The biggest issue isn't the staff as they work hard and do the best they can under difficult circumstances. The real problem is a lack of support from management. The restaurant often appears understaffed, and scheduling doesn't seem to provide employees with the help they need during busy periods. Even more concerning is how management handles abusive patrons. I've witnessed customers become verbally abusive and borderline physically intimidating toward bartenders and servers. From what I've observed, this has contributed to high staff turnover. On more than one occasion, I've seen employees leave in tears while managers were nowhere to be found or appeared to avoid dealing with the situation. The fact that loyal regular customers have had to step in to calm situations and support staff speaks volumes. Employees should never have to rely on patrons to help keep situations under control or to feel safe at work. This business has tremendous potential because of its prime location, but "location, location, location" will only carry it so far. Dear management: it's time to step up. Support your employees, ensure they have adequate staffing, and create a safe, respectful environment for both staff and guests. Your team deserves better, and so do your customers.

However, after scooping the onions away, it tasted great! I loved how the dish included rice and naan, such a great addition, and there was a lot of it as well! My daughter's mac 'n cheese was straight from the box, and was a tad expensive for what was given to her. We found some of the food items to be a bit pricey, especially for the children's menu however, the food was quite delicious, and the service was top-notch! The only issue was the parking, as there are many condos in the area, and finding parking is hard, even early in the morning.
