And when you are getting your treatment from all of the PT team, they will explain to you what's happening what this is for they watch you do it they don't just walk away and go chat amongst themselves if your form is not correct they will help you do it the right way they are encouraging and they are aware of your pain levels and don't force you to do things that could potentially cause damage I have been to those other types of places and they're a nightmare. I cannot say enough good things about Agape. Oh, did I mention how immaculately clean this place? The restrooms are always so clean. The equipment is spotless. The floors are clean. It's modern and it doesn't look like it's been there since 1972. So many physical therapy places are just filthy and disgusting. Not this one. Oh and if you're in the mood for an ice cream cone after you do your PT there's a Baskin-Robbins right next-door just saying.

They accept Medicare and were able to schedule me for the initial consultation with no delays or surprises. Scheduling was easy with phone, email, text reminders for every visit. My physical therapist is Shannon. She is knowledgeable, professional, and I never feel rushed. She designed a routine specific to my issues and sends an email with all the exercises explained and demonstrated. I have never had a question that went unanswered and most importantly, the regimen I am on is really working!

Fantastic Chiropractor! Let's start off with that…read more I had severe back/sciatica pain, which actually led me to passing out at an urgent care which ultimately led me to be hospitalized for six days. I was given very powerful pain meds (morphine, norco) which offered minimal help at the time, and steriods, which also offered minimal help. I was on Dexamethasone, and Gabapentin, Methocarbamol and Lidocaine patches. The MRI and CAT scan revealed that I had lumbar disc protusions L4-L5 and L5-S1. I attemped PT/OT at the hospital but was too much in pain, I was given a brace, and a walker, and could barely walk, let alone stand for few minutes before the pain would activate and cause severe level 8/10 pain. I knew I needed real help after leaving the hospital, so I searched and searched and found pro performance local, and with tons of positive reviews! I was able to get seen within a day with pro performance movement, and started with a treatment plan. The first day consisted of a massage, with CBD cream which provided so much relief at the time, and now that time has went by, I've been receiving chiro, shockwave, laser and spinal decompression therapy. I can now ambulate, walk and drive myself. I have been seen by Dr. Andrew, Dr. Dean and Jonathan, all of which are fantastic. Scheduling is easy, can be done in person or through the web. If you're looking for a chiropractor in Rancho Cucamonga, that offers services beyond typical adjustments, pro performance movement is the place.

I took my daughter here awhile back for an OT assessment. I share the same feedback as most…read morereviewers, here, that the assessment consisted of the OT asking questions - what a joke and what a waste of time. I conduct assessments for individuals with ASD, as well, and I am pretty confident that how they conduct the assessments is clinically (and possibly ethically) inappropriate. I never got a copy of the report and when I got the authorization to start services, they pretty much stopped answering my calls. This leaves me the impression that they are working the insurance system to make money off the assessments with no intention to actually start services for individuals who need it desperately. Why are you doing assessments if you cannot start services?! So unethical!
