I would stay away from this guy, he failed as a locksmith in my case and he charges ridiculous fees for ridiculous things when he fails to do the job. First thing when he saw the locks were excuses about how hard it will be to pick. So he brought out the air wedges and screw driver. He damaged my door and actually broke the door knob in the process ALSO he was not able to get the door open. I asked him for a plastic card so I can try and open the door. I got the door open. He then proceeds to charge me $70 for, in his own words, "card delivery fee". He did arrive to my house pretty quick. So I would give him 1.5 stars but I'm rounding down to 1 star. read more

I was in need of a key and fobb for my 2015 GMC Terrain I am 75 years old and know nothing about cars. two of the three buttons were off the Fobb. needless to say, I had to open the car foot with the key, then the car alarm would go off. now that button was about to come off! I was panicked that it would not be able to stop the alarm. I called several locksmiths and was not impressed with there lack of willingness to let me explain. I called Eaglesmith and talked to Paul He was kind, patient and was able to hel me today. He arrived on time and took care of my problem go me. He showed me what happened and whe my Finn no longer worked. Paul was very professional and reasI able. Thank you for a job well done. I will certainly give your name to others. Jan Siems read more

If you need a locksmith, you should try Paul Collins of Eaglestone Locksmith. Paul answered my call at 1am Sunday morning. Not some 800 call center, like everybody else. That was a big plus. I explained my front door deadbolt problem in detail. Paul explained several options and his price for each. I agreed and Paul said he would arrive in 15 minutes. Then he showed up on time, exactly as promised, in the middle of the night. Wearing a mask, he solved my problem with the least expensive approach. Paul knows what he's doing and he's very professional. And he's a nice guy. If you need a locksmith for home or car Call Eaglestone. You will thank me later, MIKE Sullivan read more

Would recommend to anyone. I bought a new car but left my garage door in my old one which I traded in. All the doors were deadbolted and windows locked when I arrived back at my house late at night and Paul answered the phone directly, GPSed my location, gave me an ETA and arrived promptly and got me in. Professional, masked and with good humor. read more

I called Paul to work on a lock that he had previously installed on a front door. It was having trouble taking a key and I thought he could help me troubleshoot how to fix it. He quickly replied and set a time to visit, and had it fixed minutes after he arrived. He had me try a couple keys in it after that to make sure it was in top notch. I really appreciated his quickness to reply and willingness to help me out. You can tell he really cares about making sure his customers are happy and being really honest. Definitely will use his services again! On top of that, I saw him at a festival helping people get into their cars they had locked their keys in and he was just asking donation for it. I thought that was super cool of him. Upstanding! read more

He "accidentally" overcharged me $65 and said he would credit my account the next day. Did not respond to email or texts notifying him I hadn't received my refund. I was charged $185 to rekey one lock and have 3 new keys made. His visit took 25 minutes. read more

Paul! My dude! My kids grades weren't good so I locked the game room door. It happened that the game room and my "study" are the same room. I thought, oh well, I'll go find the keys and unlock it when I have a second. A week or so later (:/), I was getting my kid ready to go out of the country on a school trip. It was the night before the trip. We had everything lined up. Then all of a sudden I thought, um..... where TF is his passport? Oh right, it's in the study. I'll unlock it. then... Oh My God THE KEYS. ARE IN. THE STUDY! And it's locked WITH. THE KEYS. INSIDE. And it's 7PM the night before his flight left at like dawn. I tried carding the door but got NOwhere. I left a message for a locksmith I knew. I was getting my boots on to kick the freaking door out...and he called. But he was unable to make it. I started pulling my boots back on. Then he recommended Paul. I called Paul. He answered right away. He was able. to get over here. from South Austin (we're north). Within 45 minutes EVERYTHING WAS UNDER CONTROL! HOLY feces it was a crazy situation for sure. I was totally ready to kick the door down but no need! Yee haw! He was super cool too! Even had some fun antique locks to show us. We were so happy I gave him a Bill Murray sticker I was going to put on my car along with payment and what I considered a generous tip. One week later, the kid's mom (my ex) had a problem with her door. I told her to call Paul. Same thing. Awesome. If you have a locked safe, or locked room, Paul is the bomb. (see what I did there?) Woo hoo! read more
