Visited on a weekday around lunchtime and this place was busy. There were three two seater dine in tables when we visited and we snagged a seat so we dined in. Staff were very friendly and personable. Veggies looked super fresh and lots of choices to try. I chose a small buffalo chicken and my hub chose the Italian (cold cuts). Subs were messy (especially mine) but delicious. The buffalo chicken was like shawarma style and was very tasty. Small store but pretty busy! I wouldve given it 4 stars if the bread wasn't a bit dry. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sub and also a chicken gyro on a pita. They let 4 people in at a time so people can social distance themselves which is good. I saw a lot of bikers and truckers come here so it must be decent right? My chicken was very moist and flavourful and so was the meat from the gyro. The only thing I would complain about is maybe packing the stuff better. My meat was falling off the top and made a big mess. Other than that it was pretty good. They also offer salads as well. Sadly they didn't offer fries which I was gonna order until I found out they only have roast potatoes. I'm just glad I found a decent spot to fill my hunger, I'm not usually in the area. read more

I was at a training session in Burlington for work and we ordered from this near by location. I ordered the Chicken Gyro Salad and I really enjoyed it. There was not only a lot of salad type of items there was plenty of meat as well. It had all the things you might get in a Gyro except for the bread wrap. A few others in my group also ordered the same and we all enjoyed it and will order from them again. I would definitely recommend Goody's Sun for salads or Gyros. read more

This place is close to my work and was introduced to them a few years ago and fell in love with their chicken bacon subs. Recently I've switched to their chicken Greek salad as I'm trying to eat healthier. It's awesome as well. Their homemade tzatziki and barbecue sauce are excellent. It amazes me that a location like this in Burlington has only 1 review. A small family run shop in an older strip mall, Goody's does it name proud..by providing Good..not just good..but great food. Usually people who go there during the lunch rush are looking for subs. But if you delve deeper in the menu...gyros..Greek salad..and schnitzel..By Zeus's Beard!!....schniztel.... The aforementioned menu items are very good and the portion sizes are excellent. My wife loves the Greek salad, so much that she will make me pick it up from Burlington to bring it home to Brampton. The schnitzel from all the times that my friend has tried it, to the pictures that he has posted...its big..and from what I hear excellent. The value of Goody's is not just the size and taste of the food, but value..if you looking for a huge meal for under $10 bucks..come here!!! Love this place. For the last 4 years, Ive ordered from Goody's 2-3 times a month. Their style is a cross between Pita Nutso, and Mr. Sub. Except they are family owned and operated unlike those other franchises. They take the best parts of both, and mix it with their own mom and pop style charm. Their careful eye for the best quality ingredients really shows in every bite. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly. Just this morning, the owner said to me, "You working today? I normally don't see you this early." He was right. Today I took a half day, and stopped by on my way home from work. Like I said, I come here once every week or two. This guy knows (and obviously values) his customers. And the food! The food is amazing. From they way they cook and season their meats, to the way they bake their bread to perfection every time, to their vegetable prep, and their sauces. It is all high quality, and highly tasty. And it is reasonably priced too. Actually what you get for what you pay at Goody's is kind of amazing. This place has been in my neighbourhood for years. I remember going a couple times when I was a child, but I never remembered the tastiness and boy am I sad that I haven't gone back sooner!! I went the other day, and the owner was so kind, his customer service was amazing. He recommended sauces, and toppings, to match the kind of sub (buffalo chicken). The subs ingredients were so fresh, the chicken was shawarma style and cooked to perfection, the sauces (hot and tzaziki) tasted handmade and it tasted more like an authentic homemade meal then a takeout meal. My favorite sandwhich in town. I've been coming in since they opened up and even though I go to university for 8 months of the year they still remember my order.
