From day one, the staff made me feel like more than just another appointment on the calendar. They're not just friendly, they're actually happy to see me when I arrive. Every therapist I worked with was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was how clearly they explained my treatment plan. The plan they created for me was a very solid roadmap to recovery, which included exercises that were challenging for my physique, but I noticed very doable as time went on. This showed me that they were able to correctly measure my ability to improve. They genuinely cared about my progress and celebrated every small win with me, which made a difference in staying motivated. If you're looking for a PT team that knows their stuff, treats you like family, and might even make you laugh, I highly recommend this place!

A few sessions in, the pain had eased up a lot, and they gave me stretches to keep up at home that actually made a difference. I've been back a few times since for tune-ups and new issues, and the quality is consistent every visit. They take the time to figure out what's actually going on instead of just treating the sore spot. My mobility is noticeably better than when I started. Highly recommend -- whether you're dealing with pain or just want to move better. Details worth swapping in if you have them: what you originally came in for, roughly how long you've been going, and a practitioner's name. Those make a review land much harder than generic praise.

She made me feel so in control of my body and prepared me for labor and even postpartum.
