I got a detailed breakdown of all needed repairs along with the cost, and I was offered various ways payments could be made. They gave me a time frame of how long my vehicle would be at the shop, which seemed a bit long at first but there was a lot of work to be done and parts needed to be ordered so that's fair. They finished early which was wonderful! It's been a few weeks since my vehicle was repaired, and I feel like an excellent job was done as not only are my former issues gone but there are no new sounds or squeaks as have happened previously with other shops. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I definitely will use Safe Auto Repair for future repairs and will recommend them as they were recommended to me.

I prioritized a specific repair based on cost (personal choice) and importance (as counseled by the auto tech) however the car began malfunctioning and became unable to drive. I do not believe I was advised or informed of my car necessities correctly. I came to this shop because it was recommended by others who trusted the company so it's a bit disheartening that I did not receive the quality of service that others received in the past.

I finally found an all-around mechanic that I can trust. I dropped it off with Josh and picked it up yesterday. He installed new brakes rotors, pads, ETC. Also asked him to fix my A/C. It blows so cold now that my nipples can cut glass!!! I can't remember the last time I had to cut the temperature down because it's too dang cold. I will never use anyone else. Those dang dealerships will rob you. Ask for Josh or talk to Tina. She will not BS you.
