Excellent professional and compassionate treatment. All therapists were helpful, and a particular "shout out" to Jeff for his help.

We have been with this office about 2 years now and they are wonderful. They are so helpful with my son's feeding concerns and physical therapy. My son has down syndrome and typically can be a bit stubborn and this team just does so well with him. Highly recommend Jackie and Ashley for OT and Nikki and Giselle for PT. The office is extremely clean, organized and I always feel so safe brining my son because I constantly see cleaning and sanitation. The office has a texting system so texting them instead of calling - should we need to do home hospital and do phone call that day is very simple! All the therapist are very solution oriented and give their honest feedback, we have built a great relationship with this office and I'm so grateful for how hard they work to address concerns with my son! This office has great equipment and all the staff is very friendly. I never feel worried if my son is having a bad day, they redirect and he does so well. The other thing I've noticed is how diverse of patients they have, and how kind and inclusive they are to all. I love that they welcome inclusion and friendships by saying hi! Wonderful place! I'm not easily wowed, however this office has exceeded my expectations over and over again.

That's very important for me as a twin mom with an autistic child. It's been a journey and he always comes out giggling. She's the best. I also want to say my son has started PT as well at this location and Mr. Ryan is so caring and patient. My son always dislikes PT but even though some sessions are challenging he's climbing up on everything and now finally walking down more stains on his own. Mr. Ryan is very passionate and he always takes the time for breaks for my son and gives him swing time when he needs it. Thank you carrico!

I was there 60 sessions with my first replacement this replacement I was there 12 amazing. My therapist was Shelly and she did a good job but she was not there a few times I was and I had the Therapist Assistant Alexia. She was so patient and sweet and very helpful. I also LOVE Amy! The front staff at the Norco location are always incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. I tend to ask a million questions, and they never make me feel like a bother, they always take the time to make sure my schedule is taken care of and that I have everything I need. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and very organized. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly, professional, and truly invested in the kids they work with. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son is in such a supportive and positive space. I would highly recommend Leaps and Bounds to any parent looking for services like PT, OT, speech therapy, or any specialized support for their child. We've had nothing but a great experience!

I felt that she did not allow enough time for my child to transition and adjust before ending the session, and her manner felt rushed and harsh. As a parent, I suggested that next time my child be given a brief moment to finish cleaning up the toys, especially since there were still five minutes scheduled for parent discussion, which were not used. She did not acknowledge this suggestion and instead stated that she needed to end the session because she had another patient. At that time, our session had not yet ended, and there were still approximately three minutes remaining in the parent discussion period. I explained that allowing less than 30 seconds to clean up helps prevent triggering my child, as children on the spectrum can be very sensitive to abrupt transitions. Unfortunately, her response and facial expression felt cold and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I was disappointed by this experience, as I expected a higher level of patience and understanding from a professional working in this field. Effective therapy requires flexibility, empathy, and collaboration with parents, and I did not feel those qualities were demonstrated during this session.

Things started off well but very soon after starting it was clear they were not accommodating his needs. Instead of trying to work with him and understand him, they only wanted to push him into their rigid program and after making him anxious and upset blamed him when he had a problem. They would not communicate with me, for if they had I could have shed light on how to deal with him and what he needed. They did not care at all. He was shuffled from one worker to another and they made little attempts to get to know him. I begged them to allow me to give them input but they would not have it. After ignoring many of his signals that he was in distress, he finally ended up reacting and became physically aggressive. They then threw him out of the program. That was devastating for him. He asked me every day to take him back. I reached back out to them and asked if he could come back. They agreed that if after a couple months he did not have any aggression he would be allowed back. I worked with his mental health professional and he was doing great so after a couple months I reached out and asked if he could come back. They said that it would be possible but that turned out to be a lie. I made many more calls and sent multiple emails but I was ignored over and over again. They turned a blind eye and never responded. I think they are despicable for this and I would never recommend that anyone send their special needs child or adult there. That is my opinion and I believe it is well deserved. I really believe we don't need this type of help in our community and this branch would be much better with different management. That's just my opinion.
