I didn't have any problems. I showed up in a pinch because my 4 year old had a tummy bug & tossed his cookies in my car right when we were loading up the car heading to his school. It took them an hour and a half. (I have 4 kids 1-11) so i was over due. I got the 69.99 package where they clean & shampoo. We usually get the basic package & it's pretty good. I thought it was a bit pricy until i saw the quality. It was amazing! 4 stars because nobody told me if your dont get a fragrance your car smells strong and chemical-ish. I paid $25 for interior and exterior; waited over an hour for my truck. The exterior was decent but expected since it's an automatic wash. The interior was horrible. Besides them wiping down the steering wheel and windows nothing was clean. I get it is only $25 but the vacuum was pitiful. Everything was the same as when i drove in. read more

The quality had been gradually diminishing since being a regular for the past 5 years. For my last service, express interior, I was told it would be a two hour wait AT MOST due to the other clients who arrived before me. That wasn't a problem, considering I spend the first hour enjoying breakfast at the Waffle House next door. The problem was during the second hour... I would see clients that arrived after me leave much sooner as I watched the workers skip my pickup for the other vehicles. I ended up waiting 3 hours and 22 minutes; yes, I counted. This will be the last time I ever visit this location. Never have I waited this long in other locations. It is ridiculous and unfair robbing people of their time, especially when the work at the end of the day is average at best for the price. read more

I literally just left there and the car wash and service wash TRASH. I got the Xpress wash cleaning the outside and inside. The worker advised me they were done. When I get to the car it was something that had been smeared on my driver window STILL there and one of the guys stated they "could not get it off." I said, "I know you DON'T expect me to and I just paid 70 something dollars!" I proceeded to open my car door and there is dirt and fingerprints all over the console and leather seats, and the floor were not vacuumed thoroughly. I pulled up originally wanting to get the Full Service #2 wash for $24.99 but the attendant informed me that it does not include armor all on the inside only on the tires. To get the shine on in the inside you have to upgrade to the Sparkling Shine package for an additional $10. I thought that was a little much but ended up going with it. Probably will skip that next time and armor all it myself. I felt like they could've vacuumed my backseat better. Other than that it was a good wash, no issues going through the tunnel. Nice upside Waffle House is right there so you can walk over while you wait. read more

I've been coming here for a year now and the service isn't what it used to be. i have the premium plus membership that's $65 and they barely vacuum. It's supposed to be the premium package everything included and it feels like a $10 membership because they do so little for your car. they also don't wipe down the inside and leave the windows foggy because they use dirty rags to clean the windows and the front and back. also started noticing big scratches and dents on my trunk and my mirrors. this had never been an issue before but this signals out how careless they've gotten. I have a brand new car and to prevent further damage I'm not coming here anymore. what a fall from grace! this place used to be the go to place for all my friends and family and now I'll be sure to let everyone I know not to waste their time here. read more

I have been a monthly car wash member for about one year now, getting my car washed at least once a week. They have always provided me with a clean wash, which I appreciate. They also pay attention to details, like making sure my driver's side floor mat is secured. There have been times when coins or even dollar bills have been found during the cleaning and set onto the seat. Good work and honest workers; a great combination. read more

If I could, I'd give this place 0 stars. Where to start? It's 2 days in a row that I'm here now. Day 1: 3 Hour Wait. No joke. The service I asked for? Oil Change & Basic Package 3 Hours! I kept asking the lady who was the cashier about my car and she kept saying it's busy, im new. They're cleaning it. It's 4 PM, about to close since it's Labor Day and She calls everyone to the front to pay. You can't pay they didn't do the oil change I have to wait for the paper. Like, you're telling me 2 hours and you haven't done the oil change?! A manager in yellow sees me sitting and asks me if the Mazda is my car to which I say yes. She starts yelling in Spanish to out it in the automatic wash. 2 hours and it hadn't been washed. The receptionist in the front was truly useless. All of a sudden I start hearing bickering about the till and the receptionist complaining about manager and lack of support. Then she starts talking that her ride was picking her up at 4 and that management was careless with people. Keep in mind she left a wad of cash from her till on the counter the entire time, no wonder her till wasn't balancing. I get to my car.....1. No proof and of an oil changes for my car looked terrible. I had spray stains and it had just been vacuumed. I came back. Since they charged me for the wash alongside the oil change they were discounting the 2nd detailing by $30. I come back today- 2 hour wait! Literally did nothing extra for me. They did a $160 detailing and discounted the $30 I paid yesterday. I paid $120. 5 hours I spent here just to do the job right. 5 hours! And the manager- I gave you a $30 discount. Like I should be grateful for discounting the extra cash you charged me on day 1. Horrible. And then the girl in yellow says it's still not ready and giggles today.... It's nothing to laugh at. $210 in this place and not worth the stress. Also, consider hiring a new receptionist or setting the expectations with her. Saying "I'm new" isn't an excuse for doing a poor job. As for management... you don't know who is listening. Calling someone dumb and raising your voice in Spanish Can still be understood. Don't vent in front of your customers or within earshot of them. Doesn't matter what language. For the company- do better. 5 hours wasted of my life just to get a job done right. read more

