I have not been happy with my 'regular' auto dealer ( Earnhardt Cadillac) and decided it was time for a change. I stopped in at Earnhardt Chevrolet in Queen Creek Monday, and as I exited my car, a salesman met me and asked what he could help me with. His name is Sam, and what a Sam he is! He helped me find a new car ( 2026 Chevy Blazer RS, LOADED) and by Saturday we were driving it home. If that was the whole story, it would not have been much of a big deal, but EVERYONE at the dealership really went above board to make us feel like valued customers! One of the managers called me at night to help is close the deal, then he introduced my wife to our new service advisor so she felt comfortable when she comes in for service. Lack of service is the main reason we are no longer driving a Cadillac. My 2025 XT5 was in for service 4 times and the techs could never fix it. ( Ive had 4 Cadillacs since 2010, so I know how they should run) When my wife picked up our paperwork, the finance person ( Chase) gave us a very nice gift bag! Totally unexpected. We are not new to buying cars, but this was a totally new experience. NEW REVIEW FEB 13, 2026- My wife surprised ME with a new Blazer for my birthday. Long story short, Earnhardt gave us a great deal on ANOTHER. blazer, so now we are a two Blazer house hold. Mine is a car to drive to work, and in the first two days of mostly urban driving it's getting 30MPG! I did not expect that, and am very pleased. Our salesman Sam Rabata has contacted us several times to make sure that everything is ok. What a great dealership! NEW MAY 2026 REVIEW!! I loved the Blazer that Ruby bought me....but I'm kind of a 'bling' guy. So when I saw that Earnhardt had a very nice 'used RS' just on their lot, I jumped at it! Of course Geronimo was happy to have my business. He and Ezra always are happy to see me. Three Blazers in 6 months I wonder why they are so friendly hahaha Anyway, after a little horse trading, I traded the Blazer 2LT ( base line) for a gently used 2023 RS. It is LOADED! It looks, drives, handles better than a caddy XT5, ( I should know, Ive had 2!) and the Chevy dealer seems happy to have my business, instead of hiding when I come in. I would like to share my recent experience with Earnhardt Chevrolet Queen Creek after bringing in my 2025 Chevrolet Trax, which has approximately 10,000 miles, for an oil change and warranty concerns regarding bubbling door handle trim on both the driver and passenger sides. My experience began the moment I arrived. The first employee to greet me was Russ, whose initial comment to me was, "We don't service vehicles that are owned by women." He then laughed and stated that he was joking. Regardless of intent, I found the comment inappropriate, unprofessional, and not something I would expect to hear from a dealership representative. After checking in with my service advisor, Amado, I was instructed to wait for the shuttle service to take me home, which is only about three miles away. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver was reportedly out getting donuts, and no one could provide an estimated return time. I was the only woman waiting among several other customers, and after approximately 25 minutes, I had to ask whether there were any alternative transportation options because I needed to begin work at 8:00 a.m. I explained that my family has been loyal Earnhardt customers for many years. My sister-in-law has worked for the Earnhardt Business Office for 28 years, and our family has purchased more than 10 vehicles from Earnhardt dealerships over the last 20 years. To his credit, Amado arranged for another employee, Joe, to drive me home in a dealership vehicle. Joe was polite, professional, and ultimately the only employee who made a positive impression during this experience. What should have been a routine oil change turned into an overnight service appointment. Despite dropping off my vehicle at 7:00 a.m., I was informed that a technician was unable to complete the oil change that day. I was contacted the following day and told my vehicle was finally ready around 11:00 a.m. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the instrument cluster display had been turned off. After turning it back on, I discovered that the check engine light was illuminated. I turned around and brought the vehicle back to the service department immediately. The fact that a vehicle was released to a customer with an active check engine light indicates a complete lack of quality control following the service. Amado took the vehicle back for inspection and informed me that a sensor had apparently been impacted during service. A temporary repair was performed, and I was told the sensor would be replaced when the GM-approved door panel replacement parts arrive. Unfortunately, those parts are currently on backorder with no estimated delivery date. To make matters worse, when I got back into my vehicle, there was a strong gasoline odor inside the cabin that was concerning enough to make me question whether additional damage had occurred. I later discovered that the technician had entered my vehicle with oil-covered hands and left black oily residue on multiple driver-side interior surfaces. Overall, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism, poor communication, inadequate quality control, and disregard for customer property. Between the