had sides of eggs, avocados etc. Champagne pancakes ftw!! Literally, run, don't walk for them. So good! And drinks. They have table side mimosa kits. So fun, again! Also, spotted their upside down grilled cheese. Massive! The winner was champagne pancakes. Bit decors, maple latte and all pink everything is great too. Definitely worth a visit or 4!!

AMAZING brunch spot! The resto took safety measures seriously, it was also the perfect place to pamper ourselves after 2 hours of hiking. We ordered the tourist and the famous champagne pancakes. Both were delicious! The tourist came with greens, eggs, tater tots and fresh bread. The fluffy pancakes came with heavenly chantilly cream and raspberry coulis. Was tad disappointed because the online menu was not updated- they no longer served the cocktail I wanted so I ordered the pomegranate sangria instead.. I thought the pomegranate juice was too overpowering. Overall still a lovely experience... I'm already planning the next trip to Hamilton (once lockdown is over)!

Hands down my favourite breakfast spot in Hamilton. When you first step into this place I really feel like I'm in another world. The champagne pancakes and the sugar bacon... it's to die for. Don't get me started on the maple latte. I would give this place 100 stars if I could.

My sister and I have been creeping this place on Instagram for a while and finally went since we both had time off. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere is so cute and the food delivers on both looks and flavour.

Motel is an awesome brunch spot. We have visited twice and both times were delicious. The maple latte is also fabulous. Solid unsweet iced tea.

Flamingo Pink with all the Bling Bling! You are at the right place for that South Beach Miami Vice. So much details even that pink rotary phone! Motel Restaurant is in a "up and coming" neighbourhood in Hamliton. All Day brunch anyone? Serves till 2 pm on weekdays and 3 pm on weekends. We were the first customers of the day. No lines, no wait on a weekday. Service was friendly and attentive. Champagne Pancakes ($19.50) Luxurious Cakes w/ Devonshire Cream, Raspberry & Pink Champagne Coulis & Gold Flakes Yes Please with gold flakes. Pretty and delicious. Fluffy and light. I want to eat that with a glass of champagne! Short Rib Brunch Bowl ($22) Spicy Short Ribs, Sweet Potato, Red Pepper, Quinoa & Pickled Onion & Topped w/ 2 Over Easy Eggs Not a traditional brunch selection but quite filling as we want to have something more savory. Fun place for everyday brunch experience and everything here is just too cute and retro!

This is definitely one of the cutest spots I've been in Hamilton that serves brunch. We had the champagne pancakes, loaded nachos fries, and the buttermilk fried chicken & waffles. I was there on a Wednesday and they had a promotion on the Mimosas! $11 to just $6! The champagne pancakes definitely had the best presentation and it was also delicious! The portion was so big I had to take half home! The loaded nacho fries came with skinny fries (my fav) and was paired nicely with the tomato chutney! The fried chicken and waffles were all around my favourite! The chicken was beautifully cooked and fried to perfection, it came with a side of the homemade honey butter and honey lemon chilli sauce. Overall everything was so delicious! Although pricey, this place is a must try! The COVID protocols were fully in place, online menus, sanitizing our hands right when we entered, they have barriers set up between tables, and they even have the option of paying through the website on your phone too!

Oh my the food was sooooo delicious! Went here to celebrate my best friend's birthday since she's been wanting to eat here for a while. There are so many options and such a great variety! We ended up ordering the Strawberries & Cream Flapjacks and the No Tell Eggs Benny. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Maple strawberry compote was perfect and not too sweet, which I always fear when ordering pancakes. And the pancakes were so fluffy! As for the eggs Benny, the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly and not salty at all! Very good portions as well. I would come with a few friends so that you can try a lot from the menu! It is a small restaurant so you may have to wait during prime time, but it's worth it. I will definitely be coming back!

Motel is definitely one of my favourite place for brunch. Very covid Safe and allowed contact free payment, something i haven't seen before! Loving the technology! Interior: I LOVED the interior. It was pink with glasses build in to promote social distancing. They had room keys as tables which went with the vibe of a motel. The phone was a retro phone that they use for reservations. The whole environment fitted the theme. Even the bathrooms were made to follow the theme! I love it Food and drinks Food was amazing, i also had a warm cocktail which i forgot what it's called but it had pear and cinnamon. The champagne pancake was instagram worthy as well as delicious! It was super filling, and we couldn't finish it because we did order a lot of food. I also got the happy tourist with a side of bacon and it was so amazing. The bread was very thick and the tater tots had a Cajun seasoning to it i believe. It was so delicious. We also had a side of the fried chicken which was 10/10. I don't quite remember the name of my drink but it was a warm cocktail with cinnamon. It was WOW, my first time having a warm cocktail and i could not go back to cold ones haha! Service: The food came out quickly and server was super nice and helpful. Overall 11/10, i recommend this restaurant to everyone i know

    Cute patio!

Must try, interesting menu and drinks, vege options check. The outdoor patio is quaint and quiet on the weekdays, indoor has a very cute poppy esthetic. Looking forward to more brunches here with friends!

