She gave me known knowledge of the product that they were selling to me. They told me about my vehicle. I didn't even know I had AC filter but I just wanted to say something about the young guy that was there Saturday that was so rude to the two Black people that was in there. I just don't appreciate when people come into somebody's job and be rude and nasty to them for no reason I just wanna let whoever own Valvoline express care know that the Manager and her team was very knowledgeable honest and very courteous to me and all the other people that was in the building the guy that came in he had a attitude from the beginning and the young lady conducted herself very professional. I gave her a 10 out of 10 and her crew 10 out of 10 the store was clean. They had some coffee they had water she even offered us some popsicles because it was pretty hot outside. I told a couple of people about the new management at this shop and I'll take my business right to the shop and try to get all my other people to come as well so I want to say thank you great team