inappropriate comment upon arrival, transportation issues, delayed service, releasing a vehicle with a check engine light, and returning my vehicle with oil residue throughout the interior, I am extremely disappointed. Called four times spread apart by a hour or two each time trying to get someone in service so I could verify that my next day's appointment would have a recall inspection included (because you cannot verify that online), and couldn't get anyone to answer in service. I routed my last call over to the operator, explained what I was trying to accomplish, and got transferred to a voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous you can't get anyone on the phone. had a oil change on Friday, whe I picked ip my car my oil sensor was not reset and the tire pressure was not checked properl. I had a coupon for the oil change, and stated it for many quarts of oil and would not honor it. When I got my car back to my residence and it appears to run rougher then after this dealership touched it, they used to have good service at there chandler location. And purchased two cars from them, after this service I'm at the point of taking my business elsewhere. These guys are literally around the corner from my house. As a lifelong gear head and many time sports car owner including a Corvette, I became interested in a C8 Corvette. I went in and talked to Dre (now gone, fortunately for him I'm sure). Great dude. Knew what I would order but wasn't ready to commit. Slept on it for about a month. Decided it was time to get serious, and wanted to drive one. Went and was greeted by a salesperson. Explained the situation and said I'd like to see about test driving a Stingray, and was immediately rebuffed. I walked away, figuring I had been judged. They had a few dealer stock cars, not customer orders. It bugged me, so I called the manager. According to him, this is their policy. Not just this dealer, but the entire Earnhardt network. WTF? I asked if he really expected people to order an $85k car without driving one first, and the answer was basically 'yes'. He said all the Vettes they sold were orders or undriven stock, which is absolutely untrue as they've had a couple in their showroom for at least a month including an E-Ray. Ya know what? You aren't Porsche, and that's exactly why I'd rather have a Chevy, so stop acting like you are Porsche. You just look silly. I called AutoNation and was immediately able to set up an appointment to drive a Stingray. That is where I'll be buying, I'll take my 50k down and 860 credit score and give them my business. Dishonest dealership. Do not be deceived by the response this dealership made to my review. They have had MONTHS to make this right and refuse to. They sold me a car that I had to replace all of the tires immediately after telling me that the car pasted inspection to sell and that the tires had to have 3/4 tread on them. Shocker they lied. After I wrote a review on Google the manger played a game with me saying he was going to give me money back on my purchase - but then said he didn't like my attitude so he didn't. Oh poor me no money back if I don't play kiss your a**. I've asked for the inspection test with no response and GMC Corporate has asked for the inspection text for months with no response. And it looks like they have worked overtime to hide my review on Google. You might think you've won this Jason Gourd - but karma knows better. Enjoy yours! Don't be fooled by the state made by management in response to this review. They have had multiple chances to make this right and simply choose not to. Jason Gourd has refused to give me and GMC corporate the inspection test on this car. He offered to give me money back which to me seems to clearly be a confession that they knew what they were doing and in the wrong but in the end his ego is the only thing that won in this situation as he didn't like my attitude to sticking up for myself for being lied to and deceived. So It stands that -- This is a dishonest dealership. How they have this many positive reviews, I question if the reviews are legit. The only reason I purchased from them is because the car I wanted was not easy to find and they had the only one in this condition on this side of the country. I spent two stressful days battling them left and right trying not to be taken advantage of on every level because I was a female buying a car (thank god I had a broker helping me). Yet imagine my surprise when not even two weeks later I get a flat on the freeway on a roadtrip and I am told the reality is that all the car tires need to be replaced ASAP. Shocker that I believed a used car sales guy, right? I also was given only one key with the car that looked like it was used as a dog chew toy. Who thinks to ask if the car comes with two keys - I didn't, so please remember to ask when you are buying a used car from a dealership. When I was given over to a manager of the dealership to try fix the key situation - his first words to me were that they didn't own me anything. So the dealership does not want to make good on this. They only want to make money which is what another manager at the dealership said to me and if they gave me another key they would not be. Any reputable dealership would make sure you have two keys that come with the car. They tried to sell me Gap insurance for $1200 and when I refused multiple times