Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My six-year-old daughter could do a better job. The young man, who did my pedicure didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted, he didn't use one drop of soap, of cuticle softener no products of any kind. I had a good experience at this salon. I called Monday morning for availability and they said to come right in. I only waited about 5 min before they were ready. They wore masks and one girl started shaping my nails and adding a couple tips to the broken nails. She didn't do amazing, but then someone new stepped in to take over and she helped fix the shape. This was my first time getting dip and although they are very sturdy, they are super "dull" and can't scratch well! This usually isn't as bad with gel. One nail started separating from my nail right away but it's been a week and a half and it's still on even if it's separating. She really took time to paint multiple layers and get the shape just right at the end. They never asked what shape I wanted but luckily I liked them. Overall a good experience! read more

She did an awesome job on my hands. So awesome that I wish I could take her back home with me to Tennessee. I've been in Tennessee for almost three years now and I wish I could find a nail tech that I really really like. I'm from California and what I've found in Tennessee is that they are way more expensive than Cali when it comes to nails but the nails are so so. Anyways, that's another story. Back to Eagle nail... I highly recommend them. My toes came out great too. The reason for the four stars... when I first walked in, the technician that greeted me was lowkey rude. During my appointment I saw her scowling in my direction... she seemed kind to the folks that are probably regular customers, but not so much to me. Maybe this is her personality... not sure. They hire incompetent, untrained and careless employees who talk on the phone and to other employees while working on a customer which causes them to make mistakes and ruin the customer's nails. They rush and don't pay attention to detail in order to make sure the job gets done painlessly and without mistakes. Things got so bad in our case that other staff felt bad at the poor job and came over to help clean up the mess. The careless employe who rushed and caused the mess however disappeared the moment we pointed out the flaws in her work. Will not return here again and would not recommend this place until they start hiring better employees. read more

I was very impressed with my experience at Eagle nails! They were prompt with my appointment start time (booked online the day before), helped me select each color from an inspo image. The technician was incredible thorough but also gentle with cuticle clean up. They looked flawless when I left and have held up nicely. I just got the shellac manicure which came to around $35 plus tip which is a great price for the service they provide. Covid safe with masks, hand washing, and plastic shield panels. Awful. They didn't honor our reservations to do nails and toes at the same time. The place was dirty and shabby. One of the technicians was extremely rude to me when they put a bottle of acetone on this weird plastic tray on my body that was wobbly and dirty, tumbled to the ground bleaching my clothes. When I was visually displeased the tech said rudely "you did that!" It was such an amateur experience. Time after time people came in stating they had appts, none of which were honored on time. I did end up receiving a decent pedicure but my friends was awful. I waited over an hour for my dip to be taken off and was left with this in the pics. When I kept asking about who was going to finish my nails, my pedicure tech handed me a buffer and file yet they still charged me $20 for the manicure. This place was in the top 5 most worst manicures I've gotten lol... my nails look like a 10 year old painted them Pedicure description said you get a scrub and massage with hot stones... the whole massage/stone experience lasted about 30 seconds total lol. I got a gel pedicure which was perfectly executed with care and the exfoliation on the bottom of my feet was actually done properly- a first for me in boulder. I also got a manicure as well and was impressed they actually dig in and get all the cuticles properly, which hardly ever happens in the other salons I've visited in this town.
