Sam quoted the install at $150 and I showed up Monday when they opened at 8am. Sam said his technicians don't arrive until 9am but I waited. There was a problem with the remote start system involving master keys that was in no way the fault of the installers so I had to leave and return at a later date to finish. Before I left I went to hand him my credit card to at least pay for their time. Sam said not to worry about it as the job was not finished, I could pay him when I was satisfied. That caught me off guard but at the same time spoke volumes about this man's integrity and commitment to customer service. I said I might not be able to come back until the next week. He was fine with this. I took care of the key problem at the dealership and brought the car back to finish the install that Thursday morning. His technician had the remote start programmed in about an hour and I was on my way! Very happy with their service. Thanks again Sam!

My opinion- a sure fire hazard. Papers were stacked everywhere on the two small desks I saw. I went there to recover personal items. And to release my car to my insurance company(easy breezy on the second one) huh, good luck with the first one. My car was dropped in between another car and a crane type something that didn't work. I never did find my keys. The yard was dirty as f. Let's just say, I know what not to wear to a junk yard. SMH I would never ever work at a junk yard. #Fire }:{

I highly recommend N 2 Deals. I researched the used vehicle I wanted for 2-3 months and found that…read morelarge dealerships didn't carry anything in my price range. On an internet search I stumbled across N 2 Deals and am so happy I did! Lu Ann only carries quality used vehicles with no frame damage. She fixes any little problems, them up, details them and makes sure they're in great condition. I found a few minor things I wanted addressed and she did that quickly at no charge. During the process, she was very helpful working with my bank, sending paperwork over to them to expedite the loan process. By the time I got to the bank, my paperwork was there ready to sign. Lu Ann also helped me when I wanted to replace a few things on the vehicle. She called her suppliers, found what I wanted, and had it ready for me to pick up. Even after the sale the great customer service continued. I had a problem with my van a few days after the sale, and even though the sale was "as is condition", Lu Ann's husband Dave helped me out. He even drove out to meet me to take my van back to their shop! No other dealer would ever do that!! (To add here, I had the van checked out first at Auto Exam. The glitch I experienced was a random thing which nobody could have predicted.) Definitely go to N 2 Deals, whether you want a $4000 vehicle or a $40,000 one, they will take good care of you. Their business is highly successful due to their repeat business, and there's a good reason for it!

Luanne, the owner, was communicating with the bank, so the deal was done and legit. The only thing left to do was get insurance. Ashley had secured an insurance policy and was ready to go.
