Scott and his team totally redesigned our former horrible galley kitchen with our dream kitchen. He completed the job at a fraction of the cost of his competitors. While there were some hiccups during the rebuild, those weren't unexpected and Scott always made it right and was super responsive.

We 100% recommend Eagle Design Build! Scott Parrish and his team replaced our garden tub with a Jacuzzi jetted tub in our primary bath. Additionally they installed accent pebbled tub all around the tub. They also built and stained wooden borders around our builder grade large mirrors in two bathrooms. They were less than half the cost of quote received from another company. His team was in constant communication to let us know what time to expect them everyday. They finished the project on time and with no surprises with added costs. I've attached before and after pictures. Contact Eagle Design Build for any of your remodeling needs!

A little late getting this posted, I had Scott and team come out and update my kitchen in Sept of 2021. I'm just super pleased with the outcome and his help. Scott made some design recommendations that we did and just wow! I highly recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with our kitchen countertops and backsplash remodeling project completed by Eagle Design Build. It turned out just the way we envisioned it. Scott's entire team was very professional and customer friendly. They all did a super job cleaning up after completing their work for the day. Mike Stroud was an excellent Supervisor.  He kept me well informed of what was going on and the next steps. Thanks again for the outstanding quality of work completed and the overall awesome customer experience. Everything went smoothly. A job well done.

Our remodeled kitchen by Eagle Design!

We met Scott at a home show in Austin and described what we were looking to do in updating our "90's" kitchen to a more updated look. We had already hired an interior designer who validated what we were wanting to do and shared our desires with Scott. Scott came in with a total can-do attitude and completely made our remodeling dreams come true! Some of the things that were done were to raise our cabinets up, build new shaker panels, build a new island from scratch to include a drawer microwave and handy drawers for the garbage can, spices and appliances. He installed all new Thermador appliances seemlessly and installed new quartz countertops and a white subway tile backsplash. From demo to final touches, Scott and his crew were amazing. I would highly recommend turning over your remodeling dreams to Scott as you will not be disappointed!

Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

My experience with this company was disappointing. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

His website claims that Residential Rehab Specialists is a company "that holds itself to the highest standards of quality." But in our experience, that was far from the truth. There are numerous things I could go into detail about such as our cabinet lighting being worse than before, our hot water in our kitchen barely working at all now, the shabby work on the cabinets, leaving us to take care of the disposal of our old granite countertops when he said that he would on multiple occasions and most of all, his attempt to collect payment in full before the work was completed and then getting into an argument with me on my front lawn when I wouldn't pay the remaining balance in full. The cabinets were damaged and the work wasn't complete. This is contracting 101. In my opinion, Jason was extremely unprofessional on multiple occasions. It honestly felt like a used car salesman trying to sell us a bad car while trying to squeeze every dollar out of us. And I know we are not the only clients of his to feel this way. Honestly, I only give 2 stars because the guys he hired to do the work were good and we enjoyed them. But I will never hire Jason again for anything else, and I do not recommend him or Residential Rehab Specialists at all.

They replaced all the flooring, which included laying down large tiles and installing hardwood floors, even on the stairs. Additionally, they transformed a peculiarly designed jack and jill bathroom into two separate bathrooms. This task required intricate plumbing work, extensive demolition, and significant wall modifications. Throughout the entire project, Mick maintained excellent communication, ensuring that we were always informed and on the same page. What truly stood out was Mick's dedication to delivering top-notch results. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure exceptional quality. We couldn't be more delighted with the outcome of their efforts. Attached are a few photos of the new bathroom, renovated guest room (new floors), and hallway (large tiles).

