Love, love this place. Drinks were all incredible, pizza was fantastic and our server was attentive. The atmosphere here alone makes it worth coming. The place is covered in plants. It feels like a fresh blend of greenery and industrial. The food here is top notch! Order the potatoes with harissa sauce! It's a must! So savory, and the harissa sauce is to die for. We also ordered the pickle dip which was good and only got better the more you ate. Maybe not for you if you're not a pickle lover though. Lastly we ordered the pizza indeed. The roasted poblano and jalapeño added a nice kick without being over the top and the chorizo was delicious Ns flavorful. Can't recommend a visit here enough! read more

Visited 12/21/25. Earl Giles as "Jingle Giles," is simply magical. The decor is perfection and goes so well with the restaurant itself. The lot had plenty of space on this day, usually when I go at night I have to scrounge for a spot. Service was great throughout with our waitress being really accommodating and kind. The holiday drinks were super fun and had a lot of variety which was perfect for our group. I got the red nose drink (ended up tasting like an adult Shirley temple of sorts which I was into), while my sister got the holiday margarita, and my mom got one similar to a Paloma (apologies for not remembering the name)! I got a taste of all and they were all really great options that I would recommend. The harvest salad was the surprise standout of the day. Super flavorful and we loved the blue cheese crumbles on top. Would easily order this again (have to admit it would be hard to decide between this and the Caesar though because they are both really great). Pizza was solid as per usual! My sister and I both lamented the loss of the Mac and cheese pizza but the ones we shared were solid. Loved this little holiday excursion! This is the first time we've actually eaten here and everything was so good! The beef tartare was the best we've had in a long time. We liked the seasonal pizza more than the regular, but both were pretty good. We also tried the artichoke dip as well as two desserts and we are already looking forward to coming back and re-ordering a few of those! Our server was great too- very accommodating. I have a new favorite desert, and it's the Budino. I have never before enjoyed pudding in any form or flavor, but I love this. Super rich, slightly salty, with the perfect amount of crunch, I have been known to order this and only this for pick up when I am craving desert after dinner. If you like Butterfinger candy bars, give this a try. You're welcome. Yes, I also enjoy their pizza and cocktails (and have reviewed them), but this review is basically just for the desert which I did not include in my previous review. Came specifically for the holiday pop up bar. They''re booked and busy, no reservations available practically all month. So I went around 4pm during the week as a walk-in. The only option was seats in the lounge or the bar. Opted for the lounge with couches since it's comfortable, roomy, and a fine alternative to a table for us. I'd come once before and there was a 45 min wait even for the lounge. The seasonal holiday drinks were decent. I had the holiday cosmopolitan which was ok and included cranberry and mint. It was flatter than I expected. Could use some Prosecco to brighten it up and a dash of mint syrup and more citrus since the mint leaves didn't really come through in flavor though they made for a cute mistletoe. The egg nog shot was great and the truffle fries with grated manchego cheese are super delicious. It's beautifully decorated. We went to Earl Giles at 530 pm on a Saturday. We walked in without a reservation and were sat at the bar. I would HIGHLY encourage a reservation if you want to sit somewhere specific/ get in right away during busy times. Food 5/5. We had an old fashioned and dragonfruit drink. They were both very good. I love spice, and this place hit it out of the park. Everything was perfectly balanced, fresh, and spiced well. We had the pickle dip, Doritos, pepperoni pizza, and the smash burger with tots. I have zero complaints! If you're on a date and don't want to get messy, the smash burger isn't your option. It was amazingly delicious and ended up all down my hands. One small note is if you get pizza they come out when they're ready, so not always together with other food. Service 5/5: all of the bartenders were very attentive, friendly, and prompt with service. Ambiance 5/5: we sat at the corner of the bar, so had some extra room and we loved it. This place can get a bit loud, but we were able to hear each other. Do note that the dinning room is made up of high tops, low tops, and couches. If you want something specific make sure to ask for that. Overall we loved this place and will be back. read more