they finally in the end sold it to me for $500 which was less than what my financier could sell it to me for. So do not take the $1200 offer for Gap insurance! Fight them until the end. And the after warranty - They offered me $3500 for three years and of course they were giving me such a top of the line after warranty deal. (LOL right, again a lie from Jason). Thank you to my bank that told me to buy the after warrantee and immediately cancel it. They ended up selling me one that was for half the price and double the time and mileage. Do the same! I hope this review saves even one person out there. I truly hope this dealership didn't make one dollar on selling this used car. The amount of pressure that came from the finance department after I had already said no to all their add ons was such a fight, it was just a two day horrible, miserable experience. Yesterday, May 23, 2025, my husband and son took the 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer to have the One Armor service and an Oil Change completed at the Queen Creek location. I can say my husband was so impressed that he asked me to leave this glowing review to express our appreciation. They arrived at Earnhardt Chevrolet Service Center at roughly 9:10am, where they met Ryan Maple, Service Advisor. The car was checked in at 9:24am. Because of the previous debacle, Jason has offered that we receive a 'loaner' vehicle while our car was having the 4 hour service completed. Ryan was very helpful and took care of everything very professionally and politely. The vehicle was done at 1:53pm. We had an easy task requested by this place, an oil change. Simple task. We drive home and next day our driveway had oil leak. We took it back and requested for it to be done. Department says task was done/complete and we get back home and still an oil leak!!! They pick up vehicle and done the service again. TL;DR I got my 2017 Corolla from here although they weren't the best. I initially intended to just look at a used Corolla they had that I found online. I went there and was immediately greeted by the sales men standing in front of the dealership. They also had a petting zoo which I guess was cool? Although that really didn't increase the chance of me buying from them. I mean honestly, I still don't know why there was a petting zoo there. But I guess it's just a gimmick. Speaking of gimmicks... they got me test driving the vehicle (ran great but had a few cosmetic issues that was enough reason for me to check out a different Corolla at another dealership) and then the negotiations happened. A lot of this number and that number but I was looking for the ultimate "total" number. I knew what I wanted in terms of the car but I also came prepared with a pre-approved loan so I knew what I can afford and at what interest rate. The Corolla was in that ball park. So it still surprised me that they offered their own financing to get me to see that I would be paying a "low" monthly payment. That low monthly payment is really a loan with an interest rate higher than what I already got pre-approved with a longer payment period. They also were "required" to add OneArmor and this security thing to the total which I did not want at all. I asked if they can just remove it so I can get the car for less but they said they can't. Few more negotiations but I put my foot down since I had another scheduled viewing to go to. They asked what it would take for me to buy the car right there and then: I told them that I want the car for a reasonable total price and without the unnecessary extras and for the scratches/dents to be fixed. They agreed to the price, promised me that they would fix the scratches, and still included the extras (without the up-charge). I SIGNED THE DEAL! Fast forward to a month and I go back to the dealership to get the scratches and dents fixed but they said they need an IOU for them to fix it. I wasn't given one. Sure, I think I got a good deal. I just wish that all of that non-sense dealership gimmicks didn't have to happen. read more

So have been going here for a while because on Ryan who instill confidence in me after the experience I had at Auto Nation. I call today to change my appoint and am told this person no longer works there which happens. When he asked if he could help I advised not sure if I felt confident enough to deal with anyone else. Instaed of asking or reassuring a customer, by the way this is call connecting with the costumer, he offered right away to cancel my appointment. Boy did the Earnhardt team go far and beyond! I bought a used vehicle and love the car but a little over 30 days after purchase the check engine light came on. I went back thinking I would have to plead to have them figure out the problem and charge me an arm and a leg to do the work. Instead I was met by Scott in sales that right away took it to service to get checked out and gave me a loaner to use in the meantime. The great technicians Guillermo and AJ that diligently worked out the issues and a few extras on top of that. They were in communication with me the whole way through. "Update" the original GM related issues was finally fixed (three weeks) yes however, you dealership created other issues that are not resolved and nobody would call me back so I just drove to your body shop 30 minutes away where you took my truck and got it back. I'll fix the other issues myself, I shouldn't have to but it is what it is. Maybe the owner needs to get a little more involved in fixing issues and not just post replies to low scores with nonsense comments. read more