$21 for the infamous champagne pancakes TAKEOUT due to Covid. Seems like the prices went up a bit? Perhaps because the online system is managed by Door Dash and they need to take a cut. It's still quite fluffy and delicious, taking into consideration of some condensation from the take out boxes. I paid $25 including taxes and a $1 tip. A bit steep for just take out pancake. Will just have to wait for it to open back up again, then at least you can enjoy the service and the restaurant vibe.

Most placed I'd been to had small selections of their own beer, but to me you have to really diversity to get to that 50 plateau and I was right. 50+ beers from all over (even back home). Steady changing selections of all craft, some local, but as varied as anyone can get around here. It's dark, small, warm, cozy, inviting, but ultimately weird. Hipster AF. I was glad to see some classic cocktails on the menu which I also tried, but there is a weird bottle neck at the chalkboard as it narrows to the bar opening which makes ordering just awkward if the bar itself isn't open. They do an interesting thing asking for your name instead of tabbing you via a card to hold, but that also doesn't seem to be a Canadian thing like it is back in the States. My pisco sour was excellent, fresh juice, fresh egg white, well shaken, though I'm more a fan of metal on metal and I'm starting to think kold-draft is a luxury as many places simply don't have it. Kold draft or even 2+ inch molded ice has a very unique clang that I like. Ultimately bad if your shaking with glass though. My friends had a few lagers and ales which Hamilton is more known for than IPA's. We sat at the back where it was quite and we could hear ourselves instead of shouting over people. They have board games which I imagine is great fun and even a back patio which I imagine goes off in the summer. The staff are friendly and pretty knowledgeable, but I'd have like to seem a little more eye in the sky control, in that regard it's more barista than bar. On any given night here you'll hear conversations of beard oil, compost, prius', and other hipster topics. It's quietly romantic and dark so no one will bother you whatever your opinions are. If a Portland hipster mated with a San Francisco hipster, The Brain would be their baby.

The location is really cool, as the restaurant sits on a street closed off to cars, which meant there's plenty of space for outdoor tables. And a parking lot across the road meant that leaving the car wasn't an issue at all. Anyway, we snagged a nice table outside and placed our orders. But before our mains came, we were presented with a complimentary amuse bouche of two small biscuits with marmalade. They were delicious. Hot and fresh, they didn't have that dense taste that can sometimes plague biscuits. And the jam was terrific, too. For my main, I went with the Chorizo Huevos Ranchero ("House Chorizo | Smashed Avocado | Sunny-Side Eggs | Smoky Black Bean Ranchero | Corn Tortillas"). I've always been a huge huevos rancheros fan and this dish certainly lived up to my expectations. All the components work really well together, and I could tell that it had been assembled with care. There's nothing more annoying than a dish that's clearly been thrown together and phoned in. (I suppose if I had to make an extremely small critical suggestion, the dish could've used some kind of acid to cut through the uniformly heavy components. The whole thing is very rich and I do feel like it could've been improved by some brightness.) All in all, I loved my experience at Undefined. I could definitely see myself driving from Etobicoke just to stop into this joint.

Yes the price is pretty high but I love supporting local (and my bday coincided with the Ontario Big Spend, to help stimulate local buying in COVID). Everything comes out looking absolutely gorgeous on stoneware and fun plating styles that flow right with the atmosphere. The atmosphere is very hipster chic and all the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Also fantastic COVID protocol and safety while we were there. I think our waiter could have brought a little more energy but he was great overall! Started with some fun drinks and loved that the wine menu was at least half local selection! Came quick as well with pitchers of plain water and sparkling water. Started with calamari and Burrata platter. Calamari was delicious and came with both aioli and seafood sauce with arugula and lemon, loved it! Large pieces and perfectly cooked. The Burrata stole the show with a huge fresh ball over crisp and sweet cantaloupe and prosciutto with hot peppers and delicious fresh basil.... could have definitely ate that whole plate as my dinner. Truffle fries to share: fantastic shoestring cut with Parmesan and truffle with fresh scallions, crispy goodness! Beet salad: beautiful presentation and loaded with gorgeous beets, walnuts, roasted veggies and maple vinaigrette. Good earth power bowl: for the veggie lovers this one has it all! And is also pretty allergen friendly with greens, raw broccoli, vibrant purple cabbage, avocado, grapefruit, roasted crispy chickpeas, pine nuts, nutritional yeast, and toasted coconut flakes with lemon tahini dressing. I enjoyed this fresh and crisp bowl but I think it could have used more zing in the dressing. Pasta Special: thumb print pasta with salty venison sausages, sweet peppers, greens, salt/pepper and cheese. A tad salty but beautiful and fresh! Oysters: fresh and delicious with Parmesan and 3 sauces (hot, seafood, red wine vinegar) Cedar salmon: beautifully grilled cedar planked salmon with so much flavour from the maple bourbon glaze. Came with a tiny portion of veggies but the also a side, we choose the mashed potatoes which WERE DA BOMB! Could just eat those tbh.... Caesar salad: the most gorgeous! I didn't try but came with fresh crisp romaine, Parmesan crisps, crispy pork belly, poached egg, fresh croutons, and a full sardine to top it off! Dessert: no bake raspberry cheesecake, this was complimentary for the bday and we all split it. Delicious raspberry jam on light cheesecake filling with white chocolate and a thick graham crumb. Well done radius! Making local sexy AF!
