Excellent professional and compassionate treatment. All therapists were helpful, and a particular "shout out" to Jeff for his help.

Highly recommend this office. We've seen Ashley, Giselle, Nikki, and Jackie. Let me tell you all…read morethese therapists are my favorite. We have been with this office about 2 years now and they are wonderful. They are so helpful with my son's feeding concerns and physical therapy. My son has down syndrome and typically can be a bit stubborn and this team just does so well with him. Highly recommend Jackie and Ashley for OT and Nikki and Giselle for PT. The office is extremely clean, organized and I always feel so safe brining my son because I constantly see cleaning and sanitation. The office has a texting system so texting them instead of calling - should we need to do home hospital and do phone call that day is very simple! All the therapist are very solution oriented and give their honest feedback, we have built a great relationship with this office and I'm so grateful for how hard they work to address concerns with my son! This office has great equipment and all the staff is very friendly. I never feel worried if my son is having a bad day, they redirect and he does so well. The other thing I've noticed is how diverse of patients they have, and how kind and inclusive they are to all. I love that they welcome inclusion and friendships by saying hi! Wonderful place! I'm not easily wowed, however this office has exceeded my expectations over and over again.

That's very important for me as a twin mom with an autistic child. It's been a journey and he always comes out giggling. She's the best. I also want to say my son has started PT as well at this location and Mr. Ryan is so caring and patient. My son always dislikes PT but even though some sessions are challenging he's climbing up on everything and now finally walking down more stains on his own. Mr. Ryan is very passionate and he always takes the time for breaks for my son and gives him swing time when he needs it. Thank you carrico!

We called and spoke to Sophie and a couple other girls explained my situation about having to switch facilities and they helped me get into a therapist at the Rancho Cucamonga clinic. Ms Carmen! He's only…read more27 years old and has severe cerebral palsy, and instead of being cared for, he was transferred to what feels like a nightmare. When my sister-in-law went to visit him, she found him lying in a wet bed -- his clothes soaked, the sheets soaked, and his catheter had come out. And the worst part? The staff just left him like that. No urgency. No compassion. It took them almost 30 minutes to finally come in and help him. I can't even bring myself to imagine what happens to him at night when no family is there to witness it. Any time he moves or even makes a facial expression, the nurses try to sedate him. The thought of him being drugged simply for reacting or expressing discomfort makes me sick to my stomach. This isn't healthcare -- it feels like neglect, plain and simple. When my sister-in-law tried to speak up and tell the hospital's social worker that she feared for her son's safety, she was met with rudeness, interruptions, and complete denial of what was happening. How can someone with that attitude work in a place where vulnerable people are supposed to be cared for? It is so discouraging and infuriating. All we want is for my nephew to be safe, respected, and treated like a human being. Instead, we're praying every day that my sister-in-law and brother can get him out of there as soon as possible. It genuinely feels like he's not being helped at all -- just kept there for the insurance money. Seeing that this place has a 2.5-star rating doesn't surprise me anymore. If you or your loved one are ever referred here, please do everything you can to find another facility. No family should ever have to go through this. California healthcare has changed so much since COVID, and sadly, this place is a painful reminder of how far it has fallen.

Things started off well but very soon after starting it was clear they were not accommodating his needs. Instead of trying to work with him and understand him, they only wanted to push him into their rigid program and after making him anxious and upset blamed him when he had a problem. They would not communicate with me, for if they had I could have shed light on how to deal with him and what he needed. They did not care at all. He was shuffled from one worker to another and they made little attempts to get to know him. I begged them to allow me to give them input but they would not have it. After ignoring many of his signals that he was in distress, he finally ended up reacting and became physically aggressive. They then threw him out of the program. That was devastating for him. He asked me every day to take him back. I reached back out to them and asked if he could come back. They agreed that if after a couple months he did not have any aggression he would be allowed back. I worked with his mental health professional and he was doing great so after a couple months I reached out and asked if he could come back. They said that it would be possible but that turned out to be a lie. I made many more calls and sent multiple emails but I was ignored over and over again. They turned a blind eye and never responded. I think they are despicable for this and I would never recommend that anyone send their special needs child or adult there. That is my opinion and I believe it is well deserved. I really believe we don't need this type of help in our community and this branch would be much better with different management. That's just my opinion.