For car service, BEST PLACE TO GO. Francisco is our go to guy! His customer service is amazing and we never go wrong. For buying a car, usually it's not as stressing. But it got done. I traded my 2020 Malibu for a 2022 Blazer. The car sales man wasn't as ready to make a deal. I had my mind set on the blazer. They only had 3 options, and no 4x4's , but 1 blazer with a premium package. The dealer was trying to sell me a basic blazer with no automatic start or any safety features as I had requested. For the same price as the premium blazer they had. Since they didn't want to sell me the premium blazer they tried to sell me 4 random used vehicles about $43k each for the same price as the new blazers. They came up with some excuse to not sell the new vehicle but to give me a used one. I felt uncomfortable most of the process. But I'm super happy with my car. Maybe I'll just stick to Midway from now on for cars. read more

This was a horrible experience. I got completely ripped off. They had our car nearly 2 weeks. They kept telling me things were wrong with our radio that weren't wrong. There were 3 possible reasons that could have been the issue that needed fixed. Of course they fixed the actual problem after fixing the other 2 things that didn't need fixed, starting with the most expensive thing. They purposefully did this to keep charging us more and more money and time. I'm furious and extremely dissatisfied with the situation. Don't go here! My 2021 silverado has several issues and when I called to get it in for service the person I spoke to said we can get it in next week. That is a week from now and she that is the best we can do. I said I bought the truck there and she said next week we can look at it. Very disappointed and I can see why the rating is a 2. Do something about your service department read the reviews. Very disappointed in service advisor needs better customer service on talking to customers and learn about the cars and the special offers I got in the mail and showed him the discount and when he told me to go to cashier he was the cashier and tried to charge me full price and he had the card I gave him for the discount. Just had the most frustrating and disappointing experience with service. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We purchased a 2022 Chevy Tahoe at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale in December. The vehicle does have towing capacity. It comes ready to put a trailer hitch on and the only thing it was missing was the system that will control the trailer brakes. We ordered the part on the Chevrolet accessories website and selected Earnhardt Chevrolet as the dealer for installation because unfortunately Van Chevrolet was not an option at check out. The part was delivered the Earnhardt Chevrolet and I spoke to someone in the parts department who told me they needed to coordinate with the service department to get the part installed. Someone from service called and asked for the vin and vehicle details. They also asked for my availability to take the vehicle in. They stated they would call back when they had an appointment for us. Well I didn't hear back for a week. I called back and service had no idea what I was talking about. I was transferred to parts and the guy there said to pick up our part. I informed him we had selected dealer install on the Chevy website and paid an install fee. He stated he would look into the matter and call us back. After not hearing back for 2 days, I called again and spoke to the service manager Doug. I thought he had figured everything out. He asked that we drop the vehicle off Wednesday morning at 7 am which was today, and that we would get a shuttle ride back home. No additional cost was mentioned at the time. We are a family of three. My husband, our 9 month old and myself. I am also currently 4 months pregnant so we figured it was easier for my husband to take the vehicle and then ride the shuttle back home while I stayed home with the baby. My husband told work he would be a little late to get this done. My husband was at the dealer at 6:30 am. At 7 am they spoke with him and told him the install would only take and hour to an hour and half at the most so my husband decided to wait. After being there for an hour and half a tech comes to my husband and tells him it will be an additional $175 and they hadn't even began to install the part yet. To say that we were upset is an understatement. My husband is an independent contractor so anytime that he is not working he is losing money. We are a single income household so by wasting our time at the dealer it also means less money for our family. And on top of that we were being hit with a charge we did not expect. I called immediately to speak to the service manager Doug. He didn't help at all. He didn't apologize or take any responsibility or accountability for the issues we had. He claimed the part was third party and that our vehicle didn't come with the proper wiring. Which, In my opinion, are not our issues. This is a brand new vehicle we purchased directly from Chevrolet and the part, whether it is manufactured by Chevy or not, was purchased on the Chevrolet website. As the consumer