Our kitchen is a picture of absolute perfection - thanks for Alex and his team! He did an amazing…read morejob and went above and beyond to make sure everything - absolutely everything, was perfect and to our liking. I was in awe of his attention to detail, the care he showed from the beginning of the process to the very end and the precision with which everything was executed. A+ indeed!!! Here is the whole story for those interested: We are in the process of bringing our whole house into the 21st century and we decided to start with the hardest, but probably most exciting - our kitchen. It took several months for us to come up with the design and pick the cabinets. We knew we would most likely pick IKEA cabinets as they are about the only place in town that offers great modern-looking cabinets. We looked at Lowes, Home Depot and Cabinets to Go, just to check them off the list and decided to go with IKEA in the end, just as we thought we would. Another reason we went with IKEA was because they offer an online kitchen planning tool where you can do your layout and see how everything fits and IKEA will even verify your plan and create a shopping list for you so you order everything that's needed. We also liked IKEA's price transparency - you make your plan, you pick your cabinets and the program calculates the total price of your kitchen for you. We even thought we would get the countertop there and have everything installed by IKEA, to make the process super easy and simple. So once we designed the kitchen, picked our cabinets and were ready to move forward with installation, it turned out not everything was that simple. IKEA told us that we would not be able to get what we wanted because they hardly do any customizations - they don't cut cabinets, they don't cut doors, they wouldn't put a panel we wanted on one of the kitchen walls and they wouldn't even adjust an insert for a 12" cabinet to have one shelf instead of two! And every time we talked to an IKEA rep they told us a different thing! We were getting frustrated and after several weeks of trying to make adjustments and make compromises, we decided that we need to go with plan B - find someone else to install our kitchen. While starting looking for someone else, I remembered that one of my friends, who had her kitchen done recently, highly recommended Aplus. I found the phone number and called. I left a message and Alex promptly returned my call. He came over that same week to look at the space and I immediately had a good feeling about him. I emailed him the kitchen plan and he provided a quote a few days later. The quote was comparable to IKEA price-wise, but we were getting everything we wanted and more, so I told Alex that we, of course, are going to pick APlus! Installation was very smooth and I felt like it was more of a collaboration than a hired contractor doing an installation. I told Alex that there were some things I was not sure about and wanted to see how each version would look before deciding on the final one and Alex was more than happy to accommodate and he provided lots of invaluable advice, too. He also provided extra services per our request. We wanted to install laminate on all three walls in the kitchen to serve as backsplash and when I told him that I had trouble finding someone to do it, he agreed to install it and it looks perfect! He also installed the exhaust hood - and it's perfect, of course. I tell you - we would hire Alex to do EVERYTHING he would agree to do with the rest of the remodel - that's how much we trust him and appreciate the quality of his work. I know I am going to sound very sentimental when I say this, but I truly feel that he is a rare gem that we were lucky to find. The love and care he puts into his work is absolutely priceless!

We received a quote by the end of the day and waited a few weeks for actual measurements of our counter and backsplash space for replacement. Waited another few weeks to have them start demo on a Tuesday to disconnect stove, water, sink and dishwasher, and waited til Friday for installation of counters. Was originally planned for Thursday but due to miscommunication I wasted a full Thursday waiting to find out no one was coming. Came the following week to do backsplash and complete the job. For future reference, I would get an estimated timeframe from start to finish. Scheduling and communication seemed to lack and had difficulty trying to make my personal plans around them so I basically couldn't plan ahead for anything for 1 1/2 weeks. When I mentioned this to my sales associate he was very specific of a 3-4 day start/finish that was never mentioned to us, nor estimated in our contract. Well, we were way over their timeframe based on the wait time of scheduling. Since we had to go without sink water since Tuesday, a plumber came out Saturday to reconnect sink, stove and dishwasher for the weekend until completion the following week. I feel that the daily teams did a great job however I feel that my associate person could have given everything a thorough inspection, especially on completion day. Pictures and admiration does not pass as a full inspection. We ended up not having silicone caulk between the counters and backsplash therefore the grout was cracking, there were some quartz blemishes that needed touch up, electrical outlets were having problems, etc. and I had to make my own punch list for followup which again was not reinspected by my associate. So for over a two week period the job from start to finish was complete. I ended up caulking the counter to backsplash since nothing was scheduled, it was always next week.....not a scheduled day. I surrendered. Before this begun, full payment was done therefore I felt that they were done with us and left it at that. I still gave them 4 stars being that 90% of the job was done good by the assigned teams.

We did not realize until speaking with several remodelers that the remodeler takes your vision to fruition. Selecting home materials is largely up to the customer, which was acceptable to us. Transparently, there are a numerous decision points from picking out the tile and backslash to knobs and grout color. Naftali was our project manager and provided recommended vendors like ProSource, Tri-Supply and Ferguson Home who had representatives with expertise that help narrow our decision on many items. Speaking with folks like Kathleen at ProSource was extremely helpful. The Tri-Supply representatives, Jonathan and Alissa, were extremely helpful also. To do a remodel is not inexpensive. You pay the remodeler for construction work. In addition, you pay for all materials...large and small. Throughout the process, Naftali was in constant contact with us via phone. We received texts from him virtually every day. When we raised concerns, he did his best to resolve them in a timely manner. If we were to give constructive critique, Naftali or an English-speaking project manager should have been on site more to supervise an all-Spanish-speaking crew. In addition, about 70% of the job was done with excellence. The other 30% took some rework and more preventative precautions would have enhanced the process. While we found some exceptions, Naftali ensured those exceptions were corrected. In fact, he sent out two experts for a couple of updates. Watching our ideas come to life was incredible. Walking into our newly remodeled bathroom feels like we are walking into a model home. Overall, we were pleased with the remodel and look forward to using our newly renovated bathroom for many years to come.
