My son goes here for OT. He is in his second week, and so far I like the environment and the therapist. Will update after a few more weeks

If I could give this place zero stars, I truly would. My heart is breaking for my nephew. He's only…read more27 years old and has severe cerebral palsy, and instead of being cared for, he was transferred to what feels like a nightmare. When my sister-in-law went to visit him, she found him lying in a wet bed -- his clothes soaked, the sheets soaked, and his catheter had come out. And the worst part? The staff just left him like that. No urgency. No compassion. It took them almost 30 minutes to finally come in and help him. I can't even bring myself to imagine what happens to him at night when no family is there to witness it. Any time he moves or even makes a facial expression, the nurses try to sedate him. The thought of him being drugged simply for reacting or expressing discomfort makes me sick to my stomach. This isn't healthcare -- it feels like neglect, plain and simple. When my sister-in-law tried to speak up and tell the hospital's social worker that she feared for her son's safety, she was met with rudeness, interruptions, and complete denial of what was happening. How can someone with that attitude work in a place where vulnerable people are supposed to be cared for? It is so discouraging and infuriating. All we want is for my nephew to be safe, respected, and treated like a human being. Instead, we're praying every day that my sister-in-law and brother can get him out of there as soon as possible. It genuinely feels like he's not being helped at all -- just kept there for the insurance money. Seeing that this place has a 2.5-star rating doesn't surprise me anymore. If you or your loved one are ever referred here, please do everything you can to find another facility. No family should ever have to go through this. California healthcare has changed so much since COVID, and sadly, this place is a painful reminder of how far it has fallen.

I appreciated that they took time to explained procedures and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Their compassion made a difficult time a little easier.

Here we go again only 2-3 years later I has my LTKR on 3-24-26, by same Surgeon Dr Kenneth Jhang!…read moreBest Ortho Surgeon for Joint Replacement hands down. I went to Physical Therapy at Arrowhead orthopedics which is down stairs from my surgeon very convenient. I requested this office for its great therapist. Krista is the manager and top notch therapist. She helped me last TKR and I was there it felt like half my life with a stubborn knee. I was there 60 sessions with my first replacement this replacement I was there 12 amazing. My therapist was Shelly and she did a good job but she was not there a few times I was and I had the Therapist Assistant Alexia. She was so patient and sweet and very helpful. I also LOVE Amy! She has been there since my last surgery and she makes me laugh, and she is extremely motivating which is very important in recovery. She will lighten your day and make you push a little harder to get to that point you need to be at. Amy thanks for everything you did, have done and you are also top notch in your field. I LOVE this office you will too! I promise .

I ask "Why didn't you call me to either tell me or reschedule"? No response. I have lots better things to do than wait (at least) an hour in a crowded doctor's office. I know these doctors are anointed by the heavens and are VIPs but that's no excuse to ignore customer service. I mean, how much effort would it have taken to text me to tell me? Of course, the whole purpose is to make sure there's no doctor downtime (aka every precious minute is billable) so there's a steady stream of weary and desperate patients waiting at all times. If lower-tier restaurants can handle queuing systems then so can a high-end doctors' office.

I really wanted to love this place but, unfortunately for me, $300 and three weeks later, I left the place with new pain and new issues. I came to PacificPro with some glute muscle imbalance and practically no pain. After 3 sessions, I left the place with a new right leg sciatica pain that I hadn't had prior to starting physical therapy. While I realize there is a lot of uncertainty and variability in how different bodies respond to treatment, Kylie's approach felt overly aggressive and risky. During my second session, after I said I might not continue PT, she gave me 10-12 challenging exercises just to "test" my body and make sure "I am ready" to be discharged. So, we went from basically no activity to almost everything available on the PT menu. The loading was not progressive or controlled which unsurprisingly caused the flare. When I came back the next week and told her about the pain, I was met with, "See? I told you!" and, after some tissue work, continued with some old + new equally challenging exercises which pushed me overboard causing new deep and sharp pain in my glute and down my leg. It's been 9 days and I am still in moderate pain, unable to drive. Even though I am not a medical provider and this was my first encounter with a PT treatment, I had envisioned that treatment and strengthening should happen progressively and should not cause new pain nor further reduce mobility and function to the point where I am unable to do things that I was able to do before the treatment. Kylie did call and offer to continue to work on my painful area, but I had lost trust due to the decisions she had made in the two weeks prior.