we went through all the proper channels to get a part installed on our vehicle the correct way but we were failed. Either by Chevrolet or by this dealer or by both. It sounds to me like there is a lack of training and a lack of communication between the service techs and management. My husband ended up asking for the part and the vehicle and after 2 hours there, left with the part NOT installed. To make matters worse he had to go back to the dealer and pick up a piece of the kit they didn't put back in the box. Terrible terrible experience and total waste of our time. One of the worst dealerships I have ever done business with. They sold me a Jeep that is a straight lemon I have put so much money into this car it is ridiculous. The lady that sold me the car told me that in 1 year I could trade the jeep in.. when I went to do that they said they needed $4,000 in order to do anything... mind you I put $0 down nor did I have a trade in when I got that Jeep.. if you know what's good for you do not waste your time. My Cadiliac that has 12413 miles on it has a recall and I wanted to get a oil change. Made appointment 2 weeks in advance with the details. On the day of my appointment when I arrived early, they had no record of the appointment even showing the service writer the email and four text messages confirming the appointment. Then they notified me that they will need 3 to 5 days for the recall and couldnt guarantee that it would be fixed. It is obvious that this dealership is mismanaged and shouldnt even be allowed to handle GM repairs. Go somewhere else you will be better off for it! read more

NEVER LEASE A CAR WITH THIS PLACE! These people are liars with zero accountability. I leased my Tahoe through this location. Right before my lease was up, my battery had died. I called the sales department to see if we needed to fix it before we brought it back and was told to just get it towed there since they cover the service anyway. We followed the tow truck, saw them drop it in the service area, and walked into sales and leasing. We spoke with the sales guy there, made sure the lease was wrapped up and turned in all keys for the car. (HOW ELSE DO YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU'RE DONE WITH YOUR LEASE????) Fast forward to 5 months later, I now have this car listed as REPO on my credit report (!!!!) which dropped my credit score over 100 points because these idiots FORGOT TO MARK that their car was indeed ON THE LOT AND TURNED IN for MONTHS!!!!!! So this sales person- to save his own job and cover his idiotic mistake- marked it as missing and repo'd months later. WE HAVE THE TEXT RECEIPTS AND TOW TRUCK RECEIPT OF THE DAY IT CAME IN. Now the sales person claims he doesn't even remember this day and actively fights GM corporate, who is trying to fix it for us, while we suffer every day from this mistake he made. No help from management or anyone else. Absolutely terrible letting someone take advantage of good people who do the right thing. This is still unresolved with no shred of help as this idiot sales person stands by his ridiculous story. EDIT: Jason responded to this review completely lying. There is literally no evidence of anyone ever contacting us about paying for this battery. Also GM financial did not send us a bill- they didn't even get involved until we called them complaining of this sales person Lee's incompetence. Worst experience in service department, we Will never be back. This is the third time airbag light has come on. It was fixed at this location in April so we brought it back. Appointment was Monday morning at 9 am. Service consultant wasn't there so the check in employee said he would give to him. Never heard anything so I called at 4pm to be told it takes 1-2 days to diagnose. Day 2 told they are behind and will take one more day. Day 3 didn't hear anything so called at 2pm. They said it's a different component and it will now cost $1600. On top of that the part is not available for that or the 2nd repair I asked for (broken seat) and they don't have a timeline for part: so after 3 days of my car being there they can't even fix it. To top it all off; they pull my car around and the guy told me he found something better to listed to. Changed my channel to CNN. It is MY car, I had it on patriot channel. Do NOT bring your Chevy to this dealer. They impacted the drain plug on; rounding it off making it near impossible for us to change the oil on it. We got turned away from 2 other shops because they did not want to be responsible for the damage, not to mention they tightened it so tight that I have been leaking oil, and how tight they twisted on the oil filter (waaaay past hand tight, had to buy a special tool to get the thing off!). 10/10 would not recommend. read more

Worse experience with a check engine light. Word of advice, if you need a new battery - you are better off replacing it yourself because they will charge you 1.5 hours worth of labor and their rate is $180/hr. I spoke with multiple service advisors, they do not know how to communicate information to each other. I even bought a new battery myself and drove it to the dealer just to have them charge me $290 total for 1.5 hours of labor for charging out the battery when I could have changed it myself within 20-25 mins. I have a warranty and will probably be taking my car to a different dealership. read more