Such a fun holiday spot during the Jingle Giles pop-up! I made a reservation a month in advance to ensure we could enjoy all the holiday decor and menu. My only downside was that we were seated in the upstairs away from all the lights - there were just a few blue string lights and a yule log on the TV. I would suggest that in the future, the reservations should be placed in the main space, and walk-ins be flowed through the back. Good news is, the holiday menu food and drink was fantastic! My husband loved the salted caramel old fashioned, and I loved the N/A lingonberry seltzer. It was sweet, light and delicious - plus very festive! We then shared the Caesar salad - I am obsessed with the bread-y croutons. Finally, we ended with a pepperoni pizza with hot honey, and it was perfectly flavorful and not too floppy. We came around 11 am on Saturday, which is right about when they open. It wasn't busy at all and we got seated quickly. We chose to sit in the lounge area on large couches. They were comfy and the plants and space make a relaxing environment. Their cocktail menu is extensive and impressive! Along with their fantastic NA/Zero Proof drinks!! Very impressive. My drink of choice was the Rabbit Kick. Great color to it, nice flavor from the carrot juice, gin was hardly noticeable, did not taste the vanilla at all, but that's okay it was a good drink. Refreshing. We ordered the house pickles. They are a generous amount so share them. They were very good though and I did bring the rest home with me. We tried this interesting dish Beets that had coconut cream, papaya salad, and fried shallot. The beets were fantastic and the coconut cream so light and fluffy without a sweet taste. The papaya salad added a nice spice to it. Did not care for the fried shallots on top, wasn't sure if it was because of their texture. Maybe they weren't crispy enough or just didn't feel like they added much to the dish, but as overall happy with the beets and brought the rest home for later. We had the Pizza Indeed which I have to say I have tried before and it is incredible! Great flavor, texture, not too greasy. The crust is soft enough to eat though not too soft and doughy. I remember when I first tried it I was nervous about having hot honey on a pizza, well was I shocked when it was so good!! I like this place and would come again!! The holiday pop up bar was a perfect time to visit Earl Giles. It was so festive and the place was hopping. We ordered drinks while we waited for our table, as we went without a reservation. I had the espresso martini and my hubby had the gin and tonic, both very good!! We sat at the bar and the service was subpar. We had some grace as it was very busy but we continued to have to flag down our server. We ordered the pickle dip which was good and the short rib pizza with neither of us cared for. The horseradish mayo overpowered the entire thing and everything was a bit too salty. This place had a fun atmosphere and we can see the draw but unfortunately we won't be back. read more

Jingle Giles is such a fun holiday pop-up and definitely worth checking out if you want full festive immersion. We tried a few of their seasonal cocktails; the Evergreen Collins, Comet & Cupid, and the Spiced Hot Chocolate. Heads up that all of the drinks lean very sweet and the alcohol is pretty light, but they're still fun and fit the theme perfectly. For food, we shared the Caesar salad, truffle fries, and the National Treasure pizza. Everything was super tasty and came out quick. The pizza had great flavor without being overly heavy. Service was one of the highlights. Our server, Gia, was fantastic. She was friendly, quick, and genuinely in the holiday spirit. The whole staff kept the energy upbeat even with how busy it gets. We were lucky enough to get a dinner time reservation after somebody cancelled so keep checking if you aren't able to get your desired time right away! We visited Earl Gilles for my birthday after hearing good things about their pizza, and I have to say, the pizza itself did not disappoint. We arrived on a Thursday at 6:30 PM and were told there would be a 10 minute wait for a table for two. We were fine with that, but ended up waiting 30 minutes. That's understandable during busy hours, but what was frustrating was finding out--from the bartender--that we could've just taken two open spots at the bar. The hostess didn't mention that was even an option, and instead we waited around when we could've been enjoying our night sooner. A simple suggestion from the front of house would have made a big difference. We were intrigued by the French onion dip appetizer listed on the menu, but when we got our physical menus, it wasn't available. There was a pickle dip through which we enjoyed. We also tried the National Treasure and it was absolutely delicious--crispy on the outside, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I love a loaded pizza and this pizza was loaded with pepperoni! It was the highlight of the night. It was my birthday week and our bartender said she could give me a birthday shot to celebrate. That was a nice gesture, but I told her I wasn't currently drinking. Instead, she whipped up an NA French 75 version - let me tell you - one of the best shots I've EVER had! I want that in a drink form - so refreshing! I enjoyed the large open space here. It's a lively atmosphere decorated with tons of dangling ceiling lights and plants. Plenty of tables and even some cozy reading chairs encircling tables. Business varies based on times of the season. There's been times where a large group of us can walk in around five without reservations and get a table without issues. They occasionally host holiday themed events and it's impossible to get a table without a reservation. Their menu is wonderful! They have a huge selection of cocktails and NA drinks for everyone. They also serve appetizers, pizzas and sandwiches. I tried the potatoes with a Quincy Cosmo drink. The potatoes were nice and crispy on the outside but were overpowered by the red harissa sauce. I would've preferred just a drizzle of the sauce but the potatoes were drenched in it. As a table, we shared the Ricks pickle dip. It was a great snack for everyone and the chips were tasty even without the dip. The dip contained dill so that may be a turn off for some. I wasn't impressed with my cocktail but maybe I just made the wrong choice. Either way I still enjoyed my time here. Service was excellent and parking easy and free. read more

