Horrible service made an appointment 3 weeks prior. The day of, they tell us they don't take our insurance. Mind you the insurance gave us the facility name. Here we are now left to find another place and wait another 3 -6weeks. Very irresponsible and careless of patients that are in pain and waiting to get help. read more

This place has the personality of a cardboard box and the energy to match. You can stop going after your first visit if you want, you will just do the same thing. Great friendly staff, started my PT for my Cervical & Lumbar Spine this last week. Had a great first visit and some light stretches and got ice packs for comfort to my neck and back. Months after my daughter was struck in a crosswalk by a speeding vehicle whose driver ran the red light, she was referred to Rancho Physical Therapy. After reading the dated reviews, she and I did not know what to expect. The first appointment (and all subsequent ones) went very well. Both of the office workers were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I had an opportunity to briefly observe my daughter's therapy, and the therapists were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The indoor faculty itself is clean and contains many fitness machines and devices. My daughter has been very pleased with the therapy, and it has made a positive difference in her recovery. There are also several posted signs throughout the facility regarding rules and reminders about the services. We have yet had a chance to read them all. We would certainly recommend Rancho Physical Therapy to others. read more

Loved this place. From my initial setup on the phone w/ office staff, to my assessment with Dr. Gates. They take care of you. A few of the PT Assistants have become like friends. They're personable, care about your progress and success, and will talk with you about all your interests while you're there. Don't pay any mind to what the bad ratings are saying. I've been there when it's almost packed with other patients, and everyone seemed to be satisfied with the care they were receiving. Hard to find good help and care in the medical world (of all places, right?). read more

Website states, under wellness programs, that they offer VO2max testing. I called the clinic to confirm this and was told they do not. The girl on the phone stated that she doesn't see where it says this on the website. Just a note for anyone else looking for this kind of testing. This is not the place, apparently. Came here with my brother for his Physical Therapy session for his Arthroscopic hip surgery. Just from the outside visual and feel does not look very inviting. As suspected this is more of high volume workers comp type of physical therapy then a sports injury type. Each one serves its purpose but fhe initial not free consultation and session was very bland. Bland as in all the info could of been gotten with a quick google search. Needles to say he was not going back as I took him to another sports injury specialist. That review is coming up later on a separate page. If your dropping your own money avoid this and move on. read more

I just finished my 6th. therapy session & Blaire was the therapist that I got to have for my main therapist & she is such a joyful, hard-working lady & I'm so glad I got to have her guidence & on hands therapy. Her whole team is just so good & kind at their jobs like her!! First, I'll recognize the 2 office staff at the front desk-Dora & Salena & both are always so helpful & so, so nice to their clients. They greet you with a smile & get you back for therapy asap!! Good job!! Second, I want to thank all the therapy staff who work under Blair & Tara; First of all, Denise, who could do the job of a therapist pretty darn great & is such a warm & good person & Tera who is in constant motion helping her clients & always singing!! Then all the other therapy staff - Nick(so wonderful), Nelson(so funny), Kendall(very sweet) & last Abraham(who is learning from the Best Team & he fits right in, good for you)!! This whole team is the best I've ever seen for taking great care of their clients after surgerys & accidents & I was one who was so grateful & appreciated everyones help & hard work. Staff at front desk are very rude, tried to tell about leak in bathroom a potential hazard to fall for us that are not stable on our feet. My therapist seemed to understand my issues wand concern for my back, hope she help. But the staff need to be retrained on customer service and when a customer let's them know of hazard they need to take care of issue, don't blow of the customer like Yeilin. read more

The PT's are decent, but the one star is for the front office ladies. When you walk in, they don't smile, they don't say hi, they don't even look at you. They stare into their computer monitors and say "last name?". The only time they have a personality are when they're gossiping with the other staff, loud enough for the clients to hear. It is weird reading the bad reviews, I have never had any problems with any of the people that work there, from the front desk to the Physical Therapist Assistants to the Physical therapist themselves. I come in, I am greeted with a "Hello" I sign in, they call back and tell Jennifer I am here and I go back when she comes and gets me! Jennifer, Fabiola, Bridgette, Kim and Edwin and all of the Physical therapist assistants seem to be a really great team, they have all worked together to come up with new beneficial challenging exercises. And they ALL watch to make sure I am doing what I am suppose to. The assistants get me all my stuff ready for me and help me out when I need it. The place even has sports themed rooms, they are however lacking a USC themed room, which would be a great improvement for them. Overall a great experience and I would go back. read more

Once very good, now not so much. At one time this was one of the better places to go for Physical Therapy. Their pool was wonderful for Aqua-therapy. Now it has new top management; most of the excellent staff has moved on; it's not as clean a facility (Pool and Workout areas) as they once were; and they are not as accommodating to their clients as they were under the previous management. Unless you absolutely need a Therapy Pool and this is facility is close to your home, I would recommend that you choose another Physical Therapy location. read more

Everyone I've worked with at Rancho PT has been awesome. The front office greets me with a smile and always makes sure my next appointment is scheduled before I leave. Kim has gone above and beyond to find exercises that meet my therapy needs and allow me to perform exercises at home without any special equipment. My therapy at Rancho PT has felt like it was personalized for me (not just the standard protocol) and has allowed me to recover. PT is a personal process and a lot of hard work so having people that care about your outcome helps to make recovery successful. Rancho PT is that place! read more

Being a physical therapy virgin since my injured left side, I been having a lot of experience with this place! I am a yelper, so I looked on here to see if there were any info since there wasn't- I decided to find some! In short, The place is clean and Although, the physical therapy aides are pretty distracted socializing with each other, the Physical Therapists are nice and listen to you. Its just young staff, I think. Its the same thing in the front when you go check in or make an appt. The 2 young girls, one with super painted nails always eating cereal seems rude and the other one, Michelle, I think is her name looks very annoyed. I wish being in the front and the face of a business they would smile once in a while. The aides just aren't attentive, keep talking to each other- So frustrating. There was a young girl named Danielle that worked there, now she was good, the only one that took her time and made sure you understood properly and watched you so no further injuries happens! One star is for the cleanliness and the other star is for the physical therpists- Edwin, Pedro! Also, the old lady from the front that sits in a hidden spot sometimes makes your appt. is really nice and sharp! read more

This place is a joke. The receptionists(they have more than one) are rude and never have any information needed when talking to them. They schedule appointments and then cancel them after already getting doctors approval. Evelyn is the receptionist I spoke with today & she was rude & uninformative as to why my appointments were cancelled. Definitely will be looking for a new place to do physical therapy. read more

I had an appointment today at 1500 and I walked in at 1450. Upon showing up my appointment was cancelled due to being late "Are you being serious?" On top that personnel was rude, no eye contact when talking to them as they just stare at the computer, not even greeting. I wonder how would be the therapy if they are so unprofessional right of the bat. read more

Rancho physical therapy team each and everyone of you go above and beyond you all really come about the individuals that came through your front doors including the very first phone call and setting up appointments thank you for the wonderful care you all gave me. I yet have one negative thing to say about this medical facility . I want to praise everyone in the office but I'll be typing away and writing a book . Every one in the office is wonderful and caring . As someone who works in the medical filed I tip my hat you all the customer service you guys give . Especially Jo he really works with you and gives you insight on your progress even at a student level very professional and insightful . He is really going to be a good physical therapist.
