I recently tried The Works and ordered the Blues Burger. Overall, I was really happy with the…read moreburger itself, the patty was cooked well, juicy, and full of flavour. The brioche bun was fresh and soft, and the bacon was cooked perfectly, adding a great crispy, savoury bite. My only disappointment was the blue cheese. I was really looking forward to that strong blue cheese flavour, but it was definitely lacking and only came through as a very subtle hint. For a burger specifically centered around blue cheese, I was hoping for a little more. That said, I still enjoyed the burger overall and would definitely return to The Works to try some of their other burgers. There are plenty of interesting options on the menu, so I'm curious to see how the others compare!

We had come here at around 1:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. The place wasn't too busy at the time…read morehowever, there was a large party of about 15 people at the table behind us; it looked to be some sort of a work function. We were seated on the second level in a booth, which had the large window opened all of the way. There were three children and two adults in our party therefore, we were given both children and adult menus to order from. My son settled on the chicken fingers with fries, while my daughter chose the hamburger with fries. I decided on the avocado dip with nachos, although the dip wasn't really a dip, as it was chunkier than I had liked. The food took about 15 minutes to arrive, which wasn't too long however, the kids were a tad restless having to wait. Both of my children's dishes had a large amount of fries, with only a small amount of chicken strips and hamburger. My avocado dip had an overflow of nachos, yet not a lot of avocado. It also had too much onion, which made the dish taste strong. The service was good throughout our entire stay, with the server checking on us periodically to make sure that we were okay. The food was mediocre, and definitely not worth the price that we had paid. Overall, would most likely not return to this restaurant. To be honest, we only dined here as it was the closest to the movie theatre that we were at therefore, it wasn't our first choice initially.

The customer service is good at this location, the guy who took my order was very nice and friendly, although it was late at night and he might've been really tired. I got cheeseburger with fries and added tomato, mushrooms, dill pickle and extra sauce to my burger. I also got a complimentary bag of donuts. My food took longer than I expected to get ready, but the burger was perfectly cooked. Something I didn't like was that the meat and all sauces were very salty.

Nice location located in downtown USA Main Street cute cute little town. Parking only on one side of the street. Don't forget to feed the meter. You will get a ticket. I tried the main burger on the menu with everything on it and it was delicious. The meat was very flavorful and cooked just the way I like it medium rare. I ordered tater tots and onion rings, they were very accommodating and did half-and-half, but I will tell you if I go back here I would get a full order of the onion rings. Homemade batter, hand dipped, and so so good. It is one of the most perfect onion rings I've ever had. The only reason I won't be coming back here anytime soon is because I live in California and I was just visiting. I was visiting Friends and Family in Milton and drove 35 minutes to get here and it was well worth it. Except for the parking ticket. lol

Stopped by for lunch on our way to Niagara Falls. We chose to sit at the bar instead of at a table…read morebecause even though there was a sign saying to wait to be seated, no one came and greeted us. Service was honestly pretty bad. The lady serving us was rude and I understand she may be the only one manning the tables, but it honestly was not too busy since only 4 tables taken and it was not peak hours, but the tone she kept using with us to "give her a second" was not pleasant. We ordered a BBQ chicken chop salad, the original hamont burger with fries, and two beers. Food took a while to come out. Salad was really fresh but I didn't know it came with beans, which I'm not a fan of. Burger was honestly a bit too salty and dry for me. I also tried asking for ranch for my fries but was told it's an additional $2CAD?! That's pretty expensive for someone from SoCal since sauce is usually free or at most 25 cents in LA. Parking was convenient because we were lucky and found metered parking right iufside

While the service was good, it was also pretty slow and the restaurant overall wasn't the cleanest. I did enjoy the fact that they really leaned into their theme, especially with the menu and the decor. it was definitely consistent. My brother and I both got Burger combos and felt that the food was pretty good but also really heavy. I wasn't a huge fan of the style of fries they chose or the coleslaw that they gave on the side. I think the coleslaw was made ahead of time and was sitting out because it did not look the freshest. Overall it was worth a try but I don't think I'll be back.

Since the garlic bread was already so flavourful and greasy, it was not dry at all and was really good. Loved this combination! However, we did not like the Hawaiian burger.
