As shared in an earlier review, I praised this location for great food and service. We experienced…read morethe opposite regarding service 2 weeks ago. We arrived to find the inside very busy so some customers were outside. They said they had ordered already and we're just waiting outside while it was ready and told my wife to go ahead. One of the staff yelled at my wife to go back outside and said "we are at capacity, you have to go outside and wait in the line". There was no clear direction on when customers could come in to order. Everyone else outside seemed confused too. My wife waited for some people to leave and then went in and paid for our online order. She told the cashier that she didn't mean to come in earlier but the whole process was confusing and it might help if they had a system or someone at the door as the customers outside were telling others to go ahead inside as they had already ordered. The same staff who yelled at her started going on about there are rules about capacity. My wife explained that she has no issues with the rules and restrictions and understands but that it's confusing for customers. Another staff joined in and raised her voice. My wife asked both staff to not raise their voices. I understand and support the restrictions around capacity but the staff didn't need to be so rude. Due to this experience, we are reconsidering returning.

A great addition to the neighbourhood! The subs here are tasty and good quality, served warm…read more Available in 8 or 12 inch size. A little pricey. Smaller subs are about $9 or 10. The staff is friendly. Decor is neat, and they play fun retro music. Mostly 80s from my few visits. Look forward to trying all the sub varieties. It takes a bit for them to make your sub so not the best choice if you are in a super rush.

My partner and I came here for dinner. It was our second visit to this location. Our first visit…read morewas great - staff was friendly and food was good, so why not try it again? Our second visit was not so great however. We came here on a Monday night at around 9pm. Our server was Jessica. She was very nice and accommodating. There was a cold draft from the window and she was kind enough to move us when we asked. She was also very attentive when serving us. Now onto the food. We got the Balsamic Mozzarella again - it was delicious. I really like the sweetness of the honey and tartness of the balsamic vinegar. I'd say this is a must try! For our main, we got the Vodka Pollo Rigatoni. We usually get the social size carbonara and for that dish we always struggle to finish it. We always need to have a little bit for takeout. Now for the rigatoni, it was incredibly small. To the point where when we split it, it wouldn't even fill our entire plate. If this is the social size, I don't even think the individual portion will fill you up a little bit. I cannot emphasize how small this dish was. My partner and I were so confused when we first saw it. We were able to finish the whole dish in about 5 min and even Jessica was confused at how quickly we wiped the plate clean. We had to get a small bite elsewhere since this portion was very tiny. I wouldn't recommend it and it just sort of ruined the meal since we had to eat again. Service is nice as always and the mozzarella is great though.
