And the worst part is they have no knowledge of what they are selling but yet they claim to have used almost every product and immediately argue that its the best. I tried to buy a castle nut for the axle of my car, but they couldn't find it so they tried to sell me the entire axle. I explained to them that I had just lost the nut while I was doing transmission work on my car so thats all I needed. So she tried to get smart and said well since your car needed transmission work your going to need the axles anyways. But all I had done was replace a worn transmission mount, there was nothing wrong with the drivetrain. Frustrated she left to talk to her manager and they both came back and straight up tolled me they don't have the part separate only if I buy the axle. I went to Tractor Supply down the road and found it for $1.98. Please take your business elsewhere, at least someplace where its appreciated and the employees have knowledge of what they are selling.
