HORRIBLE ! I recently just bought this really cool 8 crystal chakra ring from "EARTHS ELEMENTS" down in Encinitas. Although the ring looks amazing and extravagant there customer service is SHIT ! first of all the young lady that was the cashier at the time before purchase told me if any of the crystals should have came out that they would gladly replace no charge ! A day later the gem fell out ???? I went back in and told them about what happen but they said they could not help me and that I should go to a Michaels and try to replace it myself after I told them what the previous cashier insured me it was replaceable, I spent over 150 dollars on the ring and left my information my second visitthey never called back , so I called again and the same lady that sold me the ring acted as if she never saw me knew who I was or sold me any merchandise , even said that they don't even have a ring In stock that matches my description??? I say all of that to say "DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE" they don't care , they couldn't even offer me a refund even though I didn't even want a refund I really liked the ring I just wanted them to replace the faulty gem read more

I love this place so much! It's one of my favorite places in San Diego :) The vibes are really calm and welcoming, and everyone who works here is so sweet and knowledgeable. There's a huge array of crystals and stones and a lot of other spiritual things (my favorite are the candles!!). There's a lot of things from Nepalese culture and its really interesting to come and check out all the different things they offer. I had such a wonderful experience in this store! The owner Hem Rai is very warm and friendly and we developed a very nice connection...in fact he will be selling my Blue Bottle Love water bottles there very soon!! It is the ideal location in Encinitas for these bottles as all the other items in the store are super high vibration. There was a beautiful very large Labradorite Heart that actually called me into the store. It had to come home with me!! Definitely make a visit to this store and check everything out! We were visiting Encinitias & found this amazing gallery filled with one of a kind furntiure of reclaimed wood from Bali & Thailand, unique fine art and jewelry from local artists as well as Nepal. The owner Hem Rai is from Nepal and was extremely helpful and you could tell this gallery is really from the heart. This is my favorite "crystal" shop. The staff is so nice and helpful and always willing to take the time to educate you on what the crystal means. I love going in and finding the perfect stone and picking up a cute pair of earrings or a bracelet on my way out. They have an array of items and they already come with positive energy infused because that's the culture they have cultivated once you've entered the shop. Oh and make sure to grab a crystal card that matches the stone you've picked on your way out, they are free and help to remind you of the properties the crystal possesses. read more