Finally made it to this distillery, it's beautiful! They have a huge parking lot and building, one side is the distillery and restaurant, then the otherside is the banquet hall for weddings and parties. We walked in and saw lots of plants and gold lights. We were in awe. They have craft cocktails and full menu with a huge pizza oven on the side. Behind the kitchen you can see the barrels of liquor and distillery. Tours and tasting are available if you sign up online. They had 2 parties in the back and each table sat easily 8 - 10 guests. After work happy hour meeting. Great venue!! Love the ambiance of this place. We only had appetizers and a pizza but they were great. Oysters on the half shell. Chesapeake Crab dip was wonderful. Bread sticks similar to funnel cake done real well. We also had the fish fry which got high praise. Ordered the National Treasure pizza and can recommend highly. Finished off the food with their Churros and one order of Budino. Don't ask, just try it. Beverages included Old Fashioneds, a Carrot juice cocktail, Espresso Martinis and a couple more thrown in. The drink I ordered came with a large ice cube with the name Earl Giles on it. That was cute, but you can imagine how little actual drink there was. Went here on a COLD Friday night. A week prior to going we looked online at reservations and they were booked out a bit but it said that they do still take walk ins. We got there around 7 and were able to get a table right away. It was pretty busy but not packed. It was my first time visiting and I thought it was super cute. All the hanging lights, the plants, the art, loved it. Some of the plants needed some tlc but overall great concept. We ordered a few drinks and food (mostly pizzas). I tried the Pizza Indeed w/out the chorizo. The pizza was good. Love a good BOP. A bit pricey though. For drinks I had the Borealis Hurricane & Blackberry Lavender Sling. The Hurricane was good, I didn't really care for the lavender drink. The waitress was nice, very attentive. Seems like a generally cool place to hangout. We visited for drinks on Valentine's Day I wish I remembered the name of the server who took care of us last night, but she was so friendly and got us anything we needed. All the servers were quite nice and accommodating. I loved the decor and music here too! My favorite drinks were the blackberry and lavender smash as well as the classic mule. The cheese pizza was simple yet delicious. I did not like the crab dip mainly because of the breadsticks. Earl Giles is a STAPLE location for birthdays, celebrations, out of town guest, or a simple happy hour. I have watched them evolve since they opened and they continue to stay relevant. Their cocktails have such unique flavor combinations and there is an option for all palettes. They even have added to their menu with a significant amount of mocktails that are just as decorative and flavorful. I also believe they have some of the best wood fired pizza in the area, making this place a well rounded spot for dinner and a drink. The staff is accommodating and I have had several successful large party reservations! We hit up this cute place for a girls night. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. Plants and lights everywhere. They have a cute sitting area with couches all around but we got seated at high top which was cool. We started off with their version of a hurricane which was so good. After that I tried the lemonade with lavender (I didn't like that as much). They have pizzas and a few handheld plates as well as some apps. I got one of their pizzas which was tasty. Parking is great. They have a huge parking lot which is not super common for this specific area. One thing I would recommend. If you need to go to the rest room and are scared of walking alone.. bring g a buddy it's pretty far and it's not the easiest to find, although they do have some nice art to look at on the way. Perfect place to try some cute cocktails and good food. I do recommend making a reservation (I think that's maybe how you get the couches). My most recent visit was to the Jingle Giles Christmas theme bar, and it was phenomenal. During special events it definitely gets busy, but they take reservations which is helpful. But even without a reservation you can hangout at a community table to stand nearby. Even when it's not the holiday season, EG is a great place for snacks, pizza, and drinks. The Brussel Sprouts were good, charred topped with apples on a cheese sauce. If you like Brussel Sprouts you'll like this. The mushroom pizza was really good. Great mushroom umami and garlic flavors. The crust is fluffy and smoky from the wood fire oven. The Swedish meatballs were spectacular. Meaty and savory. The gravy had nice Christmas elements (hints of cinnamon and cardamom?). I can't see enough good things about Earl Giles. First of all the atmosphere is like no other. There are hundreds of lights hanging from the ceiling, which gives such a beautiful ambience.
