Line almost out the door Why? 3 windows open and all backed up because people are conducting business transactions, haggling on pricing/discounts. On 12/20/25 I was in line for an HOUR waiting to pay for my items! Then after retailers completed their transactions the line started moving, but by that time several patrons became frustrated put their items down a walked out! You have to remember there's also elderly that come into you store, no seating or assistance is provided to them. There should be a window for business transactions ONLY!

I picked up a sample of their face soap which comes in a small cloth pouch with shavings of the soap. They also had Seed face oil samples. I asked the shop clerk how to use. She explained that it goes on before moisturizer. I asked her about the Jao brand. Turns out it's a family business. If I recall correctly its her mom's friend and father was a pharmacist. They developed the Jao brand themselves. My purchases included a handcreme with another brand name and this is by another member of the family. Support local businesses! Shop Small!

These employees have accidentally given me my brothers medication before and him mine (hippa violation much). In recent days they lost a prescription of mine and were beyond inconsiderate over the phone. I abruptly ended a call stating I would wait for Eva who is always kind. I was called back and told they would give me a courtesy refill only to be interrupted when saying thank you by "if you're so grateful leave a review." So here is what you asked for :) Do not come here unless you can interact with Eva, the other pharmacists commit HIPPA violations, are rude and do not care about the customers.

They have 80% alcohol, which is much higher than your standard sanitizers here in the United States. She offers so many different scents that by the time you smell them all, they kind of blend into one, but I love the variety and I particularly loved the tobacco smelling one (I'm a big tobacco scent fan) and the rainforest. She offers 5 packs with different scents which is nice, or bigger bottles of just 1. She also offers a ton of hand creams. This is a fairly new business and I'm excited to see them!
