We both tried the Breakfast Sandwich -- it's a croissant panini-grilled with 2 poached eggs, cheese, hash brown and choice of bacon or sausage. It was satisfying without being too greasy or oily. I had a regular drip coffee with cream. It was ok! They do have a small coffee menu. Not alternative dairy. Lastly, we tried the Borsch soup! We've taken photos and kept proof of purchase, and the incident has already been reported to Halton Region Public Health and Firehouse Subs corporate. Food safety and hygiene should be the bare minimum. After this experience, I would never order from here again and would strongly caution others.
