And when you are getting your treatment from all of the PT team, they will explain to you what's happening what this is for they watch you do it they don't just walk away and go chat amongst themselves if your form is not correct they will help you do it the right way they are encouraging and they are aware of your pain levels and don't force you to do things that could potentially cause damage I have been to those other types of places and they're a nightmare. I cannot say enough good things about Agape. Oh, did I mention how immaculately clean this place? The restrooms are always so clean. The equipment is spotless. The floors are clean. It's modern and it doesn't look like it's been there since 1972. So many physical therapy places are just filthy and disgusting. Not this one. Oh and if you're in the mood for an ice cream cone after you do your PT there's a Baskin-Robbins right next-door just saying.

They accept Medicare and were able to schedule me for the initial consultation with no delays or surprises. Scheduling was easy with phone, email, text reminders for every visit. My physical therapist is Shannon. She is knowledgeable, professional, and I never feel rushed. She designed a routine specific to my issues and sends an email with all the exercises explained and demonstrated. I have never had a question that went unanswered and most importantly, the regimen I am on is really working!

I've been coming to Pro Performance Movement for about a year now, and it keeps being the right…read morecall. I first came in with lower back tightness that was making desk work miserable. A few sessions in, the pain had eased up a lot, and they gave me stretches to keep up at home that actually made a difference. I've been back a few times since for tune-ups and new issues, and the quality is consistent every visit. They take the time to figure out what's actually going on instead of just treating the sore spot. My mobility is noticeably better than when I started. Highly recommend -- whether you're dealing with pain or just want to move better. Details worth swapping in if you have them: what you originally came in for, roughly how long you've been going, and a practitioner's name. Those make a review land much harder than generic praise.

Fantastic Chiropractor! Let's start off with that…read more I had severe back/sciatica pain, which actually led me to passing out at an urgent care which ultimately led me to be hospitalized for six days. I was given very powerful pain meds (morphine, norco) which offered minimal help at the time, and steriods, which also offered minimal help. I was on Dexamethasone, and Gabapentin, Methocarbamol and Lidocaine patches. The MRI and CAT scan revealed that I had lumbar disc protusions L4-L5 and L5-S1. I attemped PT/OT at the hospital but was too much in pain, I was given a brace, and a walker, and could barely walk, let alone stand for few minutes before the pain would activate and cause severe level 8/10 pain. I knew I needed real help after leaving the hospital, so I searched and searched and found pro performance local, and with tons of positive reviews! I was able to get seen within a day with pro performance movement, and started with a treatment plan. The first day consisted of a massage, with CBD cream which provided so much relief at the time, and now that time has went by, I've been receiving chiro, shockwave, laser and spinal decompression therapy. I can now ambulate, walk and drive myself. I have been seen by Dr. Andrew, Dr. Dean and Jonathan, all of which are fantastic. Scheduling is easy, can be done in person or through the web. If you're looking for a chiropractor in Rancho Cucamonga, that offers services beyond typical adjustments, pro performance movement is the place.

" You do not need to prove how difficult your child's autism is to receive support or compassion "…read more. My 4yr old son was receiving OT therapy by the therapist Maria Reyes Ariaza. Maria showed no interest in the feeding therapy sessions with my son. Each session it was just her & my son quietly just staring at the plate of foods I have brought in & her just saying " you have to eat " or " eat the food " that was all no technique/ strategies being used what so ever. I was observing every single time we had therapy sessions with her on hopes it would improve but each time it was the exact same very awkward no interest at all to teaching my son new strategies during the sessions I told her my goals how we want our son to have happier feelings during meal time, even during brushing his teeth she just put the photo of the steps in front of him & said " these are the steps " that was all... my son is 4yrs old he can't read it's her job to read each step to my son during the session to remind him of his task. Even after I mentioned I use many strategies at home every day, her lack of interest continued I drove every Wednesdays over an hour to Horizon Therapy on hopes to come back home with a new strategy to use with my son but since she felt like he didn't need the strategies she didn't need to use them because he wasn't as bad as other children on the spectrum during his time with her she told me herself. I should not have to every therapy session mention how bad my son's autism really is for her to do her job & try strategies. I tried to talk to her about doing new strategies with my son during the sessions but instead of working together with a plan she tells me with an attitude " you can alway switch therapist " I still came to her in a calm tone & as she's walking away she says " I have to get ready for my next patient " even though she didn't fully do the task with her current patient which was my son during his time, she did not care at all to talk to me or create a plan for our next session so i decided to remove my son from getting therapy's by her. She also has made a lot of assumption comments before asking questions during our sessions with her like regarding how i am at home with my son etc but her last comment which was on August 5th I did not appreciate as we're done changing my sons clothes walking out of the small therapy room she says to my 4yr old autistic son " you need to use the toilet bud " In a attitude tone. NOT once did she ask me hey mom how's the potty training going... as a parent with a child on the spectrum I know a lot of parents can relate that potty training is one of the most difficult & sensitive topics to talk about. She should not be making those comments especially at the job she has. If she would have liked to speak about it she should have asked me the parent or give tips to the parents. Maria doesn't care about her patients this isn't the right job for her. We have waited SOOOOO LONG for my son to start receiving OT & now he's back to a waiting list. I work so hard at home to help my son with the difficulties he goes through so it saddens us very much that this was our first experience with OT therapy, the therapist & with HORIZON THERAPY SERVICES. I hope Kate looks into this more for the future children & current children who get services here especially those who are alone without a guardian.
