FOOD: I had come here on a Monday afternoon at around 1:30 pm for a quick lunch. When I had first noticed all of the options available, I was quite excited to have many items to choose from. I finally settled on the Cheeseburger With French Fries ($9.99), which I was told by the cashier was homemade, and tasted absolutely delicious. When I had gotten my meal a few moments after I had ordered it, I was pleasantly surprised to notice how large the hamburger was! It was also quite thick, and grilled to perfection, tasting hot (temperature-wise), and with the perfect amount of toppings (ketchup, mayonnaise, and cheese), which tasted delicious with the warm bun and crunchy fries. I loved how the fries were an abundant amount, and they were large, filling me up to the brim for hours afterwards! I also loved how authentic the food items tasted at this place, very delicious, and well-prepared! ATMOSPHERE: This place was situated inside of the Milton Mall within the food court, with many seats available for guests. I loved how open and inviting this food court was, and the volume was at a low level, as there weren't many guests in the food court at that time. The chairs and tables were simple enough however, I wouldn't have wanted to sit there for too long as I found that the chairs were a bit hard on the back after a while. I felt comfortable eating my meal in the food court, and would definitely want to come back and eat again in the area. SERVICE: When I had first approached the counter, I was greeted by a kind younger woman, whom asked what I would like to have. She was very approachable in suggesting specific meals that I may like, and answered all of my questions with ease. She was polite, friendly, and considerate, making my meal choice easy with her assistance. When my meal was ready, she thanked me for dining with their establishment, and told me to come again, hoping that I would enjoy my meal. I was very impressed with how kind this cashier was, and would love to see her again! COST: 1 Cheeseburger With French Fries: $9.99 + Tax = $11.28 WOULD YOU RETURN? This was truly one of the best hamburgers that I have ever tasted, hands-down! I would most certainly return, and would highly-recommend you all give it a try! Nothing special. The burger may have been made on house but was 100% frozen prior to cooking. The texture is a dead give away that it went in the grill frozen. Nothin remotely fresh about it. It was salty and not very appealing. The fries were horrid. Frozen and very stale. Department store food would be better lol. If you want A good fresh burger go somewhere else. I travel and eat at restaurants more than 2/3 of my meals and can say I'll be back. read more

I love promoting small businesses if they are good and this place is excellent.So I had tried them almost a year ago when they had newly opened.To be honest I was a bit skeptical I normally don't have burgers from a no name zero review place-I'm very passionate about my BURGERS, lol. So I gave this place shot, they are located in the not so happening Milton Mall-the joint was super neat and clean and the guy behind the counter told me the patties are made from scratch and were super filing.He told me to wait 10 minutes for a freshly made burger and so I did! I got my burger and boy it was huge the pattie was actually bigger than the bun and the fries were piping hot.I took the first bite and omg I was in good heaven I thought it tasted better than so many big name burger chains.The pattie was moist and flavorful, everything about the burger from taste to portioning was perfect, the bun was soft and they were plenty of fries. Sorry I have no pics, when I had first tried them they had no yelp account set up.I have taken a couple of take away from them after that as well and they have maintained their taste and quality.Its by far amongst the best burgers I have had.It some what tastes like homemade burger than a commercially cooked one I think that's their win. Love Kevin's Hamburger House! The burgers are hand made in house and it shows. Love that the burger is always bigger then the bun! Always take mine home to eat as they can get messy but so good! Get it with everything on it (pickles Mayo etc etc) and you will be stuffed! Never finish the fries (always add a side of gravy!!!) well priced and a hidden / not so hidden gem in Milton. The mall is second rate, only 3 places to eat in food court but Kevin's makes it worth the trip every time! read more

Cons Too salty Hard to taste the actual patty and the condiments with so much salt, even with an overload of condiment. This place is way too good to be in the food court of a second-rate mall; it should be in a stand-alone location. The patties were melt in your mouth deliciousness and the brioche bun was toasted perfectly. The only recommendation I would make is to have more little kid friendly sizes for the burger. I ordered a "junior" burger for my daughter, and to be honest, I couldn't tell the difference between her's and mine. It would be nice to see slider size options available to kids. My husband and I were craving burgers and we saw all these excellent reviews for Kevin's so we figured we'd try it. The service was excellent and friendly, we only waited for 10 or so minutes for our food because the Kevin Special Hamburger with fries and Bacon Cheese Burger with onion rings were made fresh. This place has fresh made burgers that are good but not amazing. I did see another review here mentioning the burger being extremely salty and I would have to agree. I'm not sure what's mixed in with the ground beef but even the colour of the patty doesn't look like beef. The portion size for price was amazing, one meal is A LOT of food. Overall 3/5 read more

Sorry but I'd heard so many positive reviews about this place. Ordered a burger and fries. The burger was a pile of mush soaked in oil. You could literally see the oil dripping out of it. Fries very very undercooked on the inside but burnt on the outside. Will give this place a massive miss in future. read more

It was so good even though it is located in the Milton mall the burger was juicy and the bread was crispy. Its very cheap and affordable for 10 dollars for a big burger with toppings plus fries! I highly recommend the Patty Melt unless you don't like soft onions just the cheese burger is fantastic. I will definetly come again soon. read more

Food takes WAY too long. I understand there's only one cook but they should hire someone else to help during lunch time when it gets a bit busy. My break was only 30 mins long and it took 20mins for my cheeseburger and fries to be ready. My fries were not even salted. Proportion of the burger is HUGE.