October 2022: Please heed the warnings and low ratings- do NOT come here! It was a total waste of $$. They didn't even bother to vacuum my DRIVERS seat well. Talk about lazy! Under my seats completely dirty as well. My dash didn't even look like it had a cloth pass over it. Also they don't apply the stuff that leaves your leather nice and shiny (which I've had at other places for same charge). My drink holder area was absolutely still dirty! They didn't even clean it and the grossest part there was a RAISIN in my cup holder....I don't even eat raisins. Not good at all. I've been to this place maybe 3 times hoping they would do a better job.. but I'm wrong every time . They do half jobs. They offered me the armorall cleaning and it was a horrible job. The teen boys are not train to do this the proper way or they really don't care. My car is also left dirty on the outside. So time for a new spot even if I have to drive further out. read more

We visit Sparkling Image Car Wash quite frequently. This place was renamed and may be under new management. However, the staff is the same as before. They do a good job of cleaning the dust and crumbs out of my car left behind by an elementary school aged child. I have a membership and will definitely be back. read more

I take my car and my son's car here every month. I have them do a detailing on each car. When they are done, each car looks like I just drove it out of the new car lot. Makes me remember why I was so attracted to each car when I bought them. They have a customer for life in me. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

horrible place, the front desk attendant was treating my wife rude, they didn't vacuum my truck right like it was verly vacuumed i found leafs inside my truck.they clean my windows but you could tell they were still dirty maybe they used dirty towls they didn't clean my dash. i used to go to the one located in conroe bc i used to live up there but then i moved to pasadena and this one was the closes and after 2 years i had to cancel my membership that i paid 65 dollars a month i was expecting good service and wen i went to the front to let them know they just told me "oh were sorry,but you're membership doesn't cover that we would have to charge you extra to clean the dash and vacuum the seats "I don't recommend this location at all worse experience i've had then whats the hole point of the 65$ membership.if i could i would give it 0 stars. read more

Not happy with service or communication at this place. Drop car off at 10:00am for interior detail which costs $110 for service, asked if the car would be ready around 3pm, staff said yes. Returned to location at 3pm and car had only gone thru carwash and still looked dirty. So I said I need the car. Ended up paying $29.99 for car to be washed and waited and additional 45 minutes for car to be rewash. Not happy at all.. :( read more

I came in to get my truck washed up for a trip. I hadn't been here in a while, so many of the wash packages were new to me and The young lady who helped me, Emily, was so patient, kind, and helpful. She even set me up with a wash package so that I could save money, but still get my truck cleaned again as soon as I got back. While she was helping me, another customer, extremely rude and impatient attempted to get her attention and get served before me, and Emily handled the situation with class and dignity and more kindness than myself or others might've shown. Took my car in for a wash. The first gentleman that helped me was rude, condescending and just plain unprofessional. I only came because my wife told me it was a great place due to her experience. I spoke with the manager after the encounter with the worker. He asked me if he could find me someone else to assist me. I gave in.. The wash was good and I appreciate that the manager tried to make it right. I'll give them another chance I'll update to tell you how that went. read more

Wanted a quick once over to sell my daughters 15 year old Camry and it was pretty dirty and dusty inside. They did their $54 detail which was supposed to clean 95% of the interior but not perfect detail. I gotta say I got my moneys worth and sold the car to the first buyer at full price!
