The latte was definitely the highlight for me. They make their own syrups in-house, which they add to their lattes, and you can really taste the difference. The pumpkin spice latte was a 10/10. If you're in the area, skip the Starbucks for sure! The breakfast sandwich was also really good, especially with the thick-cut bacon and house-made aioli. I paid around $20 for both, so it is a little pricey in my opinion, but I can appreciate the price more when the quality and taste are there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Sam Sub is a great place to stop and grab a bite to eat :) when i stopped in for something for lunch, the people were very friendly and the food was great! i ordered a small fry with gravy. the gravy was freshly made and the fries are fresh as well. the hot dogs are grilled to perfection and the burgers are nicely seared. there is a wide variaty of toppings to choose from and they are always great tasting. i enjoyed eating the panini as well. it was grilled just the way i like it. My family enjoyed the food just as much as i did. :) AND if you dont want to go out, you can call them and they deliver right to your door. this is a great place to eat at, take out from, and deliver from. i will be enjoying the food there for years to come :D read more

So we gave it a shot. The Good: It was nice and clean, hardwood floors, open front so there was a lot of fresh air. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful and the menu!!! There used to be a place in Toronto called The Yellow Griffin with a similar concept of multiple burgers with interesting toppings, sadly their quality dropped under new management and the eventually went under, i had been looking for a similar type place with great quality and here it was! The food arrived pretty quickly and boy was it good! I had the Malibu Melt ( I think it was called) a burger with three cheeses and an onion ring to hold it all together with a side of Onion rings. Delicious and satisfying, I would go back there in a heartbeat! The Bad: i have to go all the way to Guelph for this one, but there are two locations in Toronto. The Ugly: I really have nothing. First, they have options for white or multi-grain buns, both costing the same. Since I like to be healthy, I chose multi-grain. Good on them for offering bun options since most other restaurants only offer white buns. Second, they have awesome service, with the employees knowing many of the regulars and offering options for customers to get more value for their meal. However, I ordered a swiss melt burger...and the patty was extremely dry. They advertised juicy burgers, but my burger was anything but. The grilled mushrooms were minimal, and the grilled onions were pretty much regular raw onions placed on the grill...which actually didn't taste too bad. Finally, the onion in the onion rings were good, but the coating was too hard and too crispy. I'll probably give Sonny's and Frat Burger a try before I come back here.
