After searching Yelp, Google, and Facebook for help, I finally chose A-2-Z Cars and Trucks. Mike listened to my concerns, looked-up my truck on Carfax and, armed with that knowledge, immediately troubleshot the issue. Within minutes we found the culprit. And, within a day, it was fixed. Moreover, his pricing was more-than/fair and his follow-up was on-point. If I could rate this shop with anything other than five-stars, it would be more along the lines of- THE GOLD STANDARD; TOP SHELF The ACE OF SPADES. If you own a shop and provide these types of services, you need to follow the practices and principles of A-2-Z Cars and Trucks. These guys are clearly and easily THE BEST!

I recently took my 2010 Mercury Milan to Tim at A-2-Z Cars and Trucks after a mobile mechanic…read morevisited my house and couldn't resolve an oil leak without a lift, particularly because my car's frame is rusted from years of northern winters. I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

Update! Take your business elsewhere--you've been warned. I am appalled by the dishonesty and lack…read moreof accountability. My car app showed that the vehicle remained parked in the same spot for three hours. During that time, no one opened or closed the hood, turned the ignition on or off, or opened and shut the doors. Yet I was called and told that the car was ready for pickup, only to be told afterward that the engine warning light can only be cleared at the dealership. I took my car to another local auto repair shop, got a free scan, and they were able to pinpoint a loose connection and fix the problem. This level of service and disregard for their customers time, energy, and money, is completely unacceptable. Run! (Photos for reference) Background- So I took my car for an oil change (super expensive!) last Friday and immediately, I too, had the engine light come on as I was driving it out the parking lot and didn't think much of it and thought it will reset. The light persisted throughout the weekend and Monday after work, took it back in. I was asked to leave my car there so they can take a look at it. So here I am without my car and need to get to work. I have a bad feeling about this reading some of the other people's negative experiences on here. Scott's (and they also own Carl's) staff is already trying to deny that they did something so I will update this post with the outcome of the situation.
