I spoke with oil place boss, Joe, who refused to pay to replace bottom oil pan which is only way to even change oil now. It was 30,000 mi since theyd changed oil, which again we tried unsuccessfully several times over a one year period so i was talked to by Joe likee an idiot. Yes we shouldve taken sooner but he wouldnt even consider that his guys caused problem to begin with. So, now my husband will be going up there to try & resolve issue. I will share my problem to anyone mentioning having work done here. I will update review if resolved but will not be going back here. I asked them why they can't purchase a torque wrench. Also they stripped the threads on my daughter's car oil pan. I was able to get a longer bolt to reach the deeper threads.